I hired Santa Fe Construction after seeing the quality and efficiency of work they did for a neighbor. Once work began on my own project I knew I had made the right choice. My project involved adding an office/multipurpose room to the back of my home to replace an old attached sunroom. It was a project that involved removing the back wall and fireplace of my house and Jose and Jose Jr. managed every part of the job to minimize the impact of the work on me while it was being done. My front yard never looked like a construction zone after the workers left and the back area where the work was being done was clean and organized. All of my requests and concerns were addressed respectfully and the processes were explained clearly. There is always a snag or two in a project of this size but Jose handled each challenge very efficiently and the project was completed a month earlier than I had anticipated. The quality of the work is very high with good materials being used and skilled contractors doing the various jobs. There is absolutely nothing I regret or wish I had done differently in this project which is a testament to the ability of my contractor. Santa fe Construction did such an awesome job with our landscape project. We bought our home as a new build, so we had nothing but mud surrounding our house. This was a complete landscape project. Jose and his team helped us with everything from design to completion. They are awesome to work with. Courteous, professional, and very skilled. They helped us customize everything. Our project included concrete, pavers, irrigation, grass, plants, citrus trees, a custom bbq island and pergola, a custom fire pit, and so much more. The owner Jose was there for every step of the way, and his foreman and team were incredibly easy to work with and dedicated to the job. I am writing this 5 star review for Jose and his crew at Santa Fe Construction. The remodel of my daughter and son-in-law's home is an amazing transformation. From the 70's style to a fully modern and up to date beautiful home. Having been in the construction trade, I followed the progress closely. I was impressed in the very beginning by Jose's crew. They were professional, skilled, efficient and never left the job site before cleaning up debris, sweeping up and keeping the site safe during Covid restrictions. Problems, yes, surprises, of course, every remodel has them. On top of everything, this remodel started during the height of the pandemic. There were material delays, inspection delays, the City and health issues which all made this a difficult job. Jose was there to answer and address concerns, he listened, advised, counseled and took care of things. The result is a home remodel beyond my expectations. This was our first significant home renovation and we had heard lots of horror stories about construction nightmares but then we had the good fortune to meet Edgar and the rest of his team and we could not be more pleased with the work they did for us. Edgar helped us with remodeling a foreclosed home including some construction and new floors throughout the house as well as extensive electrical work. Edgar was on time and consistently communicated with us throughout the process. The work was completed on time and in a high quality manner. The floors Jesse installed for us look amazing and he worked hard to make sure we were satisfied with the finished product. There was one part of the project that was not completed because we were missing some parts and hardware and once they arrived, Edgar came back and finished the job as promised.
