Place has cameras all around and it is fenced so I think security wont be an issue here. When unloading we had one piece that was heavy and she was willing to help but I insisted it was too much for her so she called someone that came and gave us a hand, strong guy and he left and didn't want to take any money. Good people are still around in this world and Robin and friend are some of them. I have it on autopay so second month is free. We will be tenants for a while.

Caused several dings to my staircase walls and did a horrible job "fixing" the damage. Then they dropped and broke a mirror as they were unloading it..they were being careless and caused unnecessary damage. The owner, Jessica, tried tried to make me cover the deductible to have it repaired..she would ignore my emails then eventually turned it over to someone else to deal with. I drove by yesterday 3/19/24 and the gates were still locked open. It was a management's decision to leave them open as the gate needs repairs, their gross negligence has caused my landscape/lawn care business to shut down. Had they contacted me about the gate issue, I would have moved my trailers to keep them protected. I have reached out to them multiple times, however they refuse to reach out. The monday prior, I couldn't get into the gate as it was in "Tamper lockout" mode and again lost work because of it. Monster storage doesn't care to protect your property and will only do what is in their interest.

I tried to call several times throughout the day, using both numbers listed, and got no response until after the third call (hours later). The response was a text message. We set up a time to discuss more the next day and when I tried to call during that time, both numbers were connected to a phone that was turned off. I sent a follow up message confirming that I still (against my better judgement) would like to continue with the rental. I received no response. I hate extra space storage but I had to eventually call them and get a unit there because of the lack of response from Big Bertha (and generally the vibe that Big Bertha doesnt need my money/are unconcerned with my patronage - which is their prerogative, but is really an unfortunate way to conduct business). TLDR: cool spot and convenient location, but with poor management and poor customer service.

I'm writing this review knowing this is a fairly new business to the area. I went on the last…read moreweekend of July 2023. My mission was to clear out a storage unit & pick up a Uhaul at this location. I went in from NY so i decided to fly in & Uber to the facility. Two negative things happened; my Uhaul reservation wasn't ready and I had the wrong combination code. At this time it was around 1pm and they closed at 5pm so i was running short on time. It was a very busy day for the staff from what i could see so it was hard for them to help me right away. Ultimately we all figured things out as a team and they were able to get me into another Uhaul rental for the same price. A bigger one! They then helped me cut the lock to the unit and had all the equipment available for me to load everything into the truck w no major issues. The manager even took me around the facility on his brand new golf cart which i thought was pretty cool! After i finished up i went to say bye to the team for all their help dealing w. the scenario I was in. They gave me a few water bottles for my long drive to FL and ultimately were happy to see me succeed. I would recommend this facility mainly for the great service & patience they provided me with.

Put 20 bucks of gas in and they still charged me a extra 10 bucks. Gas gauge corrected at check out but not on check in. The biggest shit show. Don't rent or go and get hosed here. Go anywhere but here Have phots but challenged, lol Oh 133 dollars plus 20 in gas for the day .
