He certainly made a deep impact my life in the most profound way with his diligence and knowledge in medicine even in complex GI anomalies like mine. I proactively sent an email to my doctor (Dr. Doscas) asking about some recent tests and prescriptions only to be notified that my doctor has left the practice. While Dr. Doscas was a great doctor, I'm puzzled by how this was all handled. I received no email or comms from my doctor, the management team nor was I given any guidance on next steps in switching doctors. This is unacceptable. I should have been proactively notified and should have been made aware of my options ASAP. I called and texted the office several times to speak to Dr. Gorman about my experience but did not receive a call back. Instead, I received an impersonal, cold and sterile letter a few days later notifying me that I needed to find another doctor. I would not recommend this practice to anyone given the sloppy nature of my situation was managed- it's completely unacceptable.

The confirmation email I received listed only the appointment time, address, and parking information -- it contained no mention of any consultation fee. On the day of the visit I was charged $750. When I questioned the amount, I was told that was the correct fee based on our prior conversation. I left the experience feeling the consultation fee had not been clearly or accurately disclosed in advance. The office itself also raised concerns. There was no secretary or front-desk staff, and the space is shared with a beauty salon, chiropractic office, and other services. All communication was handled directly by the doctor. The lack of transparent pricing has left me with no choice but to file a claim in small claims court to resolve the matter.

Before coming to BioReset, I had a chronic cough (7 weeks and it was not COVID), extreme fatigue…read moreand my brain was "foggy". I had seen my Primary Doctor and had also been to The Mayo Clinic. Neither helped me with those issues. When I first met Dr. Cook, he said "We will get rid of your cough". After two visits (in 1 week) at BioReset, my cough was gone. After week 2, my fatigue and foggy head was gone. Most people (myself included) think inside of the Medical Book-Box when we feel bad. BioReset opened my eyes to so many contributing factors to my health issues. I had never thought about mold toxicity, tick born diseases or gut issues. I had many tests done right away (they are done by a reputable lab and you can look up the prices, they are not making money by selling lab tests). Instead of handing me a bottle of pills, they created a precise plan to heal my internal issues which lead to healing many of my original issues. (Cough, fatigue, foggy head and also pain in my knee). I am so thankful to have found Dr. Cook and his team. He is one of a kind. If you are expecting a conventional waiting room, only to be brought into the "cold second waiting room", only to be seen by a Dr. in a white coat- think again. The office itself is as warm and inviting as Dr. Cook and the entire group that supports him. On that note- his team reflects his own personal investment in his patients. Every single member of his staff has treated me with compassion and sincerity. They knew my name and I knew theirs. They sat and spent time with me while I was being treated. After months of feeling like a invisible number- I finally felt like a real human being and it felt AMAZING! When I say it felt "amazing", I mean mentally, physically and also spiritually. I am not the kind of person who says "spiritually", but I honestly just feel GOOD when I go to BRM and I feel GREAT when I leave. I added to this post because I want to mention one thing: I was pulling up Google Maps to take a screen shot for a friend of mine. That's when I saw the review below mine (that I do not want to draw attention to, but here I am). When I read it, I thought "Did we go to the same place?" Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but I could not read the opinion of PC Inc (you don't hear that name often) , I was compelled to write my review. BioReset Medical has the most compassionate group of people on board their ship. There is a reason that I met with 6 different people on my fist appointment. Let me be clear- I was not moving from room to room...all 6 came to see me in my very room. (which, for the record does NOT look like the standard doctors office room that you sit in all cold, with a gown on, feet hanging off of a metal table- it looks more like a nice hotel reception room with cozy warm chairs and nice pictures on the wall). Back to my point, the crew was awesome and Dr. Cook makes the perfect captain of the ship. You can almost see and hear the gears in his mind turning while he's talking to you. He is planning your care, thinking about your situation, analyzing the problem and coming up with a solution that makes sense. He listened intently while I talked about my issues, leaning forward, hearing every word and truly WANTING to help me....and he did! I might sound like a cheerleader or a not-real-poster, so feel free to reach out to me if you want to hear it from the horses mouth. My world has changed from feeling bad to feeling really really good. I am a straight shooter when it comes to giving my opinion; always have been, always will be (hence the use of my actual name and also my real profile picture.) I have nothing to hide, because the truth is easy to back up. ~Jamie Rose Caglia-Berry

I was referred to Dr. Wu at Icon Chiropractic Center, and I'm so glad I went! My first impression when I walked into the office was how clean and tidy everything was. Even the air smelled fresh! They have an air filter that actually gave me a nostalgic feeling because I used to have the same kind when I was younger. My first appointment included the usual paperwork, evaluations, X-rays, and checking my range of motion. When I tell you I was in pain I mean I was literally in tears and could barely move. After just a few appointments with gentle adjustments and laser therapy, I noticed a HUGE difference. It helped A LOT! Now, three weeks later, I feel close to normal again, and my range of motion is back. By far, this is the best chiropractor I've been to--and I've been to a few. Dr. Wu and the entire staff are incredibly nice and welcoming. Everyone greets you by name, which makes the experience feel much more personal. What I also really appreciate is that they don't just adjust you and send you on your way. They educate you on what's happening with your body and teach you ways to help prevent the problem from happening again. They even offer monthly educational classes covering different health and wellness topics. I'm extremely happy with my experience and the progress I've made. I definitely recommend Icon Chiropractic Center!

He is truly a blessing, and words cannot express how grateful I am for everything he has done for me. When I first came to see him, I was in constant pain. My lower back hurt so badly that I couldn't even stand up straight--I was always walking bent forward. I was also dealing with sciatica, a frozen shoulder, shoulder pain, and overall stiffness throughout my body. I had almost accepted that this was just how I would have to live. In only three weeks of treatment, I would say I've improved by about 70%. The difference has been life-changing. My pain is now minimal, I'm moving so much better, and for the first time in a long time, I have hope that I can fully recover. What makes Dr. Eric exceptional isn't just his skill--it's the way he genuinely cares about his patients. He is incredibly gentle, kind, patient, and attentive. Because my body is so stiff, he always reminds me to relax and never pushes beyond what I'm comfortable with. He listens carefully, explains everything, and makes sure each visit is focused on what I need. I had planned to wait a couple of months before writing a review, but the results came so quickly that I simply couldn't wait. When someone makes this much of a difference in your life, they deserve to be recognized. My time and money have been more than worth it. This has been one of the best investments I've ever made in my health. If you're suffering from pain and wondering whether to give Dr. Eric a try, I wholeheartedly recommend him. I've learned from and been treated by many doctors over the years, but Dr. Eric stands above them all. He is truly the best of the best. Thank you, Dr. Eric, for giving me relief, restoring my hope, and helping me get my life back. I will always be grateful. Btw, staff are all adorable and welcoming!

Dino genuinely cares, listens, takes the time to explain the treatment, and always patiently answers the 80 thousand questions that I have. He is so personable and kind, he takes an interest in my adult children and now grandchildren. Once I came in because I had severe nerve pain in my elbows , like the pain of hitting your crazy bone , only it would not stop. I asked him if he ever witnessed someone trying to cut off their arm from this pain, he responded yes I have. He then gave me cortisone injections ( he is excellent) and that pain went away instantly. Don't get me wrong he follows the guidelines on prescriptions as far as the current situation with Vicodin. He may not agree to some of the aspects associated with the decree. I have the utmost respect and admiration for him and his staff. Do not be discouraged, if you do not get a quick call back. I'm absolutely enraged at how Dr. Maliheh Massih treated my mother at her first appointment. We'll…read morenever come back here and I'll recommend anyone and EVERYONE against this place. Dr. Massih was dismissive, rude, and disrespectful towards my mother's request about disability and was insistent on my mother being employed and working through her major lumbar and cervical issues (diagnosed spinal stenosis, degenerative discs, nerve pain, & more) even though my mother hasn't been able to physically work for over a year. Does this doctor want people to purposefully worsen their physical conditions so she can repeatedly inject them and prescribe them with pain medication? Not only that, but Dr. Massih was impatient and rushed her appointment. How can you get to understand your patient's issues if you don't give them the time to explain their ailments? And even with the limited time she gave my mother, she would talk over her and ignore her concerns. She even angrily opened up the appointment by asking my mother "why [she] was even here." And when my mother asked Dr. Massih to explain the side effects of a certain procedure, Dr. Massih insisted that she would only tell her once they were cleared to do the procedure. So, basically, she wanted to pressure my mother into making an appointment for the procedure first before explaining anything. Is this a doctor who cares, or a doctor who simply wants money? I think it's clear what her aim is. Regardless of whether or not Dr. Massih is a good doctor, our first impressions of her are highly negative. I'll never be able to trust someone so rude, dismissive, and uncooperative, and I strongly suggest others to avoid this doctor.
