We did a lot of research and after a lot of consideration chose Wulfscape. We were so glad we did. Eric was great to work with. He was patient with my wife and her tendency to battle indecision with plant options. He laid out our options clearly, explaining the pros and cons of different trees and plants. He worked with us on our decisions and understood we had a budget goal we wanted to achieve. Eric's communication was awesome! He always got back to us quickly, and was always available to answer questions when we had them. He texted us with updates and was honest about timing. He went above and beyond to help us feel good about our project, and his team was clean, efficient and punctual. Near the end of the project, Eric even met us out in Escondido at 6:30AM to help us decide on rock choices (color and size), giving us the confidence that we'd chosen the right option. I cannot recommend Eric/Wulfscape enough to anyone looking to do a yard remodeling project. They didn't try to "upsell" us at all, but rather helped us make sound decisions which will ultimately help us save money in the long run. Wulfscape did a great job on all facets of the project, and completed things much faster than we'd anticipated. They did such a solid job, we're now thinking of doing the backyard too. His design was way better than what we'd been thinking, it looks so good. He was always easy to get ahold of, was really patient with the various changes we kept making, and made sure that every detail was taken care of so that we were totally happy with the end result. I also really appreciated how he always suggested cost effective options to help us stick to our budget. And to top it all off, at the end they realized we'd overpaid by $1000 and sent us a check we hadn't even asked for or realized we were due! We highly recommend Modern Yardz; I don't write a lot of reviews but Tristan and his team did such a great job that they deserved a glowing review.

There is abrasive dust all over my back yard, side yard and the front of my house. My catio in covered with this dust and my cats are rolling in it and bringing it into my house. I just bought a new car and I've had to have it detailed 4 times. Thankfully I've just managed to make room in the garage for that one. However, my other car has been parked in front of my house this whole time and it has a roughness to the paint from the abrasive dust. Also, one of the trucks making deliveries of stones, dirt and bricks has side swiped the front corner of this vehicle. When asked about it, "not his responsibility" So, I am stuck with the cleanup of all the dust all over my house, a dented vehicle and detailing bills. As a handicapped person, I will have to hire people to clean for me. I cant stand up or walk so I can't do it. The workers making the clouds of dust should have either erected a tent or watered down the stuff they were cutting. I watched the clouds drifting from them to my house and was amazed at their lack of concern. I am very upset and would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!

Rivers Landscape is the best landscape and general contractor I have encountered in over 40 years…read more I interviewed 8 contractors and chose Rivers to do a major project at my home. Thank you to Cesar, Gus, Tony, Carlos, Gabriel, and all of the highly skilled workers who made my dream patio come true. One year ago, a terrible storm destroyed my pergola, kitchen counter, and Grill appliances. The Rivers team exceeded all of my expectations and created a masterpiece. They took care of the concept, all design details, the permit process, the coordination of suppliers and equipment, new utilities, and the installation. The work included installing a 30' X 30' Pergola, upgrading the outdoor wall lighting, creating a rose garden, new sod on the lawn, restoring the irrigation system, restoring the landscape lighting, and of course creating a new chef's kitchen. Their design recommendations were always on target and their estimated 6-week schedule from demolition to final clean up was accurate to the day. Everything they did was professional and high quality. We will enjoy our patio and kitchen for years to come and we highly endorse and recommend Rivers Landscape and Construction for any General Contracting. Juan R.
