We wanted alot of very specific changes to our backyard from re-creating our BBQ island, building kids' play structures, making a shower and gate, as well as landscaping. Medi went over everything and gave a precise estimate. Ari came and ensured the plan was executed with their team. It was not overly expensive and they did a great job! They were great communicators throughout the whole process and very transparent. I would highly recommend them. read more

I got four bids for demolition of my large patio and redo. I felt their price was reasonable and they are the only company that quoted using 3500 psi concrete as opposed to 2500 psi. They began the job as promised, completed it on time and they went the extra mile to address some drainage issues that I had not been aware of. They could have just ignored it but Ari was there to explain the problems and how they would correct them. From start to finish, I couldn't be happier with the process and the result. I highly recommend Medi and Ari and will be using them for some landscape work also. read more

We hired AM Landscape for a full backyard makeover - new paver patio, turf installation, and new fence - they did an outstanding job! From the first initial consult to final walk through, their team was professional, friendly, and paid attention to even the smallest details. Ari and his team stayed on schedule and communicated clearly throughout the project - he was on-site coordinating with his installers every single day. We're beyond happy with the results and would absolutely recommend AM Landscape to anyone looking for quality work and a team that truly cares about their clients! read more

I worked closely with Medi to create the design for my yard. She was always very responsive, quick to incorporate my feedback, and created a beautiful design for my yard. I ended up using AM landscape to install the pavers as part of the first phase of my backyard renovation, and they did a high quality, timely, and beautiful job. Ari handled most of the project management for the construction. I was able to text them regularly with questions and requests and they were always super quick to respond and reasonable. I love looking out to see my gorgeous new pavers and I look forward to working with them in the future! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for landscape design and construction! read more

My wife and I hired AM Landscape to design and complete a major overhaul of our backyard. For the past six years we have lived with an almost unusuable outdoor space for our kids and family to play and entertain. Our yard sloped toward our home causing a myriad of drainage issues which even caused damage to our home. Ari, Medi, and crew are absolutely amazing. From Medi's design, to Ari and crews' execution, we are extremely pleased with the quality of their work. We have done a lot of work on our home over the years, and these two have been some of the best contractors we have worked with thus far. They are honest people who truly have your best interest in mind. We trusted their judgement completely and it could not have worked out better. While we waited awhile to get started, it was absolutely worth it as Ari and Medi were 100% dedicated to our project from start to finish. The crew was always early to get started. Ari was on site working along side his crew almost daily. Medi was on site numerous times a week to make sure all went according to plan. We now have a front porch, two patio covers, fruit trees, a large grass area, a new patio with firepit for entertaining, and space where we installed a playground for our children. In the future we plan to use AM Lanscape to overhaul our front yard and add another patio cover in the back. I highly reccomend them! read more

In May 2023 AM Landscape Construction did fantastic job on my wife's and my front yard. Ari and Medi are the principals of this company and this year we hired them to do a complete makeover of our backyard (approximately 5,000 square feet). This project included clearing unwanted hardscape and vegetation, replacing our patio slab and two sections of our privacy fence, creating three stepping-stone paths and two entertainment areas, building a large L-shaped sitting wall and two raised garden beds, and installing artificial turf and three electrical outlet posts. Once again, this company did not disappoint! The job was completed in 20 days and the results were outstanding! Over the past three years we've worked with several contractors for various projects and oftentimes the contractors did not meet our expectations. AM Landscape Construction exceeded our expectations last year and again this year. We highly recommend this company! read more

Medi was wonderful to work with, as we considered project options and she put together a quote.

This review is long overdue. Ari and Medi overhauled my entire front yard and 1/3 of my backyard in Sept 2024. Not only are they good people, they did an AMAZING job!! They are professional, have high standards, detail oriented, have a good eye for aesthetics, and genuinely care about the quality of their work. Their crew was on time each day, professional, and did not slack off. Ari was on-site multiple times daily to make certain everything was done properly and no corners were cut. Ari and Medi were very cooperative with my design ideas and changes as well as reusing and repurposing rocks, pavers, gravel for less landfill waste and it helped with my budget. The project was completed efficiently and ahead of schedule. I'm super particular and never shy at speaking my mind if I want something a certain way or if I'm not satisfied with something. Working with Ari and Medi was the first time I had ZERO complaints and did not yell at a contractor for incompetence or unprofessionalism. I wish Ari and Medi had done my backyard overhaul in 2022 instead of all the frustrations I dealt with with that sh!tty contractor. Ari even went out of his way to come back to help me install a little low border fence because I did a bad job installing it myself. Will definitely be using Ari and Medi for all future landscape construction to have peace of mind the work will be done professionally, competently, efficiently, and with high standards. Thank you, Ari and Medi!! read more

AM Landscape Construction recently finished renovating our front yard and my wife and I couldn't be happier. The entire process from start to finish went very well and the results were fabulous. Medi and Ari are very personable and a pleasure to work with. Although we presented them with the design we wanted, they shared their expertise and offered suggestions to ensure our vision was realized. We also appreciated seeing Ari on the job site each day to give guidance to his crew members and consult with us as needed. Bottom line - AM Landscape Construction is an outstanding company that produces outstanding results at a reasonable price. We highly recommend this company! read more

Ari and Medi are an A+ team! My wife and I hired a designer to draw up plans for a new backyard. We then had the design bid on with multiple GC companies and AM Landscape won the business because of their professionalism and personality from the initial phone calls to the first in person huddle. Medi also has a design background and we plan on hiring her for our front yard in the next few years. Ari and his crew are EXCELLENT communicators and very clean all things considered. They show up on time everyday and also care about their work. They take pride in all tasks and check in daily. Multiple times Ari made recommendations and provided financial changes up front which we appreciated vs having a change of contract after the work was completed. Like All the other 5 star reviews I would highly recommend AM and I will be sending referrals to their A+ business. read more

We recently finished up a backyard update with AM Landscape Construction. The scope of work included installation of a patio cover, installation of a raised circular paver patio, construction/installation of a gate, and other landscaping. Ari and Medi were amazing to work with - they listened to our ideas, were flexible to modifications, and executed the work efficiently and beautifully. We are so satisfied with the whole process including the bid, communication, and the work team. We would definitely come back again for a future job. Thank you! read more

We hired Ari, Medi, and their staff to do desert landscaping on our front yard. They were very professional and did a great job. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Medi and Ari. We are overjoyed with transformation of your yard. We saw the work they did in another home in our neighborhood, and after the rave reviews from them we were so excited to get Medi over to talk. We came to the table with a very specific design in mind and they not only listened to what we wanted but helped advise us on materials and recommendations to get the most out of it. Ari and his team were incredible on the execution. Communication 10 stars! Also they only work one job at a time. When it's your turn, it's ALL about you. The job went quick and our yard is by far the most gorgeous on the block! You will NOT be disappointed. I'm very critical, my husband will assure you. read more

Ari and Medi were an absolute pleasure to work with. We hired them to do a major backyard renovation. Medi worked with us to come up with a design and provided us with videos and pictures showing the proposal. Ari and his team brought the design to life. We were extremely impressed with the quality of the work and the fact that his team always left the yard cleaned up at the end of every day. Ari was on site almost every day which led to great communication about all the little decisions that had to be made. The whole project took about 4 months. We couldn't be happier with the final outcome and highly recommend AM Landscape! read more

We watched Ari & his team compete a total design & remake of our next door neighbors home - front & back. A totally professional job & mindful of the hours that the work noise might bother us. Great design by Medi presented to our HOA & they completed the job in a vey timely manner. Their construction & final work is well worth looking at! Ari even did some touch up work on our adjoining yard. Thanks, Michael read more

Had our consultation a couple of weeks ago. My wife and I were hoping to learn some ideas on how best to transition our yard to a desertscape. I'm unsure if it was intentional or not, but the rep was extremely condescending. She told us that they don't usually do any jobs worth under $50,000 and the wait was 7 months before they could help us. It was odd because we did not voice any concerns or questions about pricing that would warrant such a statement without our asking her first. She was holding a clipboard but had no photos, design suggestions, or feedback regarding any desertscape clients that her company had helped. She seemed reluctant to provide any direction whatsoever. It was as if she was only interested in us telling her exactly what we wanted. Ari did not tell us to have a full design idea prepared for the rep before she arrived. At least that would have given us a heads up. We were expecting a much more collaborative process led by a friendly expert. read more

We had our backyard redone by Ari and team earlier this year and are very happy with our results! I wanted to wait until all the plants I put in grew a little before posting my review so I could add before and after pictures. We chose Ari due to his reviews on yelp, but also because he was very agreeable on what we wanted to do and of course was the most reasonably priced (because that's really important right?!). Other people we met with wanted us to demolish our current patio slab and start from scratch and that wasn't in the cards for us financially. Ari did what we wanted, gave us options for more affordable options, and best of all he helped us out after the project when we couldn't figure out things (like our irrigation ). He also helped us when we found out our window reflections were burning the turf! Thanks so much Ari for helping us out. Ari and team were booked a couple months out- but they were able to get us in earlier, and our project was done faster than expected. Would highly recommend and will definitely use in the future. They turned our "swampland" backyard that we never wanted to go into, to our now tropical backyard area where the kids can run and bike around. read more

I contacted this company through yelp. Received phone call on 7.13 and Ari asked me to send him pics via email of the patio and he would send me a quote. I did so on the same day but have not heard back. I called him a couple of days later and left a VM- no return phone call yet. I cannot understand the lack of professionalism. If the job is too small or they cannot take it on for some reason, at least give the potential customer the respect of a return call/email! We have a 1.5 acre property that needs tons of work and landscaping and they have missed an immense opportunity. So rude and unprofessional. Update: As you can see, I sent the email at 9:58am on July 13th. I also called and left VM. read more

Ari and Medi and the team completed a complete front yard landscape design and build with an amazing result. We gave them an idea of what we were looking for and they completed the design on the computer which was super slick. They gave us quotes with a couple of different options and a standard materials allowance. We choose wall and paver options which were somewhat more expensive but figured were only going to do this once . During the project Ari was on site with his crew every day and super helpful with us on details. Ari sweats the small stuff and clearly has a lot of experience in creating landscape design that's beautiful and easy to care for. He is very easy to work with and very good at explaining options and letting the customer make the ultimate decision's. His guys are amazing bunch of craftsman and we're thrilled with the result as are all our neighbors. They work clean and cleaned up the site and street every day. They worked every day until it was completed . AM Is a super impressive family operation. I can't recommend a them more highly. After many many interviews, AM Landscaping was the team we chose for our backyard renovation! We'd been planning our backyard Reno since we moved in 3 yrs ago, we had a vision and AM landscaping delivered! They were not only able to achieve our desired design/vision but delivered within the PURPOSED TIMELINE & BUDGET! Ari and Medi took pride in their work, and that was apparent from day one! They were extremely communicative and easy to reach throughout the entire project. They started the project as promised and finished within the proposed end date (which is unheard of!). Ari's team of workers were efficient and clean, always starting on time and finishing each day leaving the job in tact and clean. I saw Ari working on a project while I was visiting my Mom. I noticed he was very careful and diligent in what he was doing, I also saw that he was very respectful with his employees. The work they were doing was very clean and he looked really happy working on his project. I had just purchased a new home and needed a fence, he was very easy to talk to and said he would come out and give me a free estimate. His estimate was 30-40% less than all the quotes I got. He gave me pages of references to call, I called a few and everyone had nothing but good things to say about him. The work was completed on time, they cleaned up the area and left as if they were never there. It was great working with them. Thank you Ari. read more

They have 55 five-star reviews. Check that, make it 56 now! I really can't say enough about Medi and about Ari and his crew. Medi is the boss lady. She does the scheduling, estimates and design. Ari's team puts an honest days work in and you can really see the progress each day. Two years later, I'm really bummed to look back at my original review. I continue to be very happy with the original landscaping Ari and Medi completed for me. But not how they have treated me since then. Below is, verbatim (with my info redacted), the most recent exchange I had with Medi. I was completely baffled to receive this message. When I followed up with her via text message, she essentially communicated to me that if she doesn't respond to my e-mails, it's my job to instead track her down by text or call. I've never before heard of someone blaming the client for their own unresponsiveness. I indicated that I'd like to finish out the month with them and then stop service. Instead, Ari terminated our arrangement immediately. I'm not sure what is going on these days but my experience is a far cry from where we started and I hope these two change their path. I should add that I had been paying them *extra* each month for a long time now to thank them for their service. I really don't know where this came from. Aria recently completed a major relandscaping of our property, and we were extraordinarily impressed by his work as well as his positive energy. I first reached out to Ari via email while we were living abroad (in China), and he responded within 24 hours. From that first email exchange until today, his responsiveness and attention to detail have been spectacular. Our project was a very large undertaking that included complete redesign of both our front and back yards. Ari and his crew demolished an existing (brick) patio structure, leveled (extremely) uneven ground, constructed a privacy fence around ¾ of our property, and installed pavers and artificial turf in both front and back. He beautifully xeriscaped much of the front yard, and even accompanied us to the nursery personally to help us select plants. He also built a lovely 12 foot x 12 foot wooden pagoda in the back yard, as well as planter boxes and an irrigation system for our kitchen garden. (Before/after pictures are in the photos above.) The job was finished precisely on time, and the craftsmanship is excellent throughout. Ari stayed precisely on budget, notwithstanding certain change orders that my wife and I requested during the process. Since completion, Ari has been incredibly accommodating about touch-ups and small fixes. And, after having him around our house for a month, I would now call him a friend. Simply put, I cannot recommend AM Landscape Construction highly enough. read more

A million thanks to Ari, Medi and their crew! So punctual, courteous and professional. They ALWAYS arrived on time (which is a pet peeve of mine with contractors), always showed up, and they work very efficiently and professionally. We receive compliments every time someone comes to our house. They have truly transformed our front and backyard into dreams and worked with us to make sure every detail was not only approved by us but that we understood it as we received expert advice from Medi with the design and Ari with the construction. You will not meet anyone more nice than this wonderful power couple. They do not cut corners and put in quality work to ensure the design and construction/landscaping is of high quality and efficiency. I recommend them a million time over. They never made us feel like we were bothering them with our questions and lack of knowledge of construction. We ripped our entire backyard and front yard apart and reconstructed/landscaped everything and all was done in 6 weeks! We even made adjustments along the way upon discovering unexpected things (totally normal with yards) and they were able to adjust. Recommend, recommend, recommend. You will not regret it. Our yard has so much more usable space (and MUCH more appealing aesthetically!) and is a functional space. We love it. read more

We recently had AM Landscape redo the landscaping in both our front and back yards, using a plan created by an outside designer who did not participate in the installation. The project included extensive planting, conversion of our existing irrigation system to drip, the extension of pavers and a retaining wall, and the addition of gravel and a fence, among other aspects. Ari, Medi and the AM crew were organized, efficient, friendly, accommodating, did the work with great care, communicated with us very well, and clearly knew what they were doing. We are extremely happy we chose them for this project. Examples of the care and commitment shown by everyone on the crew: Medi went out of her way to find a good match for our ten year old discontinued pavers, and worked with me to make our existing landscape plan even better when some of the plants were unavailable. Ari built us a new lamppost in a matter of hours when ours was discovered to be past its useful life and no replacements were available. Marco brought a favorite plant back to life after several outside landscapers told us there was no hope for it. From the car parked on our street every morning at 6:15 am waiting for the 7:00 am project start, to the level of care and aesthetics shown when relocating our existing boulders based on the new landscape design, there are stories like this for every member of the crew. We love the end result. We waited several months to begin our project because AM was busy with other clients. They were absolutely worth the wait. read more

After contacting and speaking with several landscaping contractors, Ari was the only one responded promptly and provided a great design with reasonable pricing. They also provided the landscape design drawing in pdf file for our HOA review and approval which was extremely helpful. Ari and Medi are very professional, patient, pleasant to deal with, and most importantly very knowledgeable in what they do and provide sensible suggestions to our concerns and questions especially during the plants selections process. During the landscaping construction, Ari and his crews were respectful to the surroundings, and always tidied up before they left at the end of the work day. Furthermore they were conscious about neighborhoods safety. They put up yellow tapes around the sidewalk and front yard at the end of the day to prevent neighbors and their dogs from accidents. We LOVE our front yard now. It's very Zen looking and beyond our expectations! Since we are very happy with our front yard, we are asking Ari and Medi to do our backyard. I just had my yard finished my Ari's Team from AM Landscape and I don't think I've ever dealt with a contractor that is as professional, responsive, and helpful than they were. The project encompassed both my backyard and front yard. Ari and Medi were both incredibly respectful and professional the entire time. The project moved very quickly, and they worked as hard and as quickly as they could given the rainy weather in February. The team would often get as much work as possible done even though it was starting to rain. I believe they finished the entire project within 15 full working days, but the rain kept them away a couple of days. During the project, Ari was very good making sure we were as hands off as possible, solving issues and problems that arise on his own unless he knew it needed owner approval. Whenever something needed to be fixed or added to the cost, he gave me options and the opportunity to call someone I knew before he called his own guys in. We didn't get a ton of quotes for the project, but I think the level of service and professionalism I received was definitely worth how much we paid. We were REALLY happy with the way the yards turned out and regularly get comments on how good it looks. Ari and Medi are the most amazing contractors that we have ever worked with. We are extremely happy with how our front and backyard projects turned out. Throughout the whole project they had many suggestions for us, we were always given plenty of options and never felt the pressure to go with the most expensive one.
