Give it 5 stars except when the Dallas Regional Manager Raise my rent every year even with lower rental units next door The Property Manager, Harrison, working this morning at the Audelia Road Public Storage Facility was a great help to me and my wife today with our storage unit # 3004. Helped us get up the elevator to our 2nd floor unit, unlocked the restroom for me to use today and answered all my questions. Harrison works only Tuesday thru Saturday mornings at the Richardson Audelia Road Public Storage location unless one sets up an appointment. We have had various storage units at this facility since 2013. We had two or three units at one time. Had to move again last year to #3004 when the Dallas Public Storage Regional Manager raised our monthly rent again. Had to move to our current unit which was just 4-units closer to the 2nd floor elevator. Just down the hall from our old storage unit but monthly rent was $50 less expensive, I also buy my casualty insurance thru Public Storage for $15 per month which was cheaper than my Allstate Rental Insurance. Very clean and neat storage facility. Easy access with keypad lock on gates, inside doors and elevator to AC controlled 2nd floor units. Now facility is primarily self-service using computer internet screen and keyboard inside small office near front locked gate. The on-site older lady property manager works at a different Public Storage location now.

I went to find out they only took half inch off each sleeve which is terrible. Lady agreed it said 4 inches and not sure if they understood total but we went over it over and over again so the lady at the counter would understand and it still didn't come out right. I have to follow up on Friday to talk to the original lady but this service cost me $36 plus the time they have with my shirts and the inconvenience.

Lo and behold, not three weeks later we have the need for new magnetic signs and business cards for our senior, small-breed hospice. We calls on the hope they could fill our order and sure enough, they are FULL SERVICE! We placed the order and sent the graphics. They were very attentive to the color and placement since we had to change a bit from our previous items. The security system is top notch, cameras everywhere keeping everyone honest who comes in and out. The only downside (minus 1 star) is the facility is not 24/7. You have access to your storage from 5am - 9pm daily. Which is not too bad and quite understandable when you consider the area. Personally I travel a lot and I like the ability to access a storage at any hour however when you consider the customer service, security of the facility its really a no brainer if you live close to the area. I do like the ability to manage your unit online, which includes payments and setting up auto pay. Be aware, you should time your move out wisely. Rent is due monthly on the 1st and if you move out after the 1st the remainder of your rent is forfeited as they do not pro rate for move outs.

After checking vista print, fedex, and kinkos, I also checked Caddy from a referral. Caddy was the most efficient, cost effective, and also provided a better quality work sample than all of the chain printing stores. Amber the Office manager was great as well. She informed along each step of the process including Draft approval, Printing, and Courier Delivery Times. She was able to provide me a payment link for services. While I had a 72 hr deadline they were able to create from scratch in 48 hrs! Amber, Amit and the production team at Caddy Printing are a great team - and I see now why they have been the business for over 20 Yrs! They will get all my printing business and my upcoming wedding!
