The outside shut off valve also needed the regulator replaced (the cost was very expensive) but the house is 20+ years old so I gave my approval. Shannon did an excellent job and didn't mind me watching, not to check his work but to learn, I'm always looking to learn about any trade. Afterwords they cleaned up everything and were on their way. I knew when purchasing this home that plumbing would eventually be an issue so I had to decide between a simple slab repair for one spot of old plumbing or to just bite the bullet and repipe the entire house. After deciding that a repipe of the entire house was the right decision for us, especially since our home is 60+ years old, the crew go right to work. Let me start with personally naming some of the crew that worked on our project. RAY, RALPH, DAVID, VICTOR and JUNIOR were each great to have on our project. These gentlemen treated our home as if it were theirs and I never had to worry about the quality or cleanliness of their work. Updates daily, making adaptations to the plan as necessary when they saw things that could be improved upon. We had a great experience with Jetters N Drains from start to finish. We got a few quotes from…read moreother companies, and theirs was by far the most reasonable. I really appreciated that their price didn't change after an in-person visit to our house, which happened with ALL of the other companies. They used a trenchless Perma-Liner system to reline our pipe, so they didn't have to tear up our yard. It basically creates a new pipe inside the old one which is pretty cool and is supposed to last forever. They even carefully dug up a hedge and replaced it when they were finished and it looks like it's going to survive. They also installed a new cleanout and fixed a pipe offset that was causing problems. All of this only took about a half day and everything seems to be working perfectly. The crew was friendly, showed up on time, and were easy to work with the whole way through. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
