went in 1:00 to get lunch waited 20 minutes for menu and Diet Coke ordered waited 30 minutes no food my wife went to the bar to get me a refill waited over 5 minutes could not get a refill the young man behind the bar was having to much fun with his friends and the bartender/waitress was to busy packing to go orders cancelled order paid for pop and as we where leaving the you man made so comment about not ordering not to worry we will never be back but someone should teach them about customer service. read more

I was in to have dinner a couple of weeks ago and my car got back into ( 4,000 in damage). Filed police report, asked for camera footage, talked to owner/manager. Refused to work with me. Nothing. I really think they are protecting a regular. I think they are protecting drinking and driving. It is a local bar and I wonder if they are protecting local drinking and driving. The manager (the owners daughter) seems to be doing everything she can to keep it away from the police and hide footage. If I were you, stay away from this place. Shady!! read more

Cannot believe on our last visit the crudy band they booked some old man band JSQ Band really out of tune , this is a watering hole for the locals food normally pretty decent drinks on point.The staff is ok for the most part. But that band was told they played at the now bankrupt and closed Pheasant Run in St.Charles and that makes total sense. read more

Went for the breakfast and was warned that the kitchen was behind. I didn't mind waiting, and it was busy so I understood. My one friend got her food maybe a half hour in. That wasn't so bad but my other friend and myself never got our food. All the tables around us wound up getting food. My friend finished hers and the plate was taken away and no mention from the waitress about our food. We left $10 on the table and left not having eaten. Almost 2 hours and no food. I can understand it being busy but this was a little excessive. Super disappointed and will not be returning. read more

Went there on a Friday night. Service was slow - I get that they were busy but a table seated after us (and sitting right next to us) had their order taken before ours and we had ask several times for refills. But with that said, the food was excellent. I had salmon (excellently cooked), my husband had a rueben, and our friends had paninis. My son and I were there 2 - 3 Saturday ago. I was telling him about the Steak and Eggs breakfast. I was disappointed it wasn't like before. I was expecting the NY Strip Steak and Eggs. We got something else. If you look at the pics here in Yelp, it's NY Strip Steak and Eggs, right? We both liked it and it is a good breakfast place for father and son and/or father and daughter (Hi, Baby Girl!) and/or husband and wife... :-) We'll be back. By the way, the two women working there, when my son and I went, were very hospitable. Both made us feel very welcome. Love that! We ordered two appetizers and a dessert. The cheese curds we ordered we over cooked and basically little mozzarella sticks. The quesadilla we got was decent. We ordered two lava cakes and the plate came out with the ice cream almost completely melted but the part that wasn't melted had chunks of ice in it like when you leave ice cream in the fridge too long. The service was great and the lice music by Friday Jackson was amazing, but the good was just not good. read more

First time there . Went Friday for fish fry. Pleasantly surprised they offered Walleye for fish fry as well as cod.Customers very friendly . Owners came to table 3 times to check if everything was ok. Waitress was wonderful and also checked regularly to see if we were satisfied with food.Environment noisey but in a positive way. Great food, and great prices! Not just a local watering hole, actually a great restaurant for the family. It is hard to find quality food with great flavor in the area, so I usually go here for whatever specials they are cooking up. On Fridays, hands down the best fish fry, period. Get the walleye. Also I am not a country music type of guy, which they mostly play in restaurants and bars in the area. You get that here too, but Friday and Saturday nights are actually pretty LIT with a good mixed crowd. read more

Open on Holidays for their preferred customers (after a long morning on the motorcycle, I walked in and someone shouted in my direction 'WE'RE CLOSED' while everyone is partying, music planing and lots of cars in the parking lot). Went here with my dad about a month ago. I love the weekday drink specials, but when we were here his burger was burnt and my chicken parm had no flavor and was burnt as well. Not sure where to begin, from the NO service, just the bartender, to waiting endlessly for a drink, for our food. Forget asking for water. Health-wise, not COVID friendly! The manager walked around with NO mask yelling to patrons at each table! Most of the other staff had their noses uncovered. Wine was warm so they offered ice. Extra fish took over a 1/2 hour. Will never return. Have been coming here for four years. Ordered pizza for pick up and when I got home it was not the pizza I ordered. Talked to a bartender who then reached out to the manager who would not comp a new pizza. I'm very disappointed since I have been coming here for years. I will not be returning and will be telling all my friends and family to not return. It is not fair my order was not correct and I was being punished for it. My first visit. Went on a Wed. Tempted by 50% discount on their pizza. They also feature this special on Sunday. 12 inch pizza with one topping was around $6 after the discount. I dined outside- not crazy about the route 72 traffic. Pizza was very competitively priced- but a little shy on the sausage topping. Would order "extra" sausage next time!
