When I called them to discuss they said that the intial rental discount had "expired" and out of the kindness of their heart they would adjust the new rate to $73. In my lease it was advertised that the rate could change with thirty days notice but NOT THAT THE INITIAL DISCOUNT WOULD EXPIRE. I only used seven days of this month so when I went down there to pick up my car they told me there was no refund. I asked the same thing when I got there and it was like I was speaking a foreign language. I'm not the kind of person who gets very pissed off and upset. They just wont be getting my business again. They did bring most of the large, heavy stuff but took NONE of the boxes. Now I am left to empty half of a 10x25 unit in MANY trips in my car. Not only that, but one of the movers spent a lot of time trying to get out a splinter (using tweezers that I offered) and using the bathroom and the other guy stood around waiting for him. This caused me to be charged for an extra hour. I'm grateful for what they did, but it wasn't as much as I was expecting.
