I've been eating at this restaurant since they open their doors. The food has always been great! I love how everything is made fresh & is real food. There are no preservatives & no one tells me what I have to have on my burger, I get to help myself & make it my way. I've never had a problem with the service or shitty attitudes from the employees. I have noticed that being a local when the visitors come in town the feel the need to treat the employees like shit. They also like to leave their trash everywhere. I don't mind helping out & wiping table off when it's busy, I see how hard they work & they always greet me with a smile. I appreciate the great service these employees provide as well as the food. A scam operation for sure... Their "Wild Combo" shows a DOUBLE burger, Fries, and a Drink for $8.99. This is what the menu shows... and that's what they tell you at the register, when they call your name, you are given a SINGLE burger. Any questions and they say you were only charged for a SINGLE. They say a double costs $2 more. The receipt that a customer receives doesn't say what size of burger, it just says "1 Wild Combo $8.99". If you push it, the cook will put the second patty on your burger after telling you that you were wrong. As it turns out, now they tell you that the Single And Double Wild Combos are the same price but they keep CHEATING people by just giving them a single and hoping they'll move along without questioning it. But there is no "Single Wild Combo" on the menu at all. I've been watching this scam operating for well over a year and no one will do anything about it. I've been unable to contact a manager and the BBB hasn't responded. This place should definitely be closed down for fraud. Fries and Onion Rings are each $2.99 and they tell you that you can substitute onion rings for fries in a combo for "no extra charge". That's what they tell you, then when the ring it up, they charge $1 more. When you ask about the prices, they say "yeah, it's $1 more for the substitution" not two minutes after they just told you there was no charge to upgrade to the rings. I've seen this happen with friends many times. We hadn't been here in about 3 weeks, so I thought I'd try it... they charged me $1 more right after saying there was no charge. Then they gave me the single burger initially (AGAIN). The cook did fix it and when I asked the cashier, she said that I specifically ordered the Wild Combo as a single instead of the double. That is a blatant lie. The food here is barely mediocre... but today, the tomato slices were dark and mushy... and the lettuce was brown. People eating pizza at the next table took two bites and threw it away... same with another table; they all said it looked and tasted like it was a week old. Those are their descriptions, not mine. I've never dared to try their pizza because it looks very, very bad. Everything is packaged for take-out now, no matter how you order... lots of wasted styrofoam going into their trash. I know they used to serve dine-in food on a platter with a tray, but no more. Ketchup was empty... took more than 15 minutes to get them to refill it. read more

Their burgers are average. The services was lousy. When we visited, the line was long (15 people) and only one cashier at the counter. She was on the phone for 12 minutes taking a room order. We brought it to the manager's attention but he did not seem interested in solving the problem. He told us "room order" is priority!! Mind you it was only 9:45 pm and yelp states they close at 12AM. We then went back next day at 11 when yelp states they close at "2AM" closed again. "A funny thing happened on the way home to Las Vegas" Yesterday a friend and I stopped at the Wild Style Burger and Pizza place (in the Edgewater Casino) after spending a few hours visiting Laughlin. That's basically all they serve, pizza and burgers. It's a simple menu. She ordered a slice of cheese pizza and a burger, I ordered a double burger combo ($8.50). There were several people that ordered before us that were waiting for their food,. We waited, and waited, and waited, and waited. The Pizza chef was making whole pizzas left and right. He was really on the ball, although my friend said that her pizza was just OK (and it was better after she blotted the grease off the top of the pizza with a napkin). Meanwhile, the guy cooking hamburgers was only cooking ONE ORDER AT A TIME! Yep! If someone ordered a hamburger he'd throw it on the grill and specialize in cooking the one hamburger. When that one was done he'd go to the next order, which was usually one or two burgers. It took 20 minutes for us to get our hamburgers! The pizza guy was making at least one or two large pizzas (made to order) for every hamburger the other guy cooked. Now here's the clincher! The restaurant has a serve yourself condiment bar, which means the cook ONLY has to grill the patties, the customer chooses which toppings they want and put it on the burger themselves. The cook LITERALLY only needs to cook the patty and toast the bun. He doesn't have to make anything 'to order'. He should have easily been able to count up how many burgers needed to be cooked for all of the orders and cook them all at the same time. I guess basic arithmetic isn't taught in Laughlin area schools. OK, OK. The cashier did explain that it was the cooks first day by himself on the job, which we kind of took into consideration... but then we learned that he trained for 2 weeks and that blew our mind!!! All in all the burger was better than average and the array of sauces, leafy things, and other condiments to put on it was also good. The burger would be outstanding if they used better, heartier buns and offered upgrades like a fried egg or a selection of other cheeses (Cheddar, swiss, blue would go GREAT on this type of burger). If they just get the burger guy to work sensibly they'll be worth another visit. read more

If I could give -1 star I would. My husband and I were in the mood for a pizza but didn't want to order a whole one. So we ordered 2 slices! THE WORST SLICE OF PIZZA IVE EVER HAD!! They keep the "slices" under heat lamps so when you just order a slice, well there you go! No sauce (because it had dried out) hard cheese and crust was as crunchy as a cracker! Disgusting! I cant say much about the food, its as expected, BUT got 5 stars for service today. My 5yr old ordered an ice cream cone, one of the employees just put some on a cone and threw it in a cup and tossed it on the counter. My daughter PROMPTLY lost her composure. It had been a long day, you parents understand. The cashier Maria acted fast and told my daughter she would remake it and brought her a beautifully swirled little cone. She saved the afternoon. Was recommended to eat at this place but not sure why! Went to order a pizza combo and the lady at the register told me they were out of garlic bread so I couldn't order it. Then tried to order just a piece of pepperoni pizza, onion rings and soda and she said they ran out of soda. So I order one piece of pepperoni pizza and onion rings. All she charged me for was the onion rings, gave me two pieces of pizza that had pepperoni and sausage on it and then I waited about half an hour for my onion rings(they weren't very busy either). The pizza tasted like cardboard and the crust was black from being burnt. My family ordered two orders of buffalo wings right after me and waited 45 minutes for them! Onion rings weren't bad but that was about it. We also sat next to the window that had a river view, was hoping that would be the highlight of eating there but I kid you not there were about 300 dead flies on the windowsill. Very good pizza!!! But Jana the cashier will make certain to ruin your experience. Rude, hostile, asked her for some garlic powder to put on my pizza. As I predicted she said they didn't have any. When I told her I had eaten there before and that they DO have garlic powder, she knew EXACTLY where to go to get it, didn't have to hunt and search to find it. Burgers were reasonable but the extras are $.79 a piece. Wow, that blew my mind. I can understand $.50 for cheese and other condiments but it was way too much, that'll teach me. For instance, wife and I got a single and a double cheeseburger, mine had sautéed onions and mushrooms, a drink and a order of fries, total was $17.49...really? Am I at Five Guys or Smash Burger, nope. Overall the burger tastes like the ones you get at Costco, would have been better if it was homemade burger. I like the sautéed onions and mushrooms, hard to mess it up. I do like the idea of self-served condiments like tomatoes, lettuce, pickles and jalapeños. 5 star for that! This place is the best. The burgers are actually ground filet. They are fried on a flat top grill which is the way I like. It is great that they have you put all of the condiments and toppings on yourself so you get it the way you want it. It is the best burger that I have ever had. Honestly! There are some great burgers out there now, but his one is the best. Do yourself a favor and order a shake as well. They use actual ice cream and not some soft serve stuff.
