I have eaten here in the past before while visiting friends but I will never step foot in this restaurant again after tonight. We were asked to seat ourselves after being walked past two or three times. After we sat down we were basically ignored for five minutes before we were given menus. We weren't even asked if we wanted drinks. We closed our menus to indicate we were ready to order but we were walked past about 10 times without so much as an acknowledgement. However, there was apparently plenty of time for the servers to stand around the bar and have a detailed conversation with each other. The staff is awesome, I'll start with that, and the food I give five stars. The cleanliness though was not so great, there's a fair amount of mildew, and as I was walking in there is a nauseating smell that hits you and made my stomach curdle. I understand it's in an older part of the city but it smelled like straight sewage and was very off putting. We wouldn't have ate after the initial first step inside, but we were in a rush and thought we at least try it. Other than their sewage issues, they have amazing food, and awesome staff! I recommend but I hope they get that fixed soon. read more

Stopped here after a morning of shopping for a bit of relaxation. The food is fabulous, made to order so it is not fast do be prepared to wait. However the wait is not extremely long and the good well worth it. We shared the Cajun Burger which we substituted the beef for chicken, very moist protein, Caramelized onions, cheese, aioli on a bun with lettuce and tomato. Our side was the "regular" fries which were anything but regular, lightly seasoned with a hit a freshly grated Parmesan cheese. We elected to get the spicy chili aioli as a dipping sauce, I will not go back to plain ketchup again. We go to the Pub Americana in downtown Melbourne. They have a great variety of foods on their menu. The waitstaff are all fun and super friendly! They do get quite a few different beers to try, especially seasonal beers! Well worth a try if you're in the area. read more

I really want to give this place 5 stars but I just can't because they're understaffed. We've been a few times and each time the staff was friendly (the bartender is awesome) and food is great but we wait 10 minutes to get seated at a table that's sitting there ready. They don't automatically offer a high chair, we waited about 30 minutes to catch a waitress to request one... still hadn't been seen for drinks or anything. No drink refills or check-ins from the waitress whatsoever- she just dropped the food off an hour later and then we had to flag her down for our bill. Our other experiences have been the same. The vibe is cool. Like I said, good burgers and flatbreads! Just be prepared to take your time and flag down help if you need it. read more

Great option in Cocoa Village, the burgers are great but too big imo. French fries are delicious. They offer 13 rotate local beers! Pizzas are good but kids option is just 2 dollar less than regular one, so we can always ask for the regular one and have some extra food in home. read more

First we were seated underneath the takeout counter?..quickly followed by two employees who went behind me while I was pulling out my chair to talk to two other employees (cooks?) hovering above said table) Along the counter, above where our heads would have been were napkins and styrofoam take out containers. We quickly decided that we did not like the table due to obvious reasons and ran after "J" who had seated us, told him we did not want that table and asked to be seated elsewhere. We were treated with an eye roll and a little attitude, as though he was offended. Ok. Water off a ducks back. We sit at the bar, are handed menus, and we ask about the beer selection. The bartender, "E" mentioned craft beers but didn't even point towards the menu on the wall, and when I asked for a Blue Point they were out. Settled for a run of the mill brew. We thought about still eating at the bar but with two strikes we decided to just get an appetizer and move on. The thing is, "E" never offered to take our order. He was VERY busy counting stock, making drinks for servers and pre-mixing. We sat there for maybe 15-20 without acknowledgement. As we were about to leave I noticed the hostess taking two women to the same table...they complained and were seated at the round 4 top at the window. Get rid of that stupid table! If I could give it 0000000 stars I would gladly. We understand that due to the pandemic there is a shortage of good staff. Tonight unfortunately was by far the worst experience I have ever had dining out. Our server was rushing us from the minute we sat down. Mind you that you could see her butt because her shorts were way short. Trashy, as she muffled things under her breath. She got everyone's order wrong except for 2 people. She muffled things under her breath and her other tables started to complain at her service too. She went on to say that she has no control of the kitchen, I'm sorry but as a good server you make sure food is correct on the line before It is ran out. She took about 20 minutes to ask us if berthing was okay, which it wasnt. The manager was no help and had no intention of making things better; he and the server were no where to be found, took us forever to track someone down to get our check. The restaurant was so unconcerned with our experience they even locked their doors on us and said we were going off on them; mind you we had poor service and we're dealing with it. With that being said try Tin whiskey, time out, Thai Thai, Ryan's...anywhere but here unless your looking for somewhere that will ruin your night. read more

My lady and I tried this place before going to see Mary Poppins at the Cocoa Village Playhouse. I went with the Bahn Mi burger and she had the Mediterranean pasta. I guess hers was good, but my burger was very tasty. I usually go for something like the Village Blues burger but it was my first time here so figured I'd try something different. The food did not disappoint although a few of my fries must've found a way to escape the fryer because they were still frozen. I'll definitely go back again and try some more burgers. I hope they find a more spacious venue though. They are in the place Ryan's used to be in and it's tiny for as crowded as they are. Luckily we didn't have to wait long. read more

Great place to eat and grab a drink in the quiet town of Cocoa. Right in the middle of the little bit of action that goes on in the town. Make sure to note that the town of Cocoa is much different than Cocoa Beach. A very important thing I learned the first night in town. The night life is very minimal here so don't expect a lot of folks to be out and about. The ambience is nice here. Real laid back and calm. Couple tvs and a projector behind the bar for a larger screen. The wait staff was nice and knowledgeable. I sat at the bar and the bartender gave suggestions for what to get. Their burgers seem excellent and they do some special meats too. It looked very interesting! I got the alligator and a pizza. Both were cooked well and great tasting. This place is great!! Love the atmosphere, food and service. My husband and I split a personal pizza as an app (pepperoni and fresh mozzarella) - absolutely delicious. I had a burger with caramelized onions, provolone and pickles. Ordered it medium rare and it came out perfectly medium rare. I got 3 different aiolis to try on the side, both for the burger and the sweet potato fries. All of the aiolis were delicious - sweet chili and chipotle garlic were my faves. The sweet potato fries were perfection. My husband had the curry chicken crepes - flavorful and cooked just right. To top it all off, our server Eli (who looks like the lovechild of Mark Ruffalo & Paul Rudd, by the way), was awesome. Gave great recommendations, was super nice and had a great sense of humor. Came here twice in one week because I couldn't get the sweeeet potato fries out of my head. I don't eat beef so I had the cajun with grilled salmon one day, and the greek another. Both were perfectly grilled with a pinch of salty crunch. The greek with cucumber, tomatoes, dill, fried onion strings is the juiciest, crispiest, savory, moist "burger" I have ever had. my friends and I decided to shop in cocoa village and have lunch. we did our shopping and most of the restaurants were closed because it was a Monday but Pub Americana was open so we went it was seated immediately( about 1:30 pm) waitress ( Jane) came and got our drink order and drinks were served. we ordered at that time 1 wedge salad, 1 portabella sandwich , and a burger. we waited 35 minutes no food. Food finally came after 40 plus minutes and we were pretty disappointed. the portabella sandwich was so salty my friend could only eat a few bites. wedge salad came barely any salad dressing at all. No silverware no ketchup( we requested ketchup from 2 different waitresses.) NONE EVER CAME. was never asked if we needed refills on our drinks that were pretty much gone after waiting so long. my friend sent her portabella back to kitchen. when we questioned why it took so long to get 2 sandwiches and a salad we were told " well it's ONLY BEEN 30 minutes and something else we didn't quite hear because (Jane) kind of mumbled and didn't seem too concerned. Others were seated and they received food within 15-20 minutes.anyway didn't think our waitress was NOT too attentive ( disappeared for fairly long periods of time) So not quite sure if we will EVER go back because of 1. SERVICE, 2. To start I have had many veggie burgers(not vegan just dont eat red meat) came here for the veggie burger .... and this was THE NASTIEST burger ive ever had. The patty wasn't even a patty it was like a brown paste with just straight kidney beans.
