I am moving out today. they are liars and cheats. they are trained to drag out the process for a measly 5 dollars a month - but then to raise the rent within 5 months? just plain wrong. I reserved a storage unit that wasn't actually available upon my arrival. This was obviously frustrating and stressful after packing/traveling. Christine and Mike could've easily been justified to blame it on the system, but instead they took ownership of the situation that was out of their control, did a little "Kansas City Shuffle," and made magic happen. The units are very nice and clean. They gave detailed instructions about entering and exiting the property to ensure no one could get past the gate, as they take security seriously as well. All this is to say - this is family run and it shows how much they care about the customers and facility.
