We unfortunately did not get a massage here, we cannot speak to their quality however we did run into issues with communication and scheduling. We texted the phone number 9' the website asking for availability and received a text back confirming a reservation at 1pm same day. We filled out the waiver form but when we arrived, no one greeted us and we learned the scheduler confused us with other guests and double booked us. No one physically there could help us, and we had to wait for the scheduler to call us. She told us she booked us for 4pm which conflicted with the plans we made, but never sent a text or phone call to inform us. She took most of the phone call to explain how it's her second day on the job and how the owners make it confusing for her because they won't assign names to the phone number texting in to schedule. Had they offered us a discount or some sort of perk for inconveniencing our day, then we would have rescheduled however they did not, and the woman on the phone reiterated again that it was her second day and that they have a bad scheduling system. Before you show up, we'd recommend you re-confirm your appointment, with name, date, and time since the scheduler managed to get all three of those things confused due to their poor scheduling system. We went to Zensations instead, excellent customer service, very organized, took us in quickly and it was amazing! Since they were so great we decided to upgrade as well, worth every penny at Zensations! read more

I had a 90 minute massage and it felt like 15 minutes. It was important to Sunny to customize the massage to fit my needs. And she did just that. She's an adorable upbeat woman who shared a lot of history of Lahina as well as recommendations for our stay. My husband had Joel and his experience was incredible as well. He has had two intense neck surgeries and really struggles with muscle pain and stiffness. It impacts his sleep dramatically. We got lucky because they were booking for a few days out but they had a cancellation open up and called us for a same day appointment. PRICING Great pricing compared to the resort spa fees and conveniently only 10 mins from the Hyatt which is where we were staying. My husband and I both got a 90 min massage. If we booked with the resort only one of us would've gotten to have a massage for the same price. AMBIANCE Extremely clean and I loved the ambiance. They have essential oils and spray you with rose water. MASSAGE The massages were amazing. We feel so refreshed. We requested relaxing with some deep tissue in certain areas like upper back. We also asked for Lomi Lomi style which we read was a Hawaiian cultural massage that we wanted to experience. 10/10 highly recommend! They used hot towels and the massage beds were super comfortable.
