North Loop Storage didn't disappoint on any aspect. They had several size choices, were priced about the same as their competitors, and the customer service was the deciding factor. I spoke to Annabel, who explained the entry process, how to use the lift, rules and regs and so on. She was patient and incredibly helpful and friendly. A young man was also working and he was equally pleasant. When I couldn't figure out the lift, she took the time to go with me and walk through the steps. Very positive experience!

The bathroom on site was extremely clean and available to use at all hours the facility is open. I never had any issues getting in or out of the gate or my unit. When figuring out what size unit to rent the employees were extremely helpful and even showed me the different size units. My dad, brother, fiancé's parents, his aunt, and few others I know all have storage units here and have never had a complaint.

I had a storage trailer stolen and equipment from inside of my storage. The Cubesmart claims the cameras were not working for the trailer & that the inside storage items were stolen by a contractor whom they had replace the doors. Great American Insurance, who is also a joke, denied the claim because the workers at Cubesmart said it was done by their contractor. Therefore Great American Insurance would not pay and Cubesmart continues to say there is nothing that they can do. Poor Management, Poor Leadership, Poor Care of customers. After 5-6 trips to the storage, I have not heard from Jane, the district manager or the owners of the unit, & the daily staff never call back. If you want your items safe find another facility, because if things happen no one will step up! If you have items in the facility go and check on your items, they will be gone and no one will alert you!
