He said Mike was just finishing another job nearby and he could stop and diagnose the problem.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Mike arrived a little after noon, and after taking the questionable valve apart found that the valve was obstructed by debris. He cleaned the valve and checked its operation: then checked out our entire system - found one leaking pop-up valve & fixed it - plus replaced a couple of drip heads. I received a notification from the water company that I was using approximately 190 gallons of water an hour. I was sure that something had gone wrong with my irrigation, and turned off the irrigation valve. I discovered a severe leak from our irrigation control valve, tried calling the HOA with no response, called and scheduled Abundant Life's services, and then got a call back from the HOA saying they would handle it themselves. Ralph and Mike are great! Our dog cracked a pipe on our manifold and before finding Abundant Life, we received a few other quotes- one being for $600 for a full manifold remake. That was out of the question- so we called Ralph and Mike was able to come out and actually fix the one thing that was broke. Had a busted sprinkler that was causing ponding my front yard. Called Abundant Life Landscaping and Ralph picked up right away. Let him know of my situation and he was able to send someone out a couple hours later. Mike was the associate that arrived at my place. We discussed what I wanted to do, which was to cap the system because I don't use my irrigation anymore, and he took 1 minute to look things over and started to attack the work. When I called he was able to explain their pricing and set up a time for the repairs. Mike showed up on time and was super chill and easy going. He was able to fix our leaking line which had been shooting up like a geyser from a split in a piece of poly tubing. I called with what I thought was a sprinkler leak. No one answered the phone so, I left a message and within 10 minutes, six to be exact, I received a callback. We discussed what the problem was and a serviceman was sent out after he finished the job he was working on, which was within the hour. After some investigation, he concluded that it was not the irrigation system at all and noticed that it was a leak from under the house. When I asked how much the cost of the serviceman's trip to my house I was told no charge since they did not perform any service. Even though I did not hire them for the repair that I thought I needed I will keep them in mind for any of my irrigation needs. They were able to accommodate me immediately, and very professional when speaking with the worker and on the phone. If I do hire them I will update with a review of their service, but if you are in need of immidate help I highly reccomend them since I had called about five other places before I talked with them and they were the only place available with immidaite service. read more
