I have never had a bad experience and I've had my nails done by every nail technician over the years. I get dip manicures and gel pedicures, as I love not having to worry about my nails smudging and these services last much longer than regular polish manicures and pedicures. I have typically seen Kevin, who consistently does an excellent job. Recently, I switched to Lilly due to scheduling convenience. She works quickly and the quality of her nail work has generally been good. Unfortunately, the customer service experience has become increasingly uncomfortable. Over my last several visits, I noticed that Lilly rarely greeted me, made eye contact, or acknowledged me during my appointments, while appearing much more welcoming and friendly with other customers. At first, I assumed I was being overly sensitive, but my most recent visit confirmed that something felt off. During the appointment, I had a cut on one of my fingers. Lilly repeatedly squeezed that finger while working, causing significant discomfort. When my hand would naturally tense up from the pain, she became visibly irritated and repeatedly told me to relax my hand, even after I explained that the pressure on the cut was hurting. She also nicked me with the drill while buffing my nails. While accidents can happen, there was no acknowledgment or apology. Additionally, although I arrived on time for my appointment, I was started several minutes late. That normally wouldn't bother me. What did concern me was that with only a short amount of time left in my service, Lilly stopped working on my nails to begin another customer's removal process before returning to finish mine. I was left waiting without any explanation, apology, or acknowledgment. I've never written a negative public review before, but after this experience, I felt it was important to share. Quality nail work is only part of the experience...customer service, professionalism, and respect matter too. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers receive the level of care and attention that long-term clients deserve.

The exterior of the building itself is stunning and the ambiance inside immediately gives off a relaxing spa vibe. With light hardwood floors and windows throughout, the salon is clean, open and inviting. My hair stylist is Megan Kimmerly and she is phenomenal! Megan listens and is extremely professional with excellent insight into how to achieve the desired color and cut. She does my highlights, lowlights and Keratin treatments, in addition to cut and style.. While I've had some disappointing experiences elsewhere, I feel no stress at all with Megan. I trust her judgment and know I'm in good hands. She is also very efficient with her time and extremely pleasant as a person. I'm so grateful that I found her! I have also observed that other stylists at this salon conduct themselves in a professional manner and have admired the hair results of their clients. While I understand that spa services such as facials and mani-pedis are offered, I have not tried them though it is a lovely environment for a day spa. The ambiance is very classy yet comfortable. She decided to try this location because it is closer to us than Adrian was. While this place is clean and appears to be organized and professionally run by nice people, I must warn you be careful who you get. Also, she said the selection of nail polish colors is substandard compared to the average salon. Just not enough choices. For the first time in 12 years my wife experienced premature chipping. By the end of the service, I had what is commonly called a "ring of fire"--the skin surrounding several toenails was red, irritated, tender, and visibly overworked. A pedicure should leave your feet feeling refreshed and cared for, not sore and inflamed. Despite the poor quality of the service and the discomfort it caused, I was still charged full price with little acknowledgment of the issue. The owner pulled the nail tech back while she corrected the lack of polish and tailoring of the pedicure, standing over me while she some what fixed the issue. I am currently renewing my pedicure from a different facility. While completing this, the nail tech noticed significant crater with each toe.

She left the foil wrap things on my fingers for 25 minutes before taking them off, I eventually told her it was burning my finger and took it off myself. I'm surprised that I have any fingernail left with the way that she filed the gel off. My fingertips are raw from her filing my skin. The polish looks horrible and she left lots of polish on my skin. She bumped two nails and had to redo them and wrinkled the undercoat while painting. It was horrible. Worst mani I've ever gotten. Oh, AND she didn't even take all the gel off.
