Some people have unrealistic expectations. No facility--storage or otherwise--can offer a 100% guarantee against theft. Welcome to planet earth. All one can do is try and *prevent it* and I think this place checks all the boxes. There are cameras installed throughout the complex inside and out, management is onsite, and there is controlled access which adds a lot of peace of mind. I personally feel this is a perfectly reasonable and secure place to store belongings. If there's a place out there that can promise complete protection at all times, I'd love to know where it is--because I'd like to store my things there too. Also expecting them to be in control of something such as city issues overlooks the limitations most private businesses face when relying on municipal response.

The rate was increased to $178/month only 6 months later, a 34% increase in only 6 months of having the unit. I understand it a month-to-month agreement, but that is a ridiculous increase. I call it price gouging because you move all your stuff in and they know it's a pain to relocate everything to a new facility - you feel stuck. It's unethical at least. I will be looking for a new company to work with.

They did not have a smaller truck and it was almost laughable how little we had to put in, but they did it perfectly. Not a scratch or missed item. We ran around packing while they waited for additional instructions. They moved a very heavy plant that they wound up moving back to its original place (on a different floor) without complaint. They broke the arm of my couch by leaning the couch on its side. Despite all that, I was okay paying what I did. But then, they demand a tip at the end. The woman (Helen) who coordinated the move had said tips were expected between 15-25% of the total cost. I paid 15%, but the guy complained that it wasn't enough. He said the minimum was 20%. I showed him the text from Helen that listed 15%-20%. He insisted over and over and over again for more tip. He was lucky to get any tip with the way my furniture was damaged. I ended up giving a bit more tip just so I wouldn't have to deal with them, but honestly it's just madness. Tips are optional and the experience with the guy haggling me was not fun. Also, after that one of the crew members went into my room because he said they forgot a furniture box, and yanked all my clothing out of it and threw everything on the floor. What a pissy attitude for a very reasonably 15% tip for subpar service. I'm not saying you should completely avoid this place -- I'm sure under most circumstances they are fine. Just make sure all your furniture is wrapped and be firm on how much you plan on tipping them. They will haggle you like you wouldn't believe.

I am so glad they did - this team of two did an amazing job wrapping all of our belongings from storage and moving it all into a 3 story home. They also protected our new floors and wore shoe coverings while moving our things into our home. They did their best given the narrow stairway obstacle.
