I was even told by a representative at that location that the first month should be free here and apparently it wasn't. In November I received a notice that the unit will be increasing this month. My December payment was 220.00. It's absolutely ridiculous and utterly annoying. It' hasn't even been 5 months. It honestly feels like a bait and switch. Who's to say next month or in the next few more months they won't decide to increase it again.

When you rent a Uhaul make sure you read the fine print and ask questions if something is not clear. The attendants are not mind readers. You cannot expect them to know what your questions are if you don't ask or if you are not prepared. They will answer the questions to the best of their ability. If somebody at their office cannot answer your questions then find somebody who can. Instead of having to complain alot because you didn't know something and they failed to tell you because you never asked the "question" or made an inquiry about it. Don't just settle for I don't know, get your answer first before signing up for anything to avoid complaints. If you rent from them make sure you remember exactly what day it is due or you will be paying for an extra month you did not use. I say go somewhere else.

I called them up a couple of weeks ago. They did a virtual walk through with me and gave me a fair price. I checked the price against 3 other larger companies. Theirs was the best. On the day of packing, the crew showed up and got right to work. They were super Excellent. They returned the next day to actually move my things to my new home. They showed up with a crew 2x the size of the packing crew and got the job done....door to door...in just under 7 hours. I was extremely impressed with the speed and professionalism and respect that they showed me and my family. It was cool that a lot of the crew had military ties.
