ARC Landscaping was great to work with. Cal is friendly, listened to what I had to say and worked well with my changes. The workers were friendly, hard working and cleaned up at the end of the day. They even helped me with little things I needed since I am disabled. The project from start to finish took about a month. It looks amazing now! I'm so appreciative to Cal and his crew. read more

Not very considerate people. They worked on my neighbor's house for about 3 weeks, making dust from cutting bricks and dumping rocks and dirt. There is abrasive dust all over my back yard, side yard and the front of my house. My catio in covered with this dust and my cats are rolling in it and bringing it into my house. I just bought a new car and I've had to have it detailed 4 times. Thankfully I've just managed to make room in the garage for that one. However, my other car has been parked in front of my house this whole time and it has a roughness to the paint from the abrasive dust. Also, one of the trucks making deliveries of stones, dirt and bricks has side swiped the front corner of this vehicle. When asked about it, "not his responsibility" So, I am stuck with the cleanup of all the dust all over my house, a dented vehicle and detailing bills. As a handicapped person, I will have to hire people to clean for me. I cant stand up or walk so I can't do it. The workers making the clouds of dust should have either erected a tent or watered down the stuff they were cutting. I watched the clouds drifting from them to my house and was amazed at their lack of concern. I am very upset and would not recommend this company to my worst enemy! read more

We had a very positive experience with Cale, Baylee, Kevin, and the ARC Design crew. Our home on Mt. Soledad sits below higher lots, so water naturally runs into our yard during storms. We brought ARC in to help us develop a strategy to mitigate moisture intrusion into our garage and improve overall drainage around the property. The scope included tying our downspouts directly into new drains, excavating four feet of soil from a planter opposite the garage wall and waterproofing it, and improving site drainage throughout. In addition, they installed new irrigation valves and valve boxes, drip irrigation, and a Rachio controller. They also finished the project with weed fabric and decorative rock, which really cleaned up the look of the space. ARC was easy to work with, responsive to requested changes, and professional throughout the process. While the long-term moisture performance will take more time to fully evaluate, we appreciate their effort and would absolutely consider working with them again for future landscaping projects. read more

Amazing communication start to finish. We had gotten 3 quotes prior to making a final decision. 2 from referrals (arc was one of them). The quote was delivered in a very detailed, timely manner. My husband had some questions, which cale was happy to entertain. This made my husband feel better about the final decision and ultimately we moved forward. Before work was started, we did a final walk through BEFORE signing off to officially hire ARC. I liked that because it ensured we were all speaking the same lingo for the job. You can be as hands on or off as you need. I was home about fifty percent of the project. The gentlemen all working at our home were quiet, courteous, didnt mind me snapping progress pics, and I was happy they confirmed stepping stone placement for the walkways. The employees were always in company labeled shirts, which looks way more professional. I have already referred arc to several people. Bailey was nice to step in and answer questions/confirm project start dates and communication when needed. Very very happy with our before and after!!!!! read more

What an amazing company! We had our backyard completely remodeled 2 years ago and had some fruit trees purchased through them. Fast forward to a month ago when we noticed a weird growth on the trunk of the tree. Turns out it was an infection that would slowly choke the tree from water and kill it. After reaching out for a solution, the ARC team worked with their vendor to replace the tree! They even got a crew to come out on a Saturday to do it last minute! Highly recommend this company for all landscaping needs, as they have amazing customer service, and work with the best vendors!! Thank you Baylee and Cale!!!! read more

We had an excellent experience working with Arc Design Landscape on our front yard project. From the very beginning, they were professional, attentive, and truly listened to what we wanted. They took the time to understand our vision and turned it into a beautiful, functional design that exceeded our expectations. The quality of their work is outstanding, and the attention to detail really shows in the final result. They were also extremely responsive throughout the entire process -- always available to answer questions, provide updates, and make adjustments when needed. This was actually our third project with Arc Design Landscape, and each time they have delivered beyond what we hoped for. Their consistency, reliability, and commitment to customer satisfaction are impressive. We highly recommend Arc Design Landscape to anyone looking for high-quality landscaping work and a team that genuinely cares about doing a great job. read more

After meeting with several companies, we decided to go with ARC Design for backyard rennovations. They put in a new set of concrete stairs along with a patch of artificial grass with a border of pavers. Fantastic results and we are now having them do a couple additional/larger projects. read more

We recently worked with Arc for a complete front, driveway, side yard project. It was a big project, to us, and worked with Cale closely. We received very detailed assistance, ideas, drawings and on site spray painted outlines to help visualize. We didn't encounter any change orders after we agreed on the final details. The job site was always clean and disruptions was a minimal as it could have been. They were professional, polite and considerate. We are extremely happy with the outcome and would highly recommend them for your landscaping needs. read more

ARC designed and installed approximately 300 square feet of pavers in my pool area. The entire project went seamlessly. From the initial job walk, excavation installation and the final clean up, everything was completed on time in accordance with the plan The entire crew was professional, polite and courteous. I wish I knew it could be this easy, I wouldn't have waited so long to complete this project. If you're thinking about a new landscaping project, give ARC Design a call. read more

Cale and his team were very responsive and transparent throughout the process. Cale was able to come out, walk us through options, layouts and materials to reach our budget. When It came to pricing, Arc design was the best priced without needing to get into any negotiations. With that said, while ultimately we had to move away from this project for the time being, I do believe Cale and his team deserve to be acknowledged and reviewed fairly for their helping my wife and I better understand the costs for a project like this and being upfront with his pricing. read more

Reached out to them for a 10'x12' concrete pad. They related they have job minimum of $5500. Needless to say they will it be getting $5500 for 120 square feet of concrete. Yesterday I was told they had a project minimum of $5500. Today it's $5000 according to the message I received. I guess they have too much work lined up. Better to have a small job than no job. read more

Cale has been awesome. We installed a little over a year ago. Turf has held up great with 2 wild dogs playing everyday. Very informative and responsive towards questions even a year after the job. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family. read more

I'm always hesitant to go with new businesses that don't have an established track record. However, Cale was really knowledgeable and has been in the business for quite a while so we took a chance. The crew was clearly experienced and professional. The project ran like clockwork and they made impressive progress daily. Any questions we had were quickly addressed and the project wrapped up early. We could not be more happy with the backyard and our decision to go with ARC Design Landscape. Excellent job guys! I love it. read more

Quick response to request for choice of turf samples and job quote. Within a few days the job was begun. The quote was several thousand dollars less than quoted by other companies. Their turf samples were realistic and of good quality. A different company showed us a cheap turf sample and told us "this is what has been installed in our neighborhood, this is all that is available " . The samples ARC showed us were much better quality and price than that other company. Each of the crews arrived on time, did a great job and were very professional. We strongly recommend ARC Design, from beginning to completion. read more

We received quotes from six companies in total, and ARC Design Landscape checked off the most boxes. We were impressed with Cale's and his colleagues' professionalism and attention to details (e.g., ensuring our neighbor's succulents weren't damaged during the demolition of the side yard's walls). Our project involved demolition and repaving of our driveway, demolition and reconstruction of our side yard walls, adding hardscaping for the side yard entrance on both sides of the gate, and adding a new vinyl gate. The work was done in 2-3 weeks (with some delays due to rain), and we couldn't be happier with the end result! We will definitely be recommending ARC Design Landscape to all our friends who need hardscaping done! read more

Cale and his crew are top notch. They were on time for all appointments and scheduled work. They were pleasant to work with and didn't mind a few novice questions. The work they did came out great. I won't think twice about who to call for my next project. read more

Cale was very professional when he came over to give us a quote. He explained the entire process very clearly. I already had quotes from several other companies but his was the best. It was a simple job to replace gravel with turf that took his team just a day. The work was professional and yard looks nice with turf. read more

I needed to create a patio with pavers and put turf in other areas of my property. Cale came out to do the estimate and brought samples and pictures, which brought the project to life for me. His crew came and worked hard creating my vision. The results were amazing and I am beyond pleased with how everything turned out. I would highly recommend them. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They were so easy to work with, they were professional, friendly, explained everything, there were no surprises (other than how amazing it turned out), responded quickly to all my questions, and paid an amazing attention to detail. Cale, the owner, has been so helpful from design to answering all my inquisitive questions. He really made himself available. His guys were always on time, professional, respectful, hardworking, and thorough. I mean the little things too, they cleaned up after every work day. They swept the walkways, stacked their tools and materials out of the way, every single day. We are so impressed all around with this company. AND it was done on time and on budget! We will definitely be referring them to friends and family! Thank you, we LOVE our yard. For reference, we ripped out grass and replaced it with artificial turf and a concrete courtyard that is closed in with a stacked stone wall and pillars. We also extended the already existing concrete porch. read more

Cale gave us a great price, and were able to get the project in rather quickly. Had a big crew of guys show up, a very knowledgeable foreman, and were able to get the job done very efficiently. Project turned out great, and when we are ready to do more, he will be the only guy I call. Thanks Cale and team! read more
