Bello's Landscaping did a wonderful job for me!!! Connected a drip system for me that I had paid another company $200 to connect which did not work. The drip system in my garden and flowers on my deck is working perfectly!! They came to my home quickly. Thank you so much!!!! Also charge was reasonable and they came out quickly read more

Don't do business with him. He is not organized and very unprofessional. Made me take leave for two separate days and didn't show up. He did half work and then started delaying the work after I made the mistake of paying him more than what I should have. If you want to use him then don't pay until 100% work is completed else your will regret. read more

I highly recommend them for any waterscape needs and maintenance. They did a great job to put our backyard water falls in excellent condition and performance. Ami was timely, response, skilled and very reasonable. I will continue using them as they are excellent. read more

Knowledgeable, professional, and polite. Performance was excellent and competitive priced. Using him agsin now for additional work.

Great service! I searched for water fountain repair on Thumbtack and contacted Belli's Landscaping. Ami got back to me promptly and came out the following day, a Sunday, to diagnose the problem. He found the parts I needed and came back to fix the fountain and add lighting. Everything looks great and I highly recommend this business!! read more

I decided this was the summer to re-do my patio/yard, and I asked a friend for a recommendation of a full service landscaping company. I wanted to deal with 1 company/individual for the design, planting, irrigation and lighting. This is difficult to find. I admired my friend's yard and the artistic areas that have different levels, plants, rock, etc. It was very artistic in addition to being drought tolerant and having varied types of plants. Bello's Landscaping did not disappoint. Ami and his crew did an amazing job in my patio/yard. Also, the few large plants I kept are doing so much better and look healthier/green. He used rock in interesting ways, combined succulents with traditional tropical plants, and everyone I've had over to see it thinks it's amazing. I told Ami he exceeded my expectations, and I'm glad I trusted his instincts and experience. My irrigation and lighting are much better, too. I had one new plant that didn't do well, and Ami came and replaced it. Initially, things were not getting enough water, and we worked through that. Generally, when I text Ami he responded quickly. I did have to wait a week to have him come back on something, but I know he has some very large clients. On the whole, he is very responsive, listens to what you want and comes as quickly as possible to take care of it. His company now does my monthly maintenance. Ami is a great and honest person, and as I say his work exceeded my expectations. Absolutely include him in your vendor selection. His pricing is very fair/competitive, and his results are like no one else's. read more

Bello's Landscaping is super awesome to work with. The owner Ommi was really helpful and took great care and time in helping me come up with the best plan for our project from start to finish. In order to save time and money he was able to present his ideas and provide valuable insight into where we could accomplish functionally and modern look into our back yard rental property. I explained that I was looking to attract high value renters and bring my rental income up from curb appeal and wanted it to be able to survive the various clients moving into the rental property. He went to action and developed an awesome plan of attack. It looks amazing and we are so happy! read more

Bello's Landscaping did an incredible job taking our ideas for the yard and making them a reality. Mr. Bello was responsive from the very first phone call, coming to see our yard and helping us envision options the same day we called. You can see from speaking with him that landscaping is in his blood and he came up with lots of creative ways to help take our ideas to the next level. Mr. Bello and his team really helped us turn our empty yard space into an entertaining spot, using quality materials at an appropriate price. He and his team were responsive to our comments and changes and we couldn't be happier with the results! We recommend Bello's Landscaping to anyone looking to make big or small changes to their outdoors. read more

Very creative vision.....pleasant to work with...Created original and very modern design with high curb appeal.....

Ami started a landscaping project in May, saying it will take 2-3 weeks. Consistently didn't show up when he said he would, asked for money for items and equipment that never came ( plants, lighting, mulch, etc), did a totally unprofessional job of planting. Finally had to fire him in AUGUST. Found out he is unlicensed, which is required by law so I will be filing a complaint with the California Contractor's Board. Suing him for breach of contract. Now I have to hire a legit landscaper to finish his shoddy work. Don't hire him. I'm left with a backyard slope full of holes with no plants in them. read more

I am truly sorry for hiring Bello's. Leaking irrigation, dying plants, slate stones are moving, the grass prep he did was incomplete, and he left 10 gal holes under the weed paper instead of filling them when he moved plants!!!! Ankle brakers!!! When I brought this to the owner's attention he said that he did everything correctly, and will not come and fix any of the issues his "workers" Created. He stated see you in court!!!!! We feel robbed. I will only hire licensed contractors going foreword, we gave this guy all the cash we had and let us down, maybe next year we can fix it. Stay away! read more

It started off great but half way through he began gaslighting us, postponing his date of completion and then lying about doing the work. He took our money and did not complete the work, stopped responding to phone calls and texts. Left all of his crap in our yard and owes us over a grand of work. It's been over 6 months and my backyard still looks like a disaster. I really wanted to like this guy and support a local business but this has been a horrible experience that I regret. read more

Look at a lot of landscapers before picking Bellos. It was very easy to get a quote and communicate with them. They are super responsive. The workers got in and out practically unnoticed and left our backyard very clean. End product is exactly what we wanted. read more

I couldn't be happier with this company, I called and they were at my door in less than 20 minutes! Good communication. Easy to work with. Totally pleased with my project. Definitely give Bello's a call.

We have been using Bello Landscaping for over a year now and we could not be more pleased. We have scheduled bi-weekly yard maintenance which is so beneficial to us. Bello Landscaping staff is very nice and professional. Whenever we needed a quote for additional work or for additional work to be done, Bello has been here for us and has never let us down. read more

I had a great experience. I needed help with the irrigation in my back yard and called Bellos and he came out the next day to fix it. Saved me time and money and offered a great fix to my problem. I appreciate how he was on time and easy to work with and didn't try to sell me on other work. Makes me want to refer him. read more

I highly recommend Bello's Landscaping. Ami Bello is extremely helpful. He responded quickly when I contacted him, and he and his team did a beautiful job putting in decomposed granite pathways in my backyard. He helped me to execute a plan I had gotten from a consultant, using his artistry to make it more beautiful than I had imagined. His pricing is fair, as well, and he is honest, not trying to nickel and dime. read more

I needed a new front yard and was getting quotes way out of our budget. Bellos Landscaping came in under our budget and by the time all was said and done we got what we wanted and on budget. Amin took the time to meet us at rock quarries and nurseries to get an idea of what we wanted. They were respectful of our house and time. I did not have to manage much once we both understood the scope. You will get what you like at a fair price. Our project took about two weeks longer than we were looking at, but one of those weeks was our doing by making some changes and additions. They also saved us about $200 by shopping around and getting a better price on some pots for our trees. I would recommend them highly. read more

We were very happy with the job Bello Landscaping did with a drainage problem in a planter in front of our home. The pricing was fair and there was clear communication. The hardworking staff was on time and the job finished within 2 days. After fixing the drainage issue, Bello Landscaping finished the planter in an aesthetically pleasing design. We would definitely hire them again. read more

I hired Bellos Landscaping about 2 years ago to resod my kids play ground after many fail attempts onces from us and then another from a different company, Aminadab and Bellos succeeded. Bellos Landscaping did an awesome job. We still have s lush, beautiful green lawn. 6 months ago I brought them back to build me a retaining wall and a custom iron gate. He does consistent quality work. DIFFERENTLY will recomend them and plan on using Ami for all my future needs. read more

I recommend Bello's Landscaping. Ami was reasonable, accommodating, professional and did the best slope clean up job I ever had done.

I hired Ami and his crew to install a large irrigation/landscape project for me and I could not be happier. Bello's Landscaping always showed up when they said they were coming, they were on time, efficient, easy to communicate with, (Ami returns calls right away!), friendly, reasonably priced and they knew what they were doing!!! Working with them was a great experience. I've hired other companies in the past (with OK to not great experiences) & I'm sticking with Bello's Landscaping from now on. My back yard is now a paradise thanks to Ami!! read more

Ami did an amazing job at a very reasonable price! The work was completed as promised which included trimming palm trees & a tree, complete clean-up front and rear yard, installing mulch and power washing concrete. I'm a local Realtor and was helping my client with the renovation on a property. I recommended Ami to do the work and was extremely pleased with his work!!! I highly recommend Ami for anyone looking for landscaping wonders. I'm glad I found my new landscaper for small and large jobs. Thanks AMI! You are the best!!! Adela Rivera read more

I needed 3 trees removed. 2 palm trees(14ft tall each) which were smashing my rain gutters on my house and one tall(18ft) tree which was leaning over my house. I got in touch with Ami and he and his crew swiftly removed all three in one day. He was easy to communicate with on phone or via text message. With my busy life, being able to communicate via text message was perfect. I plan on having more landscaping projects done in the future and will definitely be contacting Bello's Landscaping again. Thanks again Ami. read more

Working with Ami has been an great experience - so much so that this is my first review on Yelp! We contacted Ami to landscape our entire yard. We have had several landscapers to our home over the past several years, but never hired one because none of them seemed prepared, professional, or competent. Ami was a complete cut above and immediately impressed us. Some of our favorite parts of working with Ami were his communication, which was smooth and regular, his vision for making a yard look good and the ability to easily adapt to our requests or desires, and that he showed up with a well-researched blueprint for our yard to give us a clear-cut idea of what he was planning. His pricing is very reasonable and when he sticks to his quote. Ultimately, Ami is a highly recommended professional that we will call on again, as well as recommend to any/all of our friends. read more

I called with multiple questions and needed immediate info. After sending multiple pictures and three different phone calls he showed up at my house last minute after making time in his schedule. Blew me off. Had appointment scheduled for 8:30am to get a quote. No phone, nothing. I finally call at 9:30 asking where he was and he said he "had an emergency". Said he tried texting me but sent to wrong number. How? Assumed you used recent call list like everyone else does to call back or text folks not in your contacts list. Total B.S. Asked to re-schedule later that afternoon....I think not. Don't waste your time with contractor's like this who do not value potential customer's time. Clear indication of his lack of concern on your opinion/impression read more

Great service!! Great people! Very good designer! Will go the extra mile for you. So grateful

My next door neighbor and I wanted to convert our large front lawns into a soft rockscape and drought tolerant plants. I called Ami and he came with a spray can and laid out his vision for our yards. It was a HUGE job for both properties but the end result it sure BEAUTY! His has a talent for visioning great curb appeal. His team is hard working and cleanup after themselves. He finished the project before my due date and I am happy. I will use Ami again when I get ready to do my backyard. He also guarantees his work 100%. Thank you Ami and team. read more

If you are a micro manager using Bello's might be ok. Ami is a nice guy but he does not show up regularly to supervise. Also, the guys he uses do not show up and when they do they seem confused on the scope of work. Something that should take a few days REALLY drags on. I suspect he is juggling other jobs and depending upon the money he is getting elsewhere, you will be put on the back burner. The guys he uses are not professional. They are constantly on their cell phone...constantly, they leave litter and do not clean up. Also, they appear not to have too much experience. Just one of MANY examples but they put drip lines under the weed fabric (doh! how do I get to them when I need to!) and when called out on it they had to redo the whole thing. You have to be there and check everything they are doing. Ami asks for money up front and regularly explaining he needs to buy things or pay his guys. If you want a contractor that has the financial depth to take on a project and then you pay only upon satisfied completion then Bello's is not for you. You need to be prepared to constantly supervise, end the project on a daily basis if you don't like what is going on, and constantly discuss money with Ami to make sure everything is clear to avoid any misunderstandings. Also, he does not have a contractor's license so probably better to only do small jobs with this company. read more

They have done work at our house a couple of times: drainage, lawn work, re-landscaping. They always show up on time, do excellent work and are very reasonably priced. We highly recommend them. read more

I had an irrigation leak and needed immediate service since I originally thought the leak came from the main line so I has very worried about wasting water and a huge water bill from the City of Oceanside.. While everyone else I looked up was not available on Saturday and with more rain forecasted through mid-week, I has feeling very desperate that the leak would not be fixed for several more days. I called Bello's Landscaping and Ami, the owner, was at the house ready to diagnose and fix the problem immediately. His troubleshooting skills are amazing and the leak was fixed within an hour and his price was very reasonable. After completing the job, I learned that Amin designs and installs soft rock and drought tolerant plants. Based on the photos I saw of his work, he has an amazing talent this type of landscape and I will be working with him this spring/summer to convert our conventional landscape to "zeroscape". read more
