This has been the worst storage experience in my life . when I first moved in I was told this location has casual break ins- and that it was important I got insurance so that was very eerie after all my stuff was moved in because I never would have came . The door is always I mean always broken all summer the door was broke off like off the henges exposing everyone in that building units for easier access to break in with no access code because the door is wide open . since the end of august the door is now completely broke so I have to get in threw a whole other side !!! why ?? why would I have to deal with this with a storage I pay to have access too your management sucks ! there is feces smeared all over the floor brown spots everywhere gross I want all my money I ever paid back to move to a proper establishment read more

This place is nothing more than a bunch of thives . I got my unit from the owner before them and have been pay for it since . I had some major health issused and had to move back to Aiken where my doctors and family are . I have heart falure and they call and harass me dalily everytime my payment is a day late knowing i am dealing with major health issuses . The payment is always made even if late along with any late fees . They had a lien on it back in April i paid the lien in the time fram and was told my property was safe and my original lock was still on my unit . Now this month after making my payment i get a phone call telling me to come in 48 hours and remove the lock they put on my uint or be charged $50 untill i do . I had my own lock on it that was purched with the unit . They had no reason to remove it . Now they are calling back today and are saying my lock was removed back in Apirl . After i was told back then that it was not and it was safe . They have already caused me to have a heart attack stressing me over this unit and now are stressing me again knowing my condition . I will be getting a lawyer and suing them read more

I asked her if she was a manager and she said no she was a floater, but she absolutely loved her job. I told her, I can tell because of the way, she not only treated myself. The location is only as good as the management and staff and everyone at the Ladson location was helpful and accommodating...everyone from the front desk girls to the management. Signed up with them for $106 a month, 3 months later they raised it to $119. I was paying for a "secured", "temp controlled" unit. When I went to pick up my stuff on 9/28/16, the gate was wide open, you didnt need the code to get into it, the doors to the building my stuff was stored was broken and wide open, and it was hot and humid in a temp controlled building. The lady that works there is rude as they come, she doesnt know anything or do anything, i had to call the Regional manager about it. Just awful, there are a lot better storage places around that dont rob you or charge u for things they dont provide. Handling a transfer from one size unit to another was a breeze as the office personnel, Steven, was on top of the work and had things ready as promised. We have been pleased with our two months in the large unit and now needed only a smaller unit on a more permanent basis. It was ready and one could not have asked for an easier transfer since the new unit was located very close to the former unit. read more
