Roach infested and mice - it is disgusting. I would only recommend if you don't have anything that could be ruined or in a plastic bin.

Do not rent from here. I was in process of moving to my new home. I get a phone call the day after still moving my stuff saying that there was a note the front desk saying that they see me moving out and I need to have my stuff out by the first of the month or I'll be charged a full month. I never gave a notice that I was moving. They just assumed continue to harass me and call me stating that my stuff needed to be moved out ASAP never stated that I was leaving. I asked to use their dumpster for the small amount of objects that were chewed through what I assume were mice. They said I will be charged if I left it in storage didn't even offer any alternatives of what to do with my garbage after seeing my car was packed full. One of the workers continuously walks around the storage unit being business and I he's trying to see what is in the unit. they consistently threaten you every chance they get with a new charge or your logs being changed if you don't abide by their rules This was the worst experience I have ever experienced. read more

Easiest storage unit I ever got. Did everything online. Only need to talk to a human for them to tell me lock and paperwork was in the unit. So really didn't even need to do that. read more

We put a reservation on line 1 buck for the month . 5x10. We get there. And its actually lime 4 foot with a 3 foot door i mean really.. So they are deceitful. We mentioned it to the guy and he just became defensive about it. We were kind of in a hurry and in a spot so we wound up going with a larger one but poor customer service. Shitty way to do business and due to it im late returning the truck and that going to cost me more. Not really happy. read more

Fast and easy transaction to rent the unit, reasonable prices, clean and friendly staff. The only drawback is that there is no 24 hr access but with hours of 6am to 9pm it is was easy to work around. read more

David the property manage is so incredible, I had a massage table stuck in my storage and tried twice to get it open and couldn't. He came on a day that was raining and he got it open, I didn't have to pay anything and he wouldn't take a tip. Rosa was so nice and she called the manage David and he came out and got my door open SOMEHOW I couldn't get it open for the life of me. He fixed it wouldn't even take a tip I was so grateful as this saved me untold time and expense trying to get the door open. They are the friendliest staff the most affordable and the kindest people you ever meet. They go above and beyond the call of duty and I can't recommend them highly enough. Malea was very thorough in giving me the information I needed. She was really personable and was patient with me even though I arrived late. The only reasons I didn't give 5 stars is because of the lock I needed to buy that will be virtually useless when I no longer have this storage (2 months) and the driveway is quite narrow for a large moving truck. To start off, I made an on-line reservation and when I got there with my truck full the manager showed me my space and it seamed small but he ensured me that it was a 10 x 10. The next time I went to my space I measured it and it was actual 9' wide x 9'7" deep. I can understand 9'7" but to say it's 10' wide when really it's only 9', didn't make me happy. Now after 4 months I get a rate increase of 35.00 more for a space that is not 10 x 10. I'm moving out and find a real 10 x 10 that won't have quarterly increases. read more
