I have been visiting this place not because it was very good, but it was just convenient. Like me many others visiting the strip mall for grocery, food etc, end up using their threading and waxing services. Last time I visited, while threading they had put so much pressure that it ended up cutting my skin and the pores around it started oozing out blood. I stayed quite and asked who can help me. The receptionist who is always very rude, with much reluctance called the owner who was inside. She applied some lotions kept there. When I told her, I would not pay for your service, she started complaining this happened because of me. Apparently, another staff of her's next to my stall told her I have insisted upon putting more pressure which was completely untrue. The receptionist started complaining, all this has created a lot of commotion. So, not only their services suck, they lie right across your face and if that was not enough they will blame you for disrupting their "business". Yes, business indeed. Behind all the sweet talk hides their inefficiency, arrogance and lies. As of now if you think it's all good and you continue to go there, wait till something goes wrong and then see their true colors. It's not a matter of IF; it's a matter of WHEN. read more

Very Bad Customer service or should I say downright Rude!! Went for face wax yesterday the girl didn't know what she was doing (Pradeep) was her name she did not hold the skin tight while waxing and as a result my face became blistered and bumpy. It scared me as I wasn't sure that it would subside. When I suggested that they should have Ice packs ready for such situations. She says oh it typically doesn't happen to people, basically totally ignoring that she was at fault and trying to tell me that I am stupid to suggest anything. The attitude was stinking of both the girl-Pradeep and her owner. The owner says oh its normal for people to have such blistering on their face. I told them that it was not the first time that I was waxing my face and I had never had this situation before. But the owner was relentless and that girl was arrogant and rude and kept blabbering away. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. The only very skilled person is SHWETA she is amazing and I go there just for her. Everyone else is arrogant, rude and they just don't care about their customers. If they ruin your face no problem they don't care whatsoever!! read more

I was so impressed by the work that Prapti A.K.A. Pam did on me. I had a facial appointment and full face threading. She was very energtic, caring, and really enjoyed the experience there. I was a little skeptical about going to a new place that I've never been to but, Wow, what a outstanding job? Pam, you are the best and wish you can continue working there as I'll be only coming to you everytime now;-) You got my business and I'll be telling all my friends and family to come to you. It costed me a little bit but, Prapti is so gentle with here hands and even during the threading procedure. I would say she is one of the best there. I over heard a customer complaining about Heena's work and if I was that customer, I would never get it done by her. If you read this lady, ask for Prapti!! read more

I've been coming to this salon for the past 16 years, and it continues to be my one and only go-to place for all my beauty treatments and services. It's truly a phenomenal salon where women, men, and even kids can come and feel comfortable getting their services done. The team is exceptionally skilled, very friendly, and always provides outstanding customer care. What I appreciate the most is their consistency in quality and the warm, welcoming atmosphere they create every time. Went recently to get hair and makeup done for an event. The makeup artist (Anjali) was very sweet and she did a really nice look according to my features. She uses quality products as well and the final look turned out really well. I got my hair done by Vaishali and she did it based off a Pinterest look I showed. Overall it turned out really good and I'm satisfied. Only thing to keep in mind is that they charged extra for false lashes which I thought was going to be covered by the overall price (however it was not). That's okay since it was only 5$ extra. I strongly recommend getting your makeup and hair done here especially for desi events because they arrange your jewelry and tikka as well. Rate it a 9.5/10 experience!! read more

I recently visited PTsalon in Dublin for a facial service, and I had the pleasure of being treated by Anjali. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely delightful. The facial left my skin feeling rejuvenated, hydrated, and glowing. What truly stood out, though, was the massage that Anjali incorporated into the facial. It was simply amazing! I could feel the tension melting away as she worked her magic. I left the spa not only looking refreshed but also feeling completely relaxed. I highly recommend booking a facial with Anjali if you're looking for an outstanding experience. I will definitely be returning! read more

Pam is "Perfect" for threading. She is great with her hands and makes the procedure painless and quick. She is an outstanding conversationlist. She is caring and very considerate. Since this was my first time threading, I was scared that it would be very painful but, not if you're getting your eyebrows done by Pam. I'm in the software industry and came by during lunch. When I got back to work, every single person complimented me and few of the guys even checked me out and got asked out on a date. I am only going to Pam from now on. I have an appointment for waxing. I hope my new boyfriend likes it. read more

Hi - Stay away! It's your face we are talking about here. I had gone for a threading and they advised me to go for waxing. It burnt a lot after waxing and I did not realize until I came home that they peeled my skin off. I'd my girlfriend's birthday party to attend next day and looking at my face my friends were so upset! Needless to say they would definitely not go there anymore. I don't want to post my picture here else you would have realized how scarring my experience was. I would advise others to save yourself from using their service. There are many other good salons out there. read more

I came here from Threads Beauty Bar. I definitely like Perfect Threading more. The ladies that thread my eyebrows here are pretty good. They know how to shape it nicely and they do a good job, especially with threading ingrown hairs. I would recommend going here before 4 or 5 pm, though. I feel like they get busy in the evenings and there is usually a long wait. I also liked how they do their facials. I got it done here twice and enjoyed my experience. Their facials aren't as expensive as the other salons. read more

This place is really perfect for threading, facial & waxing. I use to go there last year for all this and Prapti was the one who use to do it for me. Unfortunately she had to move to some other city, so I was kind of sad. But last month she started again at perfect threading. She is the best one. She knows her task. She is the best in her job. read more
