Don't use this plumbing company, I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and had an emergency under ground leakage, this company charged me twice what I was told by other contractors to replace my main piping! They charged me $10,000 which I'm told is a $5000 job by other plumber. Also, they removed my sprinkler system pumps and some sprinklers so now I can't use my system! I was told by other contractors that they were supposed to wrap my pipes in the ground which they didn't. This company charged me for 110 ft of pipe but only replaced 85 feet. When I asked for a revised invoice with a break down they wanted to change me extra to do it. This company doesn't care about its customers only about the money!!! read more

American Home Shield assigned Correct Plumbing to my rental house to resolve an issue of stopped bathtub drain. The service plumber snaked the tub and removed hair that was causing the blockage and backup from the kitchen sink. Why I give Correct Plumbing 5 Stars "Great" is for three major points: 1. When I called their office, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful to make my appointment. 2. The service plumber showed my tenants the issue and also said to let the landlord know, that's me, that when snaking the drain it appeared pretty rough within the pipe but was cleared. 3. I received a follow-up call from from John, one of the three partners of Correct Plumbing, to explain what his plumber had written regarding the service call. He asked me if the house had original pipes, which were installed in 1950, and that most likely explained why the snaking was scraping from the corrosion of the pipes. I complemented John how the job was handled from the office appointment, to the plumber arriving on time, to resolving the problem, and finally a call for the follow-up. We were referred to this plumber through our AHS plan for a clogged sink. The technician assessed the drain and determined that the pipe needed to by hydro-jetted due to excessive buildup and it would cost $650 to repair. When we asked about coverage through the warranty plan he stated the company denied the claim. I reached out to AHS and they said they did not speak to a technician and the report of findings needs to be sent over for review which can take 24-48 hours and no work should be completed until the denial or approval came. When my husband told the technician that we reached out to the insurance and they basically lied to us, then they sent the estimate and reached out to the insurance company for a review. I confirmed the time they reached out and it was approximately an hour after I spoke to the insurer so in fact they had not spoken to the carrier like they said they did. Yes, the hydro-jetting is not covered and that is fine I can pay it but to flat out lie to a customer? That left a really bad taste in my mouth. This is not a company that can be trusted. If you decide to use them do yourself a favor and review everything with fine toothed comb. Personally, I would not use them again nor recommend them. I have filed a complaint with AHS in regards to the quality of contractor they sent to my home. Very untrustworthy. read more
