After three months, they notified me that it would be increasing to $93/month due to "changing market conditions." When I called them to discuss they said that the intial rental discount had "expired" and out of the kindness of their heart they would adjust the new rate to $73. In my lease it was advertised that the rate could change with thirty days notice but NOT THAT THE INITIAL DISCOUNT WOULD EXPIRE. The other location in Plainville was great but I am now paying more for no reason and I had to listen to this horrible woman tell me over and over again how wrong I was even though the email from UHaul clearly showed the reservation at that location.
