Incredibly rude sales people. I work for a small business, and it's my first time buying office…read morefurniture, so obviously I don't know much about the process of buying cubicles, etc. And of course since they don't show any details on their website other than a basic list of furniture there is no way to pre-select what I want. I tried explaining what I was looking for, and instead of helping or asking for more information the sales person just laughed at my apparent ineptitude and literally mocked me as I described it. Though they were solidly booked during this heat wave, they managed to squeeze me in rather than have me, 83 year old woman, suffer another day with only a small fan for relief. The techs were wonderful - friendly, professional, patient, helpful and HONEST. They quickly resolved the problem, though I was prepared for much more in time and cost.

I ended up purchasing tanks, not from Promise, with both a generator and garage heater packages we were having installed. Promise gave me a great price and delivery on filling the 300 gal generator tank early this year and again today on the finally installed garage heater 100 gallon tank. The driver/delivery guy was great! Very pleasant and answered my questions and wea a true professional.
