The storage is available from 6 am -10 pm. You could easily drive in with your car inside the area of storage. From the office to the storage area , they are clean and they maintain it pretty good. Becky was helping me patiently to set up the account , teaching me how to enter the code and showed me the storage. I was lucky that I got the online price which was half of the regular price for 5x5. The membership is month to month and we just need to give 10 days notice before the due date of membership if we want to terminate the account. Even though the price is not cheap for 5x5 but for the quality service that we get, I think it's worth it . Thanks Becky for professional customer service that you have showed me. Kudos to you!!!

Nicole has addressed all of my concerns pertaining to my particular unit & always willing to assist in whatever manner it takes to resolve any issue I may have. Luckily those concerns have been minor & easily taken care of. She's just amazingly fantastic & always a pleasure to deal with. That is a huge increase with little to no reasonable explanation. It's extremely frustrating to have a storage unit and then unexpectedly face a dramatic price increase. If rates are going to be raised this much, customers deserve clear notice and a reasonable explanation--not just a generic response about "market conditions." I hope management takes a serious look at how these price increases are being handled. Customers should not feel like they are being forced into paying nearly double simply because they already have their belongings stored there.

The insurance is Fraud too, will never respond or payout a claim. They will only take your money. I had a unit with 2 concrete walls and the third wall that is shared with the neighboring unit is made of drywall. Which is actually a very cheap way of doing things, should be metal. Well the first time I found the infestation in 2022 I made a claim and nothing, no response at all. Had to throw out a ton of items. Afterwards I had the unit cleaned and even swept. Well went this weekend to move out of the storage and long and behold another rodent infestation but 100 times worst even now. And the first time I even found a dead mouse. Now this time I had to throw away so many items. But what was upsetting was I had to throw away my blanket I've had since my childhood and I no longer have either one of my parents. Here they charge you a good amount to rent. So when you pay for a facility to store your valuable items you expect your items to be there in the condition you stored them in. You don't expect to come back and have to throw away your items. And when I called them to let them know, the guy in the office tried to gaslight me and somehow blame me. Like we don't know what you store??? Are you serious???? Take responsibility as a business to have the proper maintenance to not have a serious rodent infestation!!!!

THEY BROKE THE LAW: I rented a storage unit in January 2025. In June, they sent a letter with a 102% rent increase, effective in 30 days. Per California Civil Code 827(b)(3) , they were supposed to give a 90-day notice because the rate increase was over 10%.  They were reported to the Better Business Bureau and received certified mail with response required. They did not reply in either instance. DO NOT SIGN WITH THESE CON ARTISTS: The contract states you cannot file a class action lawsuit against them, and that you may be responsible for THEIR attorney fees even if you win. When you sign with them, you are giving up your rights to a proper legal defense. They don't want you challenging them, and they think you are a cash-giving sucker. That is extremely unacceptable. THEIR BUILDING IS DIRTY: On my move-out day, there were lots of screws and debris on the parking lot floor, and inside the complex. They probably want you to have flat tires. There were no employees in the main office. I don't trust any business where they lock their doors and don't even try to answer your questions. Luis is pleasant and extremely professional and he is in the office where the storage facility is located in Monterrey park. That particular location is clean and well lighted, there are carts at the entrance to help the customer to move the items from the car to the their units; there is also a temperature controlled system.

Our unit was broken into, all contents removed and taken away in a moving truck. The movers had the wrong unit number and Jenny just let them go up and break our lock without confirming it. When we asked her what happened and how can we be accommodated, she basically threw her hands up and said there was nothing she can do. She was always rude even before this incident.
