Theyre trying to tell me someone dropped in through a vent in the ceiling and stole everything. You are always able to communicate with someone unless it is after hours of course but that is to be expected. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the assistance I was given during move out. I will not go into intricate detail but please believe the staff there assisted beyond the normal scope of business. If you need a storage in Humble then CubeSmart should be your first choice.

Bryan/Ryan put in the wrong number for the unit, I had apparently put my things in a 5 x 15 unit. I received a call last night instructing me to come in and sign a lease for that unit, but when I got there I was told to either rent another unit and lose my $110 for the two I have paid for or they would remove my things from the unit. I think they are on drugs or something because they both claimed not to remember me even though I had spent a considerable amount of time with each of them.
