I couldn't pass up pizza after seeing it at the hallway towards my hotel room! I ordered the Peperoni pizza and it had a heaping amount of cheese and peperoni. The crust was crispy and the pizza sauce was mild. This is ideal for a quick bite especially when taking a break from gambling and/or after plenty of drinks. read more

I just ordered late night a slice of pizza after a bit of gambling. The pizza was good quality. The service was definitely a little slow. However, I wouldn't hesitate to go back. read more

The service was fine, but the pizza could've been cooked longer. Especially since I asked for it to be well done. It was a little over cheesy too. I went to a pizza place at the Pioneer club and it was about half the price and way more loaded with ingredients. I'll go there from now on! read more

I had a great experience here when I went one busy weekend night to get a pizza to take to my room at Harrah's. They were very busy, but still friendly, and I got my pizza quickly. Prices are reasonable for the big pizza that you get (no more big slices I guess?), and you can pay with Caesar's comps. The pepperoni pizza was very good. I'd definitely come back when in town. read more

Concert night, so super busy-we definitely take this into account for this review. We decided on pizza for a quick dinner before the Killers concert. There is no seating, this is pick up only. Basically, you're supposed to be able to pick your crust, sauce, and toppings, but because they were so busy and only had 4 people working, they only had regular options: cheese, pepperoni & meat lovers. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, we ordered a cheese pizza. These are thin crust, gas oven baked pizzas. Another 15ish minutes and we got the pizza. Now we had to find a place to eat - we opted for the pool area because, why not? It was chilly and the guys next to us were smoking a cigar. We got 7 napkins, 2 packets of cheese and peppers. The pizza looked like something they served for school lunch and cost more than a pie from a delivery spot. The sauce tasted like watery jar spaghetti sauce and the cheese was not really evenly distributed. This might all be because of their busy-ness and lack of preparation for the crowds, so they might deserve a second chance. read more

got a order wrong the cashier is so confused on what he is doing and getting and had customers complaining about the wait time, like just tell the bitch to shut up. for the amount of time we waited we shouldve got a 50% percent discount. please look into hiring more workers, cause you only had one worker. bro doesnt know the difference between a whole cheese pizza vs a slice read more

We arrived at the hotel and smelled the delishes pizza, oh so we thought. I tried to order they just said no to every pizza possibility. Finally I said ok, "vegetarian with sausage and pepperoni" nope they could not make anything. I asked for my pizza to made with extra red sauce. "Nope" they looked at me like I was crazy. The pizza makers "3 white males" just laughed and said no. By then I just got frustrated and ordered a slice that they had on display: Don't go there unless you just want a slice. Super rude and racist. I had to just walk away and sit and leave their presence or I was going to get angry: I have never herd of a pizza place not being able to add toppings to a pizza and charge for it!!! These people are not wanting to work or is this pizza place that strict, aka (greedy or lazy)with their pizza orders??? Pizza was weak. Only plus is the oven. read more

The pizza? Good to me, unsatisfactory for my husband. The night that we chose to eat there was hopefully a one-off for this place, but not sure. We waited for our pizza for at least 1 hour. Persons next to us ordered individual slices and still waited a ridiculous amount of time. I felt incredibly stressed for the young men making the pizzas, so it took me a while to approach and ask if they had our pizza at least in the oven since I had just watched them give the exact same order we had to a Table 11 all while we're supposedly Table 8. Gentlemen looked confused, and I'm pretty sure they didn't even receive our order on their side. They asked us to give them 5-10 mins (I'm guessing they were just going to give us someone else's pizza that ordered after we did but whose order they actually received). A lot more time passed before my husband asked about our pizza again, and we were asked to wait 5 minutes. This time it was real. We actually got our pizza. When they finally had the order ready for the family that ordered before us, it was all wrong. And during all of this, a big boss from who knows what department in the hotel walked into this little pizza space to speak with the 3 staff running the pizza fiasco. Didn't actually help to at least fold pizza boxes orrr maybe offer a little 10% off coupon to the mass of us waiting on our food, for next time (which I doubt any of us would really use). All she said to the young adult staff is "you should be fine with this" while pointing to dough. Gist is if you ever can't decide if you want to try this place, save your hard earned vacay time and go elsewhere. Thank you to the young men that didn't stop making pizza and didn't give up, because I wouldn't have blamed them if they quit right on the spot. read more

How could this happen? Was I that bad in a past life that the one good place to get pizza in this town has to be ripped away? When are they installing the bowling alley cause these will fit right in. You'll change the pizza but not the ambiance of those silly pictures of women in their late 80's? Jokes aside this is not worth the money, change isn't always a bad thing but this pizza is nowhere near the quality it once was and I at least expected the taste to be there still. Spend your money next door or just take some tomato soup a quesadilla and whatever cheese is the oldest in your fridge smoosh it together and toss that in the microwave, it might just taste better. Service was ehh as usual, no help with what a garden pizza was and was told it has "all veggies" which includes jalapeños, green chilies and pineapples? Weird. But maybe that's what this pizza needs, some weird. read more

It's bad. Not anything like Vegas. I can honestly say I have never tasted pizza like this. It was overdone yet raw the cheese didn't melt right and the sauce was disgusting. Girl up front was very nice. read more

Such a HUGE slice of pizza about the size of my head. Not only a massive slice but also decent flavor.

Let me first say that this WAS my favorite pizza in Laughlin and I made it a point to eat there even though we dont stay at Harrahs (rooms never get cool). This last time we went which was a couple weeks ago their entire menu had changed. I used to get a pizza that was perfect to split for 2 people and it was under 15 bucks. They no longer offer that. Their only option now for a whole pizza is 26 dollars and it doesn't taste the same as it used to AT ALL. The dough is no good the cheese doesn't taste the samel. What a disappointment. So, that will be the last visit for me. The next best pizza in Laughlin for a decent price is at the bowling alley at the Riverview. read more

After a full day of kayaking on the Colorado River, it was nice to place an order right away for pizzas to take back to our room. Since it was a Monday, the food court area was a ghost town, so the service was quick. The price was reasonable for being in a resort area. The crust is thin and got a little overdone, but it was still good. The pizzas are good size, approx 10". Plenty for two people. We ended up getting one cheese and one pepperoni with mushroom for a total of $28.52 (includes tax and tip). We had drinks back at the room, so that wasn't included. read more

If you get lucky and this is open, it's the most underrated pizza you can get. You might as well save your money and Uber eats or have some company deliver you pizza to the hotel. The worst option outside of SmashBurger at Harrahs Laughlin. **just to add on the "to-go" cheese pizza I bought was burnt on the crust all over. read more

Pin Up Pizza stays dark until 5pm. In my opinion, it should stay dark after 5pm too. The slices they sell are huge, and they look tasty enough, especially after a few beers. But be forewarned, their enormous size can hide hidden peril. As was the case with my slice. The crust was paper thin at the point of the triangle, and as I worked my way up the slice, the crust got gooeyer and gooeyer. It wasn't fully cooked. What should have been a nice pallet of bread supporting the usual pizza ingredients, was instead, a doughy mess. At a penny shy of 10 bucks a slice, I expected more. You should too if you're drawn in by the sights and smells of Pin Up. No, I didn't complain. I was already tucked away in my room, and didn't want to venture back down into the gambling depths. I'll just chalk it up to lesson learned. I should have had something on my stomach before passing by. Those cheesy sirens drew me into their lair, and I crashed on the rocks. Or to be more precise, on my bed. Quick Tip: If you're going to spend good dough on pizza, check to see if the pizza has good dough. read more

We ordered 2 pies to go and they were delicious! The crust was crisp and delicious! Definitely worth it!

I've gone to pin-up pizza in Vegas so I thought I knew what to expect but was wrong. They no longer have the HUGE slices but just a medium sized pizza. I ordered a cheese and they grabbed the pizza in the box already out of the warmer, the place wasn't busy at all yet the pizza was barely hot and the cheese was rubbery. $10.99 for a cheese pizza is ok considering this is a "destination" spot but if I paid that back home in Wisconsin I'd be unhappy for sure. $10.99 for barely warm pizza which was sitting in the warmer for who knows how long?! Ugh. I went about 6:30pm so def not close to closing or a busy time as there was one customer in front of me. read more

Pretty average pizza although crust is good. I know this is a chain because we've been to the one in Las Vegas at Planet Hollywood. That one over there I remember is better than this location. Slices are $6-7.25 each cut off a 30" giant pizza. So, they are large slices. If you buy the entire pizza it will cost you $65. There are 14" 1-topping available for $15. But that may be the only way you will get fresh pizza, since the giant ones just sit on a rack or a table. Reheated slices are not a bad thing, but if they've sat there for 4 hours or even overnight- well, I think you know what I mean. A bit more than a calculated guess. Walking up to order, there was about 6 in front of me. Someone asked one of the guys when they were closing. He said 1100. It was 1055. By the time I received my slice, it was 1115. The cook took out 4 different 30" pizzas from the oven during this time and just loaded them on the rack. Then he removed his apron, apparently done for the night. He went into cleanup mode while the other dude ran the register and told him, "We need to close soon." I really doubt they were taking all these pizzas home. I meant to walk by later just to see if the racks were hidden but forgot to do this. However, around 1100am(when they opened)next morning I walked by and saw several cold whole pies ready for reheating. Possibly if you time it right, or with some luck, you can actually get a fresh slice. read more

Supposedly closes at 10PM on a busy Friday night. Crowds showed up at 9:45PM but they will only make cheese pizzas because they put toppings away already getting ready to close. Somewhat understandable on slow weekday but this is a busy weekend. Either stay open posted hour or don't bother. read more

Average pizza imo. Nothing to write home about other than get a big slice, which they are able to cut in half. The pizza is the flimsy type which was fine, but as others said there is little flavor. The positive for some would be that the pepperoni pizza was not overly greasy. Service was decent. All items were not availble, garlic knots were not available at normal dinner time. This was the main reason to drop it to average as it was basically just pizza and pop available. They do accept casino comps. read more

Big slices of pizza. Kind of expensive (almost 8 bucks a slice). The pepperoni (a classic) was good. The cheese and pepperoni were flavorful. The Hawaiian pizza was good. The ham had a smokey flavor. Garbage pizza. Had no flavor at all. Staff didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. Don't waste your money.

I love the location in Vegas, so when I found out they had one at Harrah's I was instantly craving a slice. I came in around 3:45 pm on Sat 8/24 and ordered. While waiting for my slice a manager came by with a clipboard and no smile or personality. She was reprimanding the staff in front of us and told them out loud that the pizzas that were out were EXPIRED. In my mind I was like "that means the pizza I'm waiting for that was put back into the oven is EXPIRED". The manager knew that we were waiting for a slice, she should have said we will make you a fresh one. She never acknowledged that we were there so it didn't surprise me. The pizza was disgusting and we couldn't even eat it. We have never been disappointed at the Vegas location and we go often. Management should be encouraging and engaging, their staff feeds off their energy. read more

Service was horrible. The people handling the pizza are sassy and don't like fixing their own mistakes. Only had one hot pizza and a pepsi. I asked the lady to specifically make my pizza hot. When i went up to my room, the pizza was still lukewarm and already getting colder. So when i went down to tell them, they seemed bothered that they needed to fix their mistake. While waiting for another slice, i of course needed a new Pepsi that was not watered down. Mind you there was no line and no other person to service, so why would they need to be sassy? Pizza was decent. But no one deserves sassy service at such a slow pace establishment. read more

3/30/2024. ZERO STARS! Disgusting! Absolutely DISGUSTING! Everything about the order was also ridiculous! No more than 4 ingredients allowed on the pizza. We wanted to have veggie, but add pepperoni. They said no, RUDELY, with no suggestion to remove a veggie to add the pepperoni. All pizzas are pre-made so I believe they just won't adjust anything because they don't care and have no desire to make the customer happy. And they show it too with their attitude and complete disregard to the customer. So sad because It's not that hard to make good pizza! Because it's pizza! We ordered two veggie pizzas. They was so gross! Smelled awful and it was AWFUL! Practically NO SAUCE! Not even one bite had enough sauce to taste it or feel it. It looked like they took a pastry brush and barely coated the crust with sauce because all you could tell was it had a slightly pink/red cast under the ingredients. This place is a reheat only pizza place. All premade with no changes allowed. It was barely lukewarm. Crust was not crisp at all. It was limp and chewy. I tried to cut it because it wasn't cut well enough to make pieces. It was so tough, I finally had to tear it! They only sell whole pizzas when they apparently used to also sell slices. Don't believe the good reviews! They are years old anyway. Don't even give this place one bit of consideration! Expensive and horrible! Harrah's SHOULD cancel the lease for this restaurant, or DEMAND better from them! Even if they have no other restaurant to replace this one, it would be a better choice to get rid of it. Any pizza place like this is false advertising just to be open because pizza is not that hard! Pin Up Pizza at Harrah's in Laughlin doesn't even try... not even a tiny bit. They don't want to be there and it shows! So please get rid of them. It leaves a bad overall feeling about Harrah's restaurants. They are all expensive and to have to deal with this is not right! Also, even if they say they deliver, they don't. That's because the app doesn't work and they WILL NOT answer the phone. And don't bother leaving a message because they ignore them. Side note re all RESTAURANTS AT HARRAH's in Laughlin: If you order anything to drink such as pop or coffee at ANY of Harrah's restaurants, it's $4. Ridiculous! So don't just randomly order because you will be shocked it added so much cost to your meal. read more

We just left Harrah's yesterday and the night before we left we ate here for dinner. My wife and I each had a slice of pepperoni and sausage. My wife got violently sick from her stomach that night. They don't wear gloves when handling food. Their attitude sucks. For $30 dollars (2 slices and 2 drinks), it's not worth the price, attitude, or getting sick. We will never go back. Harrah's should evaluate their vendors and only bring in vendors with great food and service. read more
