    Flat bread or something
    Amanda G.

Ok I don't like to post bad reviews but. Here it goes. The staff 4/5. The food 1/5. So we order nachos, 3 flavors of wings 6 of each , tots, sliders, and flat bread of some sort. The food came out and no nachos. They took a lot longer. They also came on a small plate over flowing so they fell on the table. And we're not great. Just eh. The wings. We're on point. We had bbq it was good the butter buffalo was much better to me the then buffalo that was to hot. The flat bread was way to spicy thy was our fault. The bbq slider were not edible. They came out burnt. And dry. Probably won't go back. But you may have a different experience. Forgot to photo the nachos it was my meal and every one was kinda done when it came out.

Left: garlic Parmesan Right: mango habanero

Came here on a Sunday lunch hour. Over 40 mins for a chicken sandwich. It was RAW. I was served RAW chicken. Horrible.

Friendly, fun atmosphere with great bartender service. Definitely the most crowded bar in downtown Algonquin.

Everything I've had has been fresh, flavorful, and consistently great. Their Friday night fish fry is easily some of the best around and is something I look forward to whenever I can make it in. What really sets Fatsoz apart for me, though, is the atmosphere. As a women, I feel completely comfortable and safe stopping in by myself. the staff is welcoming, the regulars are so friendly, and there's never that uncomfortable feeling you can sometimes get waling into a bar alone. It's a place where you can enjoy a great meal, relax, and feel at ease whether you're with friends or on your own. Great food, great patrons, awesome staff, and welcoming environment keep me coming back. If you haven't tried the fish fry yet, you're missing out!!

The bartender, Hailey(?), worked the entire place flawlessly. Between five of us we had the fish fry, a couple sandwiches and some appetizers. All cooked perfectly and delivered fairly fast. There is a full bar but it's nothing fancy. No top shelf bourbons visible from my seat. We drank beer on tap. With the good food, the fantastic service and tge dive bar atmosphere I can say with certainty that we'll be back. Five stars.

The beer is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the vibe is relaxed in the best possible way. Sew Hop'd is located in the building next to the tracks. Maybe there's not as many to choose from, but they make these with better care. There's some pretty unique ones, and at pretty good prices. A small brewery like this has fewer beers. It's the only bad thing that can be said about it. The part that makes up for this is that the beers are great though. It's about $7 a pint. Pretty comparable to other microbreweries like this. Had a few the last time here. Of the ones that we tried, the best was the Take The Stage. It's a session Indian pale ale. There was also a strawberry cheesecake one that I would have tried if it didn't have lactose. Here's another great local brewery to get some cold ones and chill. It's mostly known for the beers, but there's also entertainment such as live music. There's not really any food, but they have tubs of Von Hanson's pretzels, and there's food trucks on weekends.
