Carrie was so sweet and helpful every time that we needed help or clarification regarding our storage units.

Bumped our rent from $65 per month to a whopping $161 per month within a short year and a half later. OUTRAGEOUS ! We couldn't get outta there fast enough. On top of that, both of the driveways are really steep / hard to maneuver...the entrance driveway is about half blocked w/ a dumpster, and has a very tight curve to navigate - and if you're in a moving truck, extra difficult. The exit driveway is straight enough, but it's a very very steep incline, and if your contents in the box van aren't tied down, they move quite easily all over the place. The on-site help is very courteous, but these big corporate companies care about nothing except how much $$$ they can get from you. We voted with our feet mostly due to the exorbitant prices. Look around...you can do much better and for much less $$$. read more

Carrie called the police on me for no reason. Lied and said I was being aggressive and banging on the door. When I was in fact knocking on the door because it was raining and she'd just called me an hour before about units I had on reserve. I caught her in a lie over the phone and that must've flustered her heart. Perhaps she thought her job was in jeopardy for me requesting to speak to a dm, but that's what a guilty conscience will do. She can invent no good reason why she would lock me out and not service during business hours at 1 o'clock in the daytime. The dm I spoke to Jacob was very partial to her and barely listened to me as a customer. I'm now moving from a location I've been for years due to her embellishments. She's the type of individual that gets unarmed black people shot for no reason due to their unreasonable fear of us. If district manager Jacob would've used his mind, he'd see that if a customer has had no problems for years but all of a sudden is deemed problematic by a new associate, the real problem points to that associate. I don't know this lady, what her problem is, but she is a confirmed liar (not a good one at that). A company like this has no integrity. They'd rather hide their hands than stand on principle. There is no chain of command here that serves it's loyal customers, because they are complicit with upholding bad behavior from the top (district manager) to the bottom (a lay attendant like Carrie.) A district manager would have to ask himself, If an employee just called a customer about units and it's business hours and the door is locked when said customer shows up and refused service, what is the reasoning of my employee? And a real reasoning district manager, would ask why are you not serving this customer of 5 years? Why is the customer having to knock on the door at all if the employee is present and not on break and again just called the customer about units? Looks like there needs to an internal investigation, with audio and video pulled up to reveal the truth. A reasoning district manager would ask, what was the conversation on the phone and what's the mindset of my employee? Is this employee acting reasonably and rationally?But that was not the position of Jacob, the district manager. Carrie violated Public Storage's code of conduct, there was no reason to deny me service when I'd just been contacted about service, certainly was no reason to call the police on me, defaming me. A reasoning district manager would ask himself is my employee making sense? A good district manager would have made sure a customer of 5 years was treated with dignity. A good district manager would ask how can a customer be viewed as being aggressive for simply knocking on the door while his employee is inside? View the pictures to see the police cars and her refusing me service for absolutely no reason. She has violated her own company's code of conduct and many many more people will know her true nature. And to agree with the unrecommended review by Kayla G., there is rarely anyone in the office to take payments, I typically have to go to other locations to do so. The husband is always standing outside smoking, giving unsolicited conversation, and I believe they may be doing drugs which would explain such odd behavior. Public Storage on Cane ridge Road in Antioch Tennessee has been amazing so far. Carrie has been so helpful and very attentive to my phone calls when I was first moving in. She was very informative of all the details needed to get started with my storage unit and truly treating me like family. A few great things about public storage would be the prices the convenience of the locations and the customer service overall. If you're looking for affordable this is definitely the place to be. I'd also like to mention that the entrance and exit gates are separate and they're both locked with a code so that makes me feel extra safe while I'm loading in and out of my storage building so that's a great Plus for me. read more

OK. We used this service for 2 months while our house was being built. When we signed up, they prorated the month of November and told us that since we would be moving out on Dec 16th, that we could also prorate December. When I went to pay the bill, I was told that I could only prorate if we moved out by the 6th. I also had to purchase a lock from them that can only be used at this facility. When you are done with storage, you will NEVER use this lock again. I am not happy with the misinformation and in my eyes just plain being lied to. read more

Came here the other day to get a tour of the place and prices. The girl who helped me was named savannah and she was absolutely wonderful. She answered every question I had and showed me around the whole place. Out of the whole day hunting for a good storage unit this was by far the most welcoming and friendly. Savannah was very helpful and the facility seemed to be very well kept and clean. read more

So my roommate needed a storage as I did about over a week ago because we are moving out of our apartment, we walk in to Cane Ridge public storage and got the pleasures of working with Amber! She actually help me out with mine when I needed a storage at another location!! And just like then, we got the VIP treatment! Its always a bonus in the situation of moving to deal with a company and staff that care! Not just caring for your business but care about your needs as if it were their own! Property was clean and she was cleaning upon our arrival.. She explained everything well and was all around on top of customer service.
