    Fried ravioli

Arrived our first night unable to get a seat at Larch (wish I could tell that story) but anyway found this spot and it was a great meal after a long day of traveling. We decided to just have appetizers because they looked so good and the foods had alot of toppings that my kids were not up to trying out. This ended up working in our favor because the 4 dishes we got fed a family of 4 and was the perfect amount. The cauliflower and the tenderloin kabob was our favorites, but each dish was tasty cooked perfectly. The server was the sweetest. They had made a mixed drink that was amazing, she ended up writing down the recipe so we could try to make it back home. It was an awesome end to our first night.

We started with the focaccia. The spiced tomato oil was really good, but it would've been nice to have a little bit more. I ordered the pappardelle bolognese. The pasta was very good but the sauce was a little too rich. My partner ordered the dragon tail pizza. The base and fillings were well made but the pizza was very salty. Overall, we had a good meal, though I did feel that the food at Pruisk's sister restaurant Larch was better.

My mom and I came here for an early dinner recently. We were eager to try this newer place, since we are both fans of Larch! This place is definitely more casual than Larch, and has a bit more variety to choose from. We started with the seasonal peach salad, which was quite large, but did not come with many peaches and a small amount of cheese. Then we shared the pesto pizza with crispy prosciutto. This was not bad flavor-wise as I liked the saltiness from the meat and the pesto. The crust was ok, maybe could have been a bit crispier though. However the highlight of the meal for me was the steak skewers. These were so tender and flavorful and comes with a delicious dipping sauce. Don't miss these! The service was excellent!

We came here for brunch and HOLY COWWWW it was freaking amazing. Like seriously the best brunch I've been had. I was torn between the biscuits and gravy and the pork belly eggs benedict and they allowed me to get a half order of the biscuits and gravy so that I could enjoy both! Truly top 5 biscuits and gravy I've ever had and the BEST benedict I've ever had. Not to mention - the benedict came with potatoes and a delicious dipping sauce. I'll be dreaming about this meal for years. My husband got the chicken and hush puppy waffle and it was delicious too! I got the espresso martini to drink and it packed a punch and had a unique spin on it that I've never tasted before in an espresso martini and it was delicious. I was bummed I didn't get to try the pizza because the dinner menu looked bomb. I'll definitely be back to try it when I am in Leavenworth next!

We ate at Prusik for our anniversary dinner. We got the Parm Truffle Fries to share, the Dragontail Pizza for me and the 8 Mile Game Burger for my partner. My partner loved the burger. I on the other hand, found the pizza and fries underwhelming. The service was just ok. We had a long wait for our food, even the fries. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

We made a reservation for Valentine's Day.. to start off on a good note the place is beautiful. I love the music and lighting and windows. The drinks were $17 each...so small and not special or memorable. The food.. subpar. "Shoe string" fries that were rough to eat. I enjoyed the crust on the pizza but the cheese.. low quality and reminded us a lot of off brand string cheese. To end off on a good note the "sliders".. boa buns were soft and pillowy and the meat was tender.. the cole slaw was okay. Overall worth the price...? No. Visconti's or münchen Haus are much better options and cheaper.

I was really looking forward to trying Prusik but honestly the meal was mediocre at best. The server, though nice, was not overly welcoming. The host however was wonderful! We ordered the focaccia starter and the leek dip starter (didn't realize how much bread we consumed) I don't think my husband realized the dip came with break, whoops! The focaccia had wonderful flavor but unfortunately it was undercooked and raw dough in the middle. The leek dip was the true star of the show and was amazing! My son ordered the dragon pizza and I ordered the one with fig. They were both okay, nothing amazing. My husband ordered the papperdelle and he said it was good but not worth the price. Overall it left us wanting more.

Best brunch in Leavenworth! The buckwheat pancakes were the best. Highly recommend checking it out. There wasn't a wait when we went and the service was speedy.

I'm not a vegan but today I got the Cauliflower steak out of pure curiosity and I absolutely loved it! I chose not to get the special Aoli sauce with it but the Balsamic Vinaigrette was delicious. The rest of the family got the Nashville hot Chicken sandwiches. We had a fantastic server, I think her name was Sam. Very clean and great looking building.

Shrimp crab cake Benedict w THE most original take on breakfast potatoes!! Unbelievable!!

Visited recently on our overnight trip to Leavenworth. Came for brunch and absolutely exceeded our expectations! Started off w Bloody Caesars - perfectly seasoned and originally garnished w olives, picked asparagus and a dill spear. Next up cheddar biscuits with House made Yuzu orange marmalade that was the best take on this breakfast stapled I believe I've ever had! So good! Unfortunately, they make it fresh daily and don't sell any to go. For our main dishes, we went w the forager frittata and shrimp/ crab Benedict Both were excellently, prepared, really original take on both dishes, enjoyed both very much. The surprise of the meal was the "fried" Yukon gold potato. I have never, in all of my potato, loving life, had a potato as unique as this. The potatoes are steamed to a doneness, smashed, and then fried in beef tallow. Finished with seasonings of Parmesan salt and pepper and other spices. The crispiness of the skin and the flavor of the beef tallow was simply divine! Our server was wonderful. Very professional and accommodating. Took pains to explain everything about the menu as well as shared the secret to the Yukon gold potatoes. Finally, the ambience and vibe of the place fit perfectly in the charm of Leavenworth. Don't know when I'll get back to Leavenworth, but when I do, this will be my first stop.

Loved our dinner experience here so much we came back for breakfast the next day!! We came for dinner on a Friday night, the place was busy but we got seated right away with a reservation. The Beckey burger and fish n chips are 10/10 the waiter even brought us a desert on the house for the birthday we were celebrating! The breakfast was just as fantastic! Couldn't recommend this place enough.

I've been here 3 times and they never disappoint. I wanted a steak, medium rare, I've been craving this and I took myself out for my birthday to the most incredible steak I've ever had. Yes, I've been to many many many steak houses but nothing compares (to quote Prince sang by Sinead O'Connor) "cause nothing compares, nothing compares to you" PERFECTION! Go here!

Waited, with a few people, outside the restaurant before they opened at 4pm, and it was worth the wait The restaurant was clean - bustling with eager servers and hungry guests The server was friendly and helpful; she answered our questions regarding the menu. We ordered Thai chicken wings , Caesar salad with grilled prawns and bacon , and the "Alpine" Roman Street Pizza . Everything was made fresh; the wings & pizza were hot outta the oven, and salad was refreshingly delicious

The focaccia bread set the tone right away, light and fluffy on the inside with a perfectly crisp, well-seasoned crust. Honestly hard to stop eating it. The wine selection was thoughtfully curated and had great options to pair with everything on the menu. The pappardelle was cooked to perfection, rich, balanced, and clearly made with care. The lasagne had a slight crust on the outer noodles, but still came together as a really satisfying and flavorful dish. We finished with the tiramisu, which was a standout. Light, airy, and full of flavor. It practically melted in my mouth. Service was just as impressive. Our waiter checked in at all the right moments, attentive without ever being intrusive. Highly recommend if you're in the area. Definitely worth the stop.

Since we had to make the almost 6 hour trek home the next day, we went for an early dinner and were the first party in. Service was kind and quick! Everyone was super friendly. Only thing is with it being just freshly opened for the day, it felt a bit like we were intruding on the staffs prep time - no one made us feel that way there was just a lot of work and chatter going on. I assume with the name Mozart usually there's some form of music (I would assume classical) that maybe just hadn't been turned on yet. But no bother. Food was fantastic. The fondue is not to be missed - the sausage and broccolini were clear standouts with this dish. I got the hunters schnitzel which was great but my husband got the Käsespätzle which is one of the absolute best things I have eaten out in a really long time. Like an oniony cheesy spatzle Mac and cheese. YUM. Should we be back in the area, we would go back again for sure!

Unfortunately, the restaurant was already running about 45 minutes behind and no one communicated this to the long line of guests standing on a steep staircase waiting to be seated. Given that the evening was reservation-only, it was surprising how unprepared they seemed for the exact number of people they knew were coming. The space itself is quaint and charming, and the food was reasonably tasty once it arrived. But the service left a lot to be desired. The hostess was uncommunicative and initially tried to seat us at a shared table in the middle of heavy foot traffic. When we asked about an empty private table that had been sitting open the entire time we were waiting, we were told it was for "VIP" guests. Our server seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive. She had to ask for and repeat our orders multiple times, still brought the wrong dish to one person, and served three meals while the fourth person in our party waited another 10-15 minutes for theirs. When we asked about the delay, it felt like we were inconveniencing them. Overall, it was disappointing. The restaurant has a lot of charm and potential, but the lack of communication, organization, and basic hospitality made for a frustrating experience--especially on a night that was clearly planned around reservations.
