Had a great experience renting a parking space at this facility, I've got the reservation online and short after the booking the manager called and asked if everything was set and good to go. I look forward to continue doing business. Thank you read more

I'm four days new to Public Storage (PS), but so far everything has went very well. Everything was as it was initially explained to me. When I first entered my new storage unit, there was a copy of the contract and a new lock/key on the inside. They did charge me for the lock which I did not need. However, I was able to turn it back into PS at their on-site kiosk. PS called me and initiated the refund process the same day and I had my refund two days later. The follow-up call from PS about three days later was happily received. I had a very good experience. read more

I've been locked inside this property 2 times now and even if it's business hours no one's available.

Paid $168/mth for a trashed out parking lot at 690 E Highway 121 in Lewisville, TX for my 36ft RV. Gate was often open and someone stole my wheel covers. The layout of the parking lot made it almost impossible to get the rig out, unless there was a couple of parking spaces empty. They twice tried to increase rate, first after 5 month by 35% then again after 8 month by 30%, after which I quickly found a covered space at 10% less and same distance from my house. Do not recommend Public Storage in general, since it's not first time I've encountered their greedy and disrespectful customer service. read more

My rent has almost doubled in one year. It costs $10 extra to pay through their automated phone service. $20 to pay a person on the phone. The website is almost always malfunctioning. If you can't pay at the office it's a real hassle. read more

The reservation was easy, price is great, location is convenient. My only "complaint", have to get out of your vehicle to enter in & out access code. read more

I took the space that wasn't needed a bigger one and the service over the phone is lousy and rude. They say that they return the money for the padlock if you bring your own padlock and it's a lie, even so they charge the 20 dollars. I really didn't like it, I took it on the 7th but I vacate it on the 25th because I did not receive the care I needed read more

stay away.. just stay away from all public storage, moved out and now they are trying to charge for a full month.. GOOD F@@@@@ luck

Everything was easy to rent from home, and make it to PS everything was ready to go right in and open my new storage thank you PS

Great service and customer follow-up. The ability to do everything on-line made the rental easy and hassle free. I would highly recommend this company for any type of storage. read more

The customer sevice attendant at the facility was polite and help me all I need at Public Storage. Facility is secured. I am using the storage just for a month and I paid $25 for that. $24 admin fee and $1 for the month. If you are looking to rent a 5'x10', I recommend you go with Public Storage. read more

Lure you in with low prices Then want to add $20 for a $5lock, and $15 a month for required insurance. Although the employee was polite, this company is kind of misleading. read more

This is a great storage facility! Ask for Greyson, he will make sure you have a peasant storage experience. I had not properly lock my storage after a day in the heat storing my extra belongings and the next day he called and said that he noticed it was not locked properly and this was an instance that it was difficult to see that it was not locked properly. Keep your possessions in a storage that looks after your belonging when you're not. Go with this Public Storage!! read more

We have had a storage shed at this location for years. We have always had quality service. I want to thanks Hannah and Larry for all of your help. I highly recommend read more

Nice location. Yesenia, the employee who took care of me was very helpful, polite, & she has a great personality.

Yesenia was very helpful and friendly. Nice property and was able to meet my needs at a great rate!

Update No. 3 I got another call with offer to lower the rate. I accepted a lower rate but I didn't receive any billing changes. I won't change my review with empty promises. I will remove a star for each empty promise. Update No. 2 After my last update I got a call from Public Storage offering to lower my rate... but they didn't follow thru. I removed a star for that. I have two other storage units that are larger at a different company. The other property is comparable but the rent price is almost $50 less per unit at the other company. I didn't realize how much less until I checked after Public Storage (PS) called me. The other storage company also goes up on rent each year but not as much at PS. That alone is why my rent is so much higher at PS. Also, my stored items get very very dirty inside my PS Storage unit compared to other places I've rented at. I'm not sure why all the dirt but it has to come from somewhere. Maybe a street cleaner inside the property could remedy this. My other units were kept cleaner on the exterior which apparently leaves a visible difference on the interior. I believe some or all of the 5 star reviews are fake. It appears those ratings are based on the personalities of the office staff. I rarely go into the office so I have not experienced that office staff euphoria. For the few times I had been in the office it was rather bland. I'll go to the office soon to see what all the hoopla is about...after I save up money for a truck. Update: I noticed on my payment history that the rent is increased $20 each year. That is huge if you keep storage for a long time. I also rent at another storage facility and the rent increases only $10/year there and that facility is much cleaner. I'm moving out soon. The management is fine. The 1st month for $1 special isn't a great deal if you move in at the end of a month like I did. I got three days for a dollar. At the same time I rented another unit at a different storage company. That company prorated the first month and gave me the full special on my first full month. There are no dumpsters, no bathrooms. The rent goes up $10 a year. Mandatory insurance is $8.00 per unit for $2,000.00 of coverage. Compare that to some storage companies $9.00 per unit for $5,000.00 of coverage. read more

What I thought would be a somewhat tedious task turned out to be oh so simple. Ashlie is amazing!!!! I walked into the office and was greeted with a warm hello. She asked all the right questions to make sure I had the space I needed for my things. When I was being taken to my unit, I noticed the facility was super tidy. And even within the corridors where my unit is, everything is clean and well lit. I feel great about renting storage here. Ashlie, thanks for the great customer service and making sure I have everything I need! read more

Our original impression was this was spectacular! Gated with individual codes and all. But 3 months into our rental here, they jacked the price up. We came in renting at $45 a month for the smallest unit. It went up to $78! ($89 with the required insurance) I talked to the agent at the front desk and even she didn't know why it was so high. They were going to request a decrease and call me back in a week.. This was 3 weeks ago and still no word, I've called twice more and I'm always told there will be a call back. We will be moving out of our unit asap. read more

I have had a unit since 8/1/2014. The facility needs alot of attention, one being lights at the front of the location, better lighting at night for paying customers and friendly staff. I have personally spoken to the area manager multiple times and promised they are working on updating it. But instead they want to jack up the prices for what???? I have had the better service at other places. read more

Excellent customer service! Patrick was very helpful and the facility was well lit and clean. Extremely happy!!!

Yesenia, as the new manager, is a GREAT asset to this location. She actually took time to review phone messages after a few days' absence (which the substitute employees didnt do) and return my phone call regarding a late check. It is a RARE event to have someone be that conscientious and concerned about a customer. I really appreciated her and she has restored my faith in humanity :) Thanks, Yesenia ! read more

I had a pleasant experience with Public Storage, they have great customer service and Tiana was very helpful because she realized that it was my first time using storage and she asked appropriate questions in order to assist my needs. read more

Our experience during our stay at Public Storage was great. Our problem started when we were giving our notice to vacate the unit. When we first signed up for our unit in September they said we could give them a notice and we could have our last month prorated. In November when we called, they said they started a new policy in October and they could not prorate the month for us. I was told to contact the regional manager and they could help me. I contacted the regional manager multiple times and finally got through. He said he could adjust my account if I vacated before the 6th, which luckily was no problem. I checked my account for 5 days and finally went into the office to check on the status. They got ahold of the regional manager and he stated he never spoke with me. I still continued to call him and he still continued to not return my calls. Tomorrow I have to pay the full month or I receive a late fee and most likely still will have to pay the full month. Do not do business with Public Storage unless you are prepared to pay the full month. read more
