Amazing service, the bar is very spacious and nice. The chilli cheese taters were too good. Fettuccini Alfredo was delicious and very different from other Alfredo's. Great venue for any kind of event. We hosted a baby shower there 10/6/24 in their private room. The food the atmosphere, the personal attention to the entire event was 5 Stars & 5 Forks. A very chill place to hang out. We decided to go here after work on a Wednesday and found out it was karaoke night. I give everyone a lot of credit for having the guts to get up there and sing. Hubby had the margarita and I had the mai Thai let's just say that the drinks are awesome and not watered down at all. I went to Bamboozels last Thursday night as they had karaoke. Per other yelp reviews people really liked the steak quesadillas and they were fresh and delicious. My friend enjoyed her fish tacos. The drink prices were reasonable. The waitress/bartender was attentive and the owner or manager with dark hair was very attentive. The place is a bit snug but social distancing is enforced. Using frozen mozarrella triangles with a microwaved tomato sauce was horrible. .I ordered fish and chips?.The batter was mealy and seemed like a pancake wrapped fish. My son got Buffalo chicken Mac n cheese The Buffalo Mac sauce was over elbow noodles which once looked like it was a Mac n cheese but had been baked so long the cheese was baked on and the food was inedible. Taco Salad leaves lots of room for improvement- too much lettuce and not enough of the extras like guacamole or something - it was just very dry. The place is pretty- but that's where it ends folks. Staff and owner are totally disorganized. When we asked about the special the bartender didn't know what was in it and when she asked the owner the owner stammered and didn't know either... what?! We got the pulled pork NACHOS and were excited to get NACHOS and got potato chips barely covered in cheese and were promised onion straws which were also missing. We didn't even finish the dish. It frankly reminded me of something I might drunkenly throw together at home with whatever mismatched leftovers I have in the house, only to totally regret it later. Unfortunately, a couple of Tuesday's ago I went in specifically for the Pretzels and although there are now 3 to an order instead of the 2 Larger Pretzels, the current product is now Store Bought Crap. I'm pretty sure the change to place with the new ownership. Bad Call! I have no problem paying up for quality food but when I expected what seemed to be freshly made Pretzels with an Awesome Cheese Dipping Sauce and then get 3 store bought pretzels that tasted like 6 hour old Speedway bought pretzels and Then pay 14-15 bucks with tip, I felt Bamboozeled! read more

I've been bamboozled I've been here twice. I'm local and would love to see them succeed, but want to provide an honest review. Trying to keep things fair here, so here is my honest review after two visits: Once at dinner and once at breakfast. Dinner visit: We were one of two parties in the place on a weeknight prior to their actual opening. Somehow, even though we were some of the few patrons in there, it still took an inordinately long time to receive our order. Bothersome but okay...we attributed to newness and inexperience. Service was inconsistent and slow, but always friendly during the visit. Food was decent...I would say 7 out of ten (steak nachos), my companion (club sandwich) would have rated lower. Prices are very reasonable! Presentation was casual but nice (see pics). Breakfast visit: A fiasco and sooo disappointing. Again, we were one of two parties present. Neither my companion nor I got what we ordered. Now neither of us is clairvoyant but as soon as we ordered and she walked away, we looked at each other and said at the same time: "What do you want to bet that we don't get what we ordered?" And we were right. His order: omelette with cheese, bacon and jalapenos, side of sausage What he got: omelette with cheese and sausage, no jalapenos, side of bacon What I ordered: omelette with cheese and bacon, side of sausage What I got: runny (totally undercooked) omelette with cheese and sausage, side of bacon Heres a tip: WRITE it down!! Oh, and did I mention that it took nearly 25 minutes to get the food (with a total of four patrons in the place including us)? Bacon and toast not even warm. Potatoes were hot and very good. Manager came over and I said that the best rating I could give for that visit was: edible. I take that back, mine was not edible as it was not cooked properly. To their credit, manager was sincerely apologetic and offered to have orders re-done but who wants to wait another 25 minutes for eggs and sausage? They have a good hot sauce selections! They had chipotle cholula hot sauce which is a rarity outside of chipotle's Tabasco chipotle sauce. the climax of it all is that it was cheap ! 2 mixed drinks a bomb ass appetizer was 17 bucks. I had the meatloaf stack which is layered with mashed potatoes and gravy, and topped with fried onion straws. Hearty and delicious with a medley of zucchini, squash and peppers on the side. I tried my daughter's 1/3 lb. cheeseburger and it made me wish I opted for a burger. They have a variety of your typical toppings, and then upgrades like avocado or a fried egg among others. Wife's corn beef was good too. Our waiter/bartender was very attentive and accommodating. Not a huge space, but plenty of TVs, and a couple of dart machines in the back. The bar is long, with booths across from the bar itself. Bathrooms were very clean which is always a good sign. There's also an upstairs area which we did not see, but might be more for the dinner crowd during the week. We live only a few blocks from this place for two years now but never gave it a thought until we were under quarantine and looking for new places to eat. We checked out the menu and they had great prices so we took a shot and were extremely happy with our choice. One of the best parts of my meal? Would you believe that it was the cucumbers and ranch? Because it was; Homemade ranch. I had the Bamboozels spooner the first time, also delicious. And next time a BLT with pickles instead of tomatoes and it was also really good.
