We were really disappointed with our experience here. My husband booked a massage for myself and two friends. We were told we'd have one massage in the cabana and two inside together (not sure why it had to be a couples massage but no biggie, maybe there's only one single room inside?). When we got there, we were told they set up for two outside and one inside which was an issue because only one of us brought the required swimsuit to be outside in the cabana. It took three phone calls, a walk down to the cabana, and 15 mins into our start time for everyone to get sorted and for the two of us to be set up inside. The massages were nice and the women were professional. I'm not sure if my therapist had a timing issue, but she only massaged one of my legs while I was on my stomach and then ran out of time at the end and massaged my entire left side for no more than two minutes total. In this situation I was not happy with the 20% included gratuity because our service was not up to par. I WILL say that my friend who was outside had a massage by Joe and said he was wonderful! 25 years of experience, learned traditional Hawaiian massage from his dad. Sounds like he's the one to book with! The spa lacks anything extra. No robes, a bottom shelf to put your things, not even a hook to hang clothes, no spa water, etc. they could add a few inexpensive touches and there would be more value. And better communication is a MUST. read more

Easy to make an appointment, easy to find since we were staying at the hotel and very pleasant people when you walk in. We got a 50 minute couple massage and it was the best one we've gotten. Best massage hands down I have ever had! I always book a massage whenever I go on vacation. I frequently get a massage in a monthly basis and I can say without a doubt. This was the best massage I ever had in my life. I received the 1 hour traditional lapu lapu massage with hot stones. The pressure was perfect and hit all the areas to release tension and toxins. I have never felt more relaxed after a massage. Kammy is a true professional and healer. I really wish I could give more stars. If I could book this massage on a more frequent basis, I would. My husband booked an 80 minute massage here thinking it would be outdoors over looking the beach. Unfortunately it was a bit windy & misty out, so my massage was moved indoors. The rooms decor wasn't anything special, but my massage was great, which is the most important thing to me. My masseuse, Richelle, had a warm and inviting vibe. She made sure I was comfortable & asked me to let her know if there was anything she could do to make my massage more enjoyable. She used young living essential oils & her firm pressure was perfect to help my tired shoulders and neck. She is the one to ask for here if you are thinking about getting a massage. Incredible message experience as a couple. We were enticed with the cabana message when waking by, but due to wind and drizzle it was inside; however, it didn't take away from the wonderful experience we had. I got the honeymoon message for package for one, my husband got the 80 min. with stone enhancement. We both felt so pampered and relaxed during the entire time. He fell asleep for most of it; while I just kept enjoying while awake. The scalp message was so unique and so lovely- felt the totally coddled. My wife and I did the Puamana Honeymoon Ritual treatment and we will find it difficult to have a standard 60 minute Swedish massage in the future. The massage was the most relaxing we've ever had. Rochelle and Maurice we well organized, very professional, and took their time giving us a great afternoon massage. The warm coconut oil scalp massage was so soothing. WOW! Better than I expected! Ive been in the Spa business for over 17 years so Im super picky. My Massage therapist cascaded my being with flowing nurturing strokes. I could feel all the heaviness float off me. The smell of eucalyptus enlivened all my cellular functions. Next was my facial , got to stay in the same hymalayan salt room. Had a couples massage inside the spa. It lacked any sort of spa amenities or atmosphere like water, tea, robes, relaxation area. You just go right off the reception desk into the room. The massages themself were decent but we didn't like that 20% gratuity was included because we would have preferred to tip according to the level of service provided. My husband and I had a beachside cabana massage while on vacation and it was absolutely amazing. This is a small location at the Aston Kaanapali Shores, and the beachside cabana is located near the sand. While the cabanas location wasn't perfect (close to a parking lot), the sound of waves, birds and fresh air was absolutely amazing. My husband and I keep raving about the quality of massage from Bethany and Maurice, and the prices were incredibly reasonable for the quality. We will be back!!! read more

Worst Spa ever!!! Tried to get a massage for two people, which they are supposed to specialize in and they are located at the hotel that we are staying in the Kaanapali Shores and tried for three days to get in and then they would leave a message with a time. I would call back and confirm and then they would call back before the massage and cancel and then I would call back again get a new time and then 24 hours later they would get back leave a message confirming the time and then call back while we were out snorkeling and cancel and then I finally got a "live" person and they stated they needed a credit card to hold it which I would have happily done. But they gave away our time slots and no longer had any time slots available before we were scheduled to leave. They cancelled three times. Worst Customer service and treated us like guests at the hotel did not matter at all. I guess they have too much business, so I would never recommend them!!!! read more

Absolutely not worth it!!! Massage was mediocre, masseuse only spent little time on sections of the body and very pricey for only a 50 minutes massage. When I booked the appointment I said I wanted an hour long massage, the male receptionist acknowledged my request but didn't explain to me that they don't offer 60 minutes, he just continued to book it. Booked 80 minute couples massage for my husband and I. Made the mistake of booking in advance not knowing once I got to the resort we would get a free seasonal upgrade as part of our stay. The person I booked with did not bother to mention this perk when I called. The massages were great and we felt so relaxed afterwards. My husband wasn't too thrilled with the $400+ that I paid afterwards. Sadly enough I have to say I do agree with him on this. Massage was great but in retrospect not worth $400+. Definitely suggest shopping around you can definitely find a better deal elsewhere and have money left over to go enjoy something else. read more
