Currently trapped inside this Public Storage because their one gate is broken (exit code accepted, gate doesn't move), no one answers the phone at office. HQ phone has me on hold 20 minutes and counting. Next call is to 911 but this company should be criminally liable. Nothing ever works here (lights broken, doors broken, Keypad broken) and prices doubled in less than a year but this is a new low. Do Not rent here. read more

Customer service was horrible, my wife went to put somethings in the storage on her own, for some odd reason my wife calls me telling me that the staff/employee of public storage made her cry... she told me they yelled at her and was extremely rude to my wife, which hurt my wife's feelings. Days prior to that the gate also stopped working so we couldn't go in or out of the property.. Horrible experience never go here don't recommend save your money for another storage unit. Jason as extremely helpful in getting us setup in our indoor unit. We did not feel pressured or rushed when making a decision. Everything was explained to us and we were shown how to get into our space via the keypad and using the app. Would definitely recommend this location! read more

Absolutely awful. No one is ever there. They don't call you back. They don't have any dollys either. I spoke to "Sandra" on the phone, answered 15 of her questions but wouldn't answer how I could schedule for someone to come on site and help me gain access to my storage. My key isn't opening the lock "You have to schedule an appointment" "okay how do I do that? Do I go on the website? Do I call?" "I told you, you have to make an appointment" I swear the most unprofessional individual I've ever encountered. Not to mention they raised my rent after 3 months. read more

my husband & I rented a unit on Woodforest & bw8. the longer we had it the higher the rent. we started off at $90/month & within a year we were paying $299/month. The unit was supposedly climate control, but it got wet inside the unit. it ruined my still brand new dining table. I paid almost $2000 for it. the Co that you file claims w is called Orange Door. They offered my $150 bc they claimed it was mold! how do you get mold!? so disgusting! I filed complaints w the BBB & The TX Attorney Generals office! STAY CLEAR OF THESE SCAMMERS! read more

YOU....HAVE...BEEN.....WARNED !!!!! The 4 star reviews for these pirates ares shills. I spend a lot of time out of the country, my unit was broken into twice in the 6 months I was overseas. I tried my best to get a hold of management but they dont answer the phone. The 2 office girls are atrocious. I contacted the Houston Police Dept AND FILED A REPORT and they said this place gets broken into a lot and it is an inside job. I talked to a couple other renters and they hated this place. I finally got moved out but am now missing about $1500.00 worth of tools. read more

I have not moved in yet. No one was on sight the first time I went by. I had to wait for some one to get there. But, no problem I had to run a few errands. I left my phone number. For a return call. DO NOT rent from this place. I was paying for climate control and all my furniture still molded. Each time I went to my storage unit it was very hot and muggy in there. The insurance is a joke, they are only wanting to reimburse me $250 for my furniture cause this is all they give for fungus. I have been trying to contact the district manager (for a month now) which is over the manager at this location and she has yet to return my call. Also, when I moved out there was human waste in the hallway which looked like it had been there for days. This place is terrible! read more

Jimmy was a great help to me recently...patiently listened to me (and a young lady did as well on a previous visit, but can't remember her name), assessed the situation, and gave me positive options. I am grateful. Every staff member I've had interactions with at this location - via phone or in person - are very nice...never with an attitude, and helpful. I like it! Jimmy gets special kudos though...he also returned from lunch break at exactly the time stated and then made sure to get my attention, as I waited outside, to invite me in. What these people are doing is disgusting! The world is in the middle of a pandemic!!!!! we are sick out of work!!! They have no compassion no empathy!!! I asked if they could give me time to pay $112, told them I was sick out of work. They said I had until the 31st of July. I went yesterday the 30th. Locked me out of my storage, On top of that cut my key!!! I planned on using for my next storage!!! They had no right to do it. I hope they can sleep at night.
