Stopped in yesterday and had a great dinning experience. Server was attentive and pleasant. Monday was $5.00 Mojito it was ok. Ordered the Village Blues Burger and you won't go wrong ordering this burger with crispy bacon and loads of Gorgonzola cheese and the aioli sauce was amazing!!! Pub America has a relaxed, comfortable beach town feel to it. The service is friendly and the restaurant is well maintained. They offer a good beer selection. I feel like the burgers are the best item on the menu. They are delicious and always prepared exactly as ordered. Of course the pizza is also very good and is served thin crust with fresh ingredients. Their Mediterranean Dip is so yummy that you will be tempted to order a second round. The shrimp and pasta was the only thing served below expectations. The pasta entree was supposed to taste like curry but instead it taste like mustard. The mustard taste was overpowering and cloyingly disgusting. Perhaps this was a bad day in the kitchen and something went amiss. We ordered two burgers and both were fully burned on one side and of course tasted like burned food. One was supposed to be medium and the other medium well done. The server didn't do anything to help and kept saying she is new. I don't recommend this place. It could have been easily fixed by just changing the patties. read more

We were visiting this town and came across this place to eat by checking Yelp reviews and WOW it is good! We got pizzas and they lasted go yummy, the dough they use is exquisite. The menu has a nice sized variety of options to choose from I will definitely be back to try more items on the menu. Some of the items are a bit pricier but I highly recommend you eat here read more

We came here two nights in a row, not much happening at night besides the restaurants. Pub Americana did not disappoint. Very friendly bartender that also waited on us at our table. My daughter and I stopped in before going to watch the Nutcracker at the theater. We were pleasantly surprised by the portion sizes & how amazing every dish was cooked. We ordered the Swamp Chicken (Gator Tail). The portion size was large enough to make a meal out of the appetizer. The burger we ordered was cooked to a perfect medium and the fried egg was still runny and goey.....yum!!! Per my daughter's request we ordered the cheese pizza as well. This pizza can easily be shared between 3 people. The crust has a medium thickness with a nice crunch on the outside. They used multiple cheeses and the sauce was not sweet. My only complaint was the seating. We felt very cramped in the small table by the window. read more

I have been coming here for years and ordering almost the same thing LOL. Unfortunately with today's Caprese salad the meat had a funky taste to it so I left it on the plate and ate half of the greens. I also ordered for the first time a beer called big storm had a couple sips and didn't like it. I told the bartender but she didn't care - she said she would tell the Manager and Cook but they still charged me the whole meal. And no one ever came out to ask what the problem was. She did ask me if I wanted something else. But with that type of attitude I said screw it - paid the bill and left. Won't come Back. This was probably the worst bar I have ever been to! I went on a Saturday night (not busy) and stood at the bar for a good 10 minutes waiting for a drink while the bartender was scrolling on her phone. The drinks were horrible! My friend got a beer and it was totally a skunk beer and I ordered a vodka soda, but it tasted like flat soda water mixed with sink water ... we couldn't even finish them. This Pub used to be the best. I have no idea what happened but it is awful. You can see from the pictures it's dirty with employee personal items on the tables next to my table. Chipped plates. The app plates were wet and dirty. The fried pickles over cooked and dried out. The burgers inconsistent- both ordered the same. The fires were room temperature. The pasta dish was cold to room temperature. My wife took it home to heat up and eat. Worst dining experience ever in Cocoa Village. I was a fan and. Sent people here now I am warning everyone to stay away. Food safety comes to mind with food below temperature and chipped plates. I wish this place was amazing like it use to be. It just wasn't. They win for worst of Brevard. I am ticked they turned me from a raving fan to someone who will go out of my way and tell everyone how bad they are. Bad food bad service. read more

As we always do, when we're going to the playhouse for the latest offering, we'll stop to eat at our favorite spot in the Village. Tonight though, we decided to try something different and we were happy we did. Located at the corner where Ryan's used to be, walking into Pub Americana reminded me of, well, Ryan's. Granted, the decor was different to a certain extent but with the bar and the two smaller rooms off to the side, it was deja vu for me, at least. Anyway, that's where the similarities ended. The menu was certainly different and the service was certainly better than the last time I was inside this particular locale. For an appetizer we had the spinach dip - I highly recommend it. The chips were lightly seasoned, so after we gobbled up all the dip the chips were good on their own. My wife order the make your own burger or whatever it was called - Angus beef with the trimmings she liked. I had the Bahn Mi (I think that's what it was called) - I choose lamb but they were out. (Really? On a Friday night?) Anyway, no big deal, I like salmon and it actually tasted well with the pulled pork and slaw (really it did) that comes with that particular sandwich. For dessert, my wife's tried their creme brulee and I stole a piece - not bad. I choose the "Adult" Pumpkin Ice Cream - it's made with everyone's favorite *Fireball* whiskey. It was pretty good - tasty on the pumpkin but light on the Fireball. What I really noticed the most was the friendliness of the staff, from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out. Our waitress, I can't recall her name, was so helpful for us being our first time there and took the time to chat kids, work, and the weather with us. She sure did a nice job. Found this place just across from a nice little park by the water. We stopped at lunch time and it wasn't busy at all. Tried the wings which were on special for Wednesday $5 for a pound. They were really good. Also tried a couple local craft beers which were good too and they had a nice selection of Florida beers. My wife has the barbecue chicken pizza and it was good but we both agreed it could've used some more barbecue sauce on it. The crust was really good crispy but soft in the middle. At first I was skeptical. Bahn mi and a burger? No I said. Some things should be left sacred. Like the color Red and old pick up trucks. Like dust and cowboy boots. Like early onset arthritis and the original Mario brothers. But all my preconceived notions were to be questioned. My ups turned down. My zeros and poles, cancelled. (Bonus points if you get that allusion.) This is the best thing that has happened to my mouth in ages. The deep rich umami beef is perfectly bounded and contrasted by the polar opposite sweetness of the bahn mi pork and sliced jalapeño and deftly julienned carrots. You'd think sweet doesn't belong in a BURGER but actually it does, and it enhances the burgers saltiness. The bun was warm and soft, not too buttery, not too flimsy. I was indifferent to the fried onions but they definitely didn't intrude. I'll be back. And I'll eat more. read more

I just visited here for the first time even though I frequent this area Historic Cocoa Village couple times a year. I'm happy I gave this place a try. From the outside it doesn't look like much but it's worth your time. The food is great and fresh. I chose the Americana cheeseburger and I added bacon to it. It was so delicious! My dad ordered their traditional cheese pizza cooked in a stone oven also very delicious. The food tastes fresh, and well made. I highly recommend this place and I will be visiting here again. read more

Thoroughly disappointed. Not my first time at this establishment. Took out of town guests for lunch. Friendly staff as usual, wait time for a table was understandable. Wait time for drinks and food was excessive, but we were told by staff that food and drink service will be slow on this day. We ordered mojitos, which had no semblance to a mojito. Three of us had hamburgers, ordered medium or medium rare. All came out crisp, desiccated hockey pucks. Toppings were tasteful but rather skimpy. French fries soggy. Cleanliness is not this restaurant's virtue either. Is it an off day, or is this establishment losing it's edge Neighbors of mine had a similar experience weeks ago. read more

I went here recently with a vegetarian friend of mine. I remember when this location used to be Corleone's Pizza. We split a salad with tossed greens, cucumber, carrot, paired with oil and vinegar on the side. We both ordered the Mediterranean pasta. It was packed with flavor. The pasta was tossed with olive oil, sun dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, and we both decided to add mushrooms. The one thing I didn't like was that the pasta came with two pieces of toasted and buttered bread. Since I don't have butter as I am vegan I asked the server to exchange it for plain toast w/o butter and all the bread came pre-toasted with butter which was a bummer. Besides that the pasta was great and would have liked a bigger serving of pasta. Would love to see more vegetarian or vegan options on the menu for some variety as would give it a try again. read more

The Pub Americana is a pretty neat place even though it's kinda small - lets call it intimate.  They are located in Cocoa Village and I understand they have only been open a few month. I started with the Goat Cheese & Portobello Mushroom served over a salad with candied walnuts, tomatoes, avocados and cilantro vinaigrette.  This salad was absolutely wonderful.  Fresh and delicious!  Highly recommend. Next, I had the Oven Crisp Chicken Wings served with carrot sticks, celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.  The wings were o.k. but could have been better with sweeter and spicier dipping sauces. Service is great.  Our server was most attentive and polite.  I will be trying this neat little restaurant again. read more
