When I reached out about booking, she answered any and all questions that I had and booked me through messaging, but she also has a really convenient online booking platform! Even though I only booked one service, she was flexible with her time and allowed me to add on at my appointment. At my appointment, she explained her processes and products to me. She made sure I was comfortable in her space, which of course I was, it was so calming and welcoming!! We went ahead and did a lash lift & tint and an eyebrow wax & tint. The services at Timber & Willow are fairly priced and super reasonable considering the high quality of waxes and tints used. I have super sensitive & fair skin and was amazed that the wax left me with minimal redness. That speaks for the quality itself! I definitely would recommend services here, over and over again, whether you're super blonde with light features like me, whether you've got dark & full futures that you're looking to accentuate, or whether you've got any hair you want removed. Andrea has the products and various services to help with any esthetic need!

Just walking in the door, you are immediately relaxed with calming music, water fountains, and a very nice , light scent in the air. The front desk staff is very friendly and greet you as soon as they see you. And the massage therapists are so wonderful! You do have to kind of "shop around" to find one that best fits what you like because they're all a little bit different, but I've never had a bad massage from them. Serenity just goes above and beyond compared to every other place, and I'll never go anywhere else!

Let's just say she did not, she completely fried my hair, she didn't even rinse the dye out. Not only that it wasn't magenta, she said she didn't have it so she tried to mix the color. I ended up with purple. they said they talk to a manager and get back to me. When they got back to me, they offered me an appointment with more experienced stylus. I went in. She tried to fix it. She couldn't. She said there was nothing she could do and she was sorry, but she didn't feel comfortable putting any more chemicals on my hair . Keep in mind I'd already paid several hundred dollars for this process. I was told a manager would get back to me they never did. i'm sure for simple styles and haircuts or color. They're probably great. But if you can't do the fun colors, just tell a customer that upfront and don't lie to them. These hairstylist had no idea how to do an ombre. When it was time for a touch up I scheduled with the same student because I knew she did great work. I had to schedule on a Saturday because of my work schedule, so it was scheduled 2 weeks out, no problem. I show up 2 weeks later on Saturday for my appointment and they tell me the student I scheduled with wasn't there and said they would put me with someone else. I said no thank you I'd like to stay with the same person, I rescheduled for a Saturday another 2 weeks away. The day of my appointment which was at 8:45, I get a call at 8:15 telling me the student isn't available and they want to reschedule. Absolutely not! Now I've been waiting a month and I'll reschedule for another 2 weeks to just have it happen again? I thought that part of this school was teaching professionalism? This definitely would not fly in a professional salon. I'd rather pay 3x the cost and have it done when I schedule than save some money and be rescheduled 3 times. A little more notice would be better for those they reschedule in the future.

She is friendly, easy to talk to, and just real. Sometimes the women I've seen at other salons can be a bit fake or flaky, but not Ashley. She also knows her stuff. Over the years she has taught me a lot about skincare. At each visit she takes her time to do it right - carefully waxing, tweezing, and everything else. Some staff at other places I've visited can be lazy or careless, but never Ashley. Also her prices are AMAZINGLY LOW. She could charge so much for her level of quality work, but I'm so thankful she's affordable for us folks who don't make that much money! (Lol). Ashley is amazing!!!
