This is a classy place that is ideal for a date night. They have creative cocktails. Food was very good- papaya salad was a great app. My entree was the fried rice with 3 types of meat. It was very flavorful and a good sized portion. Prices are high so we will save this place for special occasions.

We absolutely loved this restaurant! We are Thai food lovers and were so excited to try it. My daughter loved the shrimp in a blanket - we got 2 orders for her. The beef karee curry pot pie was AMAZING! The flavor was so rich and it was served hot. We will be back soon!

What comes to mind when I think about Pru Thai is elevated Thai. While they offer the usual Thai fare, I was most interested in the harder-to-find dishes, which are listed on the back page of the lunch menu. I came for lunch and ordered the Tiger Fry appetizer, Pad See Ew, and the baked fish. The beef in the Tiger Fry was quite tender and could have stood on its own as an entrée. The Pad See Ew noodles were nicely supple and carried great flavor throughout. The baked fish was cooked well with just the right touch of heat. A great spot if you're looking for Thai food that goes beyond the basics.

The food was really good. The pot pie was different than the normal pot pie but delicious. The cashew chicken was amazing and the Thai tea delicious. This place leans more towards reservations but was able to fit us in. The ambiance was great with a lot of artistic touches.

I keep coming back here because it is absolutely AMAZING! Food, service, and vibes are always top notch. The pad Thai is so good and the cocktails are consistently perfect. Highly recommend, it's our new favorite date night spot!

I saw this place on Instagram and decided to come with a girlfriend for dinner. There was plenty of parking in the shopping strip. I came around 7pm during a weekday and they were pretty busy. There are a few tables out front (uncovered). I was sat right away. They have a cute bar area and I liked the cocktail/wine/drinks menu variety. I got the moon night (gin) and it was refreshing and not too sweet! I ordered the Thai boat noodle soup with beef and the portion was big. I love the flavors and the beef was tender. My friend for the drunken noodle with chicken and it was really good too. The noodle is the perfect amount of chewiness and the chicken is all white meat. We enjoyed our meal with plenty of leftover to bring home. I would love to come back and try other dishes. Service was really nice as well. Everyone was friendly and helpful!

Pru Thai Kitchen is a modern Thai restaurant right across from the Avalon. I had heard a lot of good things about the food here so I definitely wanted to try it out. The inside has a lovely ambiance, although it is not that big. The service was efficient and the food came out quickly. We got the Pad Kee Mao with Chicken and Pad Kra Pao with Beef. I love how wide the flat rice noodles were in the Pad Kee Mao! Not many restaurants have flat rice noodles that wide, so that was nice. It was also very saucy, which I liked... but the sauce was a bit sweet for me. It tasted more like a Pad See Ew and I also did not get a chance to share with them my spice level for the dish. My boyfriend liked the Pad Kra Pao (which also came with a bowl of rice). Overall, this is nice restaurant for Thai food! I have had better Pad Kee Mao elsewhere and the prices are a bit more than other Thai restaurants, but I would probably come back here if I was in the area.

This place was so delicious! First of all it's beautifully decorated. The location is great with a decent amount of parking. We came for lunch so there weren't too many people there. The Panang curry was phenomenal and the portion size could easily last me three meals. The calamari was fresh and didn't feel heavily breaded or anything. Definitely satisfied the craving. I'll for sure be back!

Pru is such a gem! Love the uniqueness of the chef specials that really separate Pru from other local Thai restaurants. The short rib dish ($38) was incredibly tender and fell off the bone immediately with a delicious broth. The curries are a bit higher-priced than some other nearby restaurants at around $24 for tofu or chicken, but the portion size is large and my husband said it was one of the best he had ever had. The ambiance is cute and relatively casual but appropriate for a date night as well. Looking forward to returning to try out more of the chef specials!

Unfortunately, we were underwhelmed by our meals here. They were not bad by any means, but we have had more impressive Thai food for a lower cost. The calamari starter was a bit tough and boring and the seafood salad I ordered was good, but nothing noteable. My husband got the pineapple fried rice. Also good, but we have had better. Both our drinks were decent. The service was okay and the environment the same. Overall, just a very mid meal sorry to say.

While we both thought the food was delicious, service was quite slow. The ambiance is nice, decor was cute. I would recommend, but would cautious that you allow extra time for yourself.

We'd said we'd go back and we have!! We tried some new things and were even more impressed and excited for it. Started with Tuna Tartare and Spring Rolls followed by Crab Meat Fried Rice & Pad Kra Pao w/beef. We topped e writhing off with the Honey Toast & Vanilla Ice Cream. Service, presentation, portion size and over all value are 10 out of 10!

I've seen Slurpin' Ramen pop up everywhere as a popular spot locally so had to try it! Ordered the fried potstickers, garlic edamame, and the Slurpin' Ramen PRO with an egg. Genuinely enjoyed everything. The fried potstickers were perfectly crisp yet tender inside. The garlic edamame had a nice kick and flavor to it. I usually order tonkatsu red for ramen, but the PRO had a really nice creaminess I wasn't expecting. I will say, I truly enjoyed the corn, spinach, crunchy onions, the strength of the garlic flavor and the bean sprouts. I've never thought to add those items to my ramen, but I don't know that I can ever not add them next time! All in all, really enjoyed this place and was truly glad it lived up to the hype! Give it a try and I hope you enjoy too

First, when you walk into the restaurant, it is very cute, has a bar for solo diners and booths incase you are in a group. The location is very cozy and the employees were great! Our server was very patient and had no problem explaining, re-explaining, and confirming with the chef if he wasn't 100% on an answer. I got a tofu rice bowl, which I typically don't get and it was delicious! I asked if the salad could be put on the side rather than in the bowl and was given a full side salad that I wound up mixing into my rice lol. I also added broccoli to the bowl, which I probably wouldn't do again because it was pretty bland, but overall the bowl was good. Now the vegan dumplings... were FANTASTIC! We shared the dumplings and everyone agreed that they were easily the best thing that we had eaten the whole day. The green color threw me off at first, but the crispiness and texture of the dumpling was amazing. I would love to go back and try the ramen to see how it measures up, but again, great experience. Also, when you are paying the check, they bring you a small bucket full of dum dum lollipops, which I thought was a great touch. Me and my adult guests all left like happy children, which is exactly how eating out should make you feel.

Some highlights include: - Beef Rendang: one of my favorite renditions of this complex and very flavorful West Sumatran dish - Chicken Satay: flavorful and creative take on this popular Southeast Asian dish, comprised of chicken skewers and a rich peanut dipping sauce. But give me more sauce! - Roti Canai: very flaky and soft South-Indian style flatbread - Honey Butter Shrimp: so flavorful! We spent $307 for an 8-person meal, including gratuity (no alcohol or dessert). Our server, Ray, was very attentive and courteous. It turned out to be a wonderful meal. Highly recommended!

Our apps came quickly and the chicken nuggets were my favorite dish! The chicken was juicy, crispy and seasoned well and came with a sweet chili dipping sauce. The roti canai plate came with three chicken pieces and a lentil curry along with the roti which was also really good! The roti was thin and crispy and curry chicken had an amazing assortment of spices. The lentils also tasted good and loved the pickled onions on top. For the main, we went with the Garlic butter honey shrimp noodles, rolling Thai hot plate, garlic butter chicken fried rice and the curry chicken with jasmine rice. We got our food within 15min and loved the adorable robot who came by to drop it off at our table. The noodles are my favorite dish and as always tasted good and loved that they kept the portions the same. The Thai rolling hot plate which ended up being another type of fried rice was very flavorful with a tomato based rice, shrimp pieces and egg. The garlic butter fried rice was also delicious and loved the fried garlic pieces on top which added more flavor. The curry chicken was the same one as the one from the roti canai plate and amount of chicken was plentiful. Overall, it ended up being more than we could eat and had to pack it up for to go. There's plenty of parking and indoor and outdoor seating which makes it a great spot for getting lunch or dinner if you're in the area!

The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to explain the menu and make recommendations, which makes the experience even better. I ordered the Cha-shu Japanese Bun and the Cha-shu Ramen, and wow--both were outstanding. You can truly taste that everything is homemade, just like my adopted grandma made this at home with love, patience, and tradition. The cha-shu pork was perfectly tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The bun was soft, fresh, and paired beautifully with the rich, savory pork. The ramen itself was next level. The broth was deep, rich, and comforting, clearly simmered with care and attention.
