I was informed to stop inside the onsite location and it would be applied. However, that location is closed due to staff shortages. I called today to inform that we had vacated the facility and inquired about the discount and told him of my experience. He stated that my online application shows that I selected non- military. However this was not the case. That section would not allow you to pick active duty. He then proceeded to say that he will contact his district manager about the discount and I would be required to show my ID. I said that's not a problem. He then asked if I were the Military individual. I said I am a veteran but my spouse is active duty. He then replied, well you would not qualify for the discount because the unit is not in your husbands name. Um, should I expect to put everything in my spouses name just to get a discount? Moving is expensive and whether I signed the contract or my husband, my household is Military. I only picked this location as it said first month free, however it was not and had to pay the first and get the 2nd month free. Just shady!!! MILITARY WIFES or MILITARY HUSBANDS be aware! Very aware before you use this company!!!

They expect you to handle everything online, but when you're having trouble with the system, there's no one available to assist you in person. Because of that, things can quickly spiral out of control. If your payment falls behind, they start piling on late fees and lock fees with no real support or flexibility. It feels like you're being penalized for not being able to get help in the first place. Customer service is basically nonexistent, and it makes an already stressful situation even worse.
