Super easy to move in and use the facilities. Hand trucks to use also a bonus. Overall a great experience so far.

Great service & nice, new space. Staff was pleasant and really helpful. More carts would be nice for when it gets busy!

Their pricing practices are concerning, as they significantly increase rates after any promotional period or originally agreed-upon rate ends. As someone who has rented several storage units across the country during military service, college, and job relocations, I've encountered both good and bad experiences. While this facility is new, clean, and staffed with friendly front-desk employees, the general management appears focused on maximizing profits at the expense of long-term customers. They frequently advertise low promotional rates online to attract new customers but raise prices steeply for existing tenants. My wife and I rented a 5x10 unit three years ago on a promotional deal for around $69 per month. After the promotion ended, our rate increased to $89. Over time, we received emails notifying us of further rate hikes: first to $139, then to $179. Meanwhile, as of January 2, 2025, the same "Premium" 5x10 units were advertised on their website for a regular rate of $83, with a promotional offer of two months at half price. This means we were paying more than double the advertised regular rate for the same type of unit. We reached out to management, pointing out that as loyal customers of three years, we were paying far more than even the regular advertised rate. Despite this, their response was to offer a $30 discount--still substantially higher than the listed rate for new customers. While the facility itself is well-maintained and convenient, these pricing practices make it difficult to recommend this business for long-term storage needs.

I should have just gotten my friends and a uhaul to move, but i was promised it would take 5hrs. i was billed 5.5hrs. tip top of the money i had left. and they didn't even have time to move everything. why? because their recklessness with my things i didn't want them carrying my computer monitors. they were hired to pack and move stuff across portland. they came at 1:30 when they said only to tell me that they didn't know they needed all the packing stuff. they eventually arrived nearly 2hrs later and towards the END Of the original window i was promised without any 'hey we will be there at this ETA' they said they got stuck behind a train, which is fine i guess? but no update after that until i called and complained, which got me a 5% discount, which is nice i guess? but like everything that happened after were MASSIVE red flags, both for the computer and the 'movers' which felt like contractors they just hired for whatever without properly vetting. i had a small move, 2 rooms. they were the slowest movers and most reckless movers i've ever hired. but i don't really blame them fully for that. supposedly they were working since 8am and just drove up from salem or something. they didn't even eat lunch. is that even legal?! no wonder they came to the door exhausted already and out of it. These 2 guys did the best they could, but honestly with how exhausted I was from helping them (something i SHOULDN'T HAVE HAD TO DO), they were doing a good job, but that doesn't really matter. in the end this guy ruined my 2000 custom built standing desk for music. not sure if i can get it repaired or fixed. he undid it and said he will put it back together. it was pretty easy just a few bolts into the joints between the wooden top and the legs and putting on the keyboard tray. easy stuff for the most part (when you have a drill, i don't own one). this guy didn't even look at where he was drilling or understand how the desk was put together after showing him specific things. he just drilled in the bolts and they hit a part that they're supposed to go into but was put in backwards making it impossible (on purpose) to get the screw in. this guy just kept drilling harder and harder and when i asked him about it he was like yeah it's supposed to sound like that. He either was so exhausted he couldn't think straight or just took on tasks he could have said 'yeah i don't know how to do that, can you do it?' either way now i have a broken desk that's only partially built and put together. i am really glad i moved all of my expensive stuff to my place with a friend last weekend, because they definitely would have broken a lot of very expensive things! I also gave them a mattress cover to put on the mattress, and they struggled doing that. You are movers wtf?! i zipped it up about half way and moved on. Then when we got to my new place they didn't even use it and put the mattress on the pavement to get a better angle or something. like what was the point in bringing it?! They also dropped a bunch of precious memories i had in a bin in a bin, they said they took them out because the outer bin couldn't close (bs). They were holding it open wrapped around their arm and i asked them to close it as it doesn't look secure and he said it would be fine, then immediately drops it with pictures and papers dropping on the ground and getting dirty. Anyway this all just happened. and there's no way I can live in my new place due to the lack of time they afforded to me to actually place things in the right spot. At least my bed is in the right spot. luckily for now i am in a short term rental because my last place had mold and why I am moving. i am highly allergic and being there as long as i did, both to wait for them to show up and how slowly they worked on loading the truck, I am feeling sick again because of it. The estimate was low balled to say the least because these guys move at a snails pace because this company overworks them and treats likely their staff like crap. these are probably more desperate people looking for an easy pay day. one guy was like 'i worked 4 days this month' and the other one worked 6 days in a row. a 12 hr day without a break outside of driving (which isn't a break) isn't really fair or legal? I paid nearly 1k for this move, and you can't afford to give these people a proper break between moves? I'm sure they weren't making nearly enough either. Lastly they pressured me to sign a thing at the end of the receipt that says everything was delivered intact, which i didn't sign. Anyway go with another company, not worth the risk. I didn't have another weekend to do this move as i need to have a livable space and that takes time as well. Anyway the movers were careless, slow, expensive, and ignored instructions.

Each time I came to rent a vehicle I was greeted with very friendly staff who helped me chose the best options for me. I'm glad I gave this location another chance, because I am very pleased. I am changing my 1 star review to a 4 star because I believe they have really improved. Original 1 star review: I went to this location to rent a truck for moving. I have never rented a truck, and do not know much about renting vehicles. The person behind the counter was very rude. As I was trying to read the paperwork, he got very impatient and told me "all you need to do is click ok". When it came to the insurance, I was trying to decide what option would be best. He didn't give me time to read each one, when he started to ask other people they can help me because "it's not that hard to choose an option". The whole time I was being helped, I felt like incapable of making any decisions. He was also rude with other workers there. There was even some curse words exchanged. Very unprofessional. When I returned the truck the next day, I went to someone else who can help me. She was very rude as well. While I was asking her about the paper, the rudely replied "that's why you read the highlighted parts". They also charged me for 30 miles, even though I used 10.5. When I asked them about it, they would not give me a straight answer, and continued to treat me rudely. I was very disappointed, and will not be visiting this location again. Nor am I recommending this location to anyone. I will gladly go to a different location, or company, even if that means spending more money.

On November 28, I received an email from someone who looked like the manager saying they didn't have the 15-foot truck I reserved. They told me I had to go to the Tigard location to pick up a truck instead. They said I would get a $20 discount and 50 extra miles, but these changes were made for their benefit, not mine. When I drove by the Beaverton location that same morning on my way to Tigard, I saw plenty of trucks sitting on the lot. So I don't understand why they couldn't give me one of those. It felt like they just wanted me to move their truck to Salem for them. They also changed my drop-off location without asking. Instead of dropping the truck near my sister's home, I had to go 12 minutes farther away. When I dropped the truck off and tried explaining what happened, the employee didn't care at all. She took the receipt and told me someone would contact me. Nobody ever did. They clearly don't care about customer service. On November 28, I ended up paying and doing extra work for U-Haul, driving their truck where they wanted it. To other customers: When U-Haul changes your reservation, ask why. Don't let them use you like they did to me
