I drove by yesterday 3/19/24 and the gates were still locked open. It was a management's decision to leave them open as the gate needs repairs, their gross negligence has caused my landscape/lawn care business to shut down. Had they contacted me about the gate issue, I would have moved my trailers to keep them protected. I have reached out to them multiple times, however they refuse to reach out. The monday prior, I couldn't get into the gate as it was in "Tamper lockout" mode and again lost work because of it. Monster storage doesn't care to protect your property and will only do what is in their interest.

Amanda gave prices/sizes but also asked what was being stored, made suggestions on outside vs inside and unit size recommendations based on what I was storing. She offered to get the process started even though I wanted to see the unit first and have everything ready for me when I got to the store. It was the easiest transaction I have had in a while, even though this was same day and later in the day (nearing closing).
