In fact he had to rip out the work done by the previous two contractors. I really wish I had found Fowler Garage Door Service from the very beginning. If I had 12 more garage doors, I would hire Bill to do all 12 of them. Jeff and Jet at Crown Tree received the cumulative highest score. Others scored high too but were much higher priced. Others made it clear we were just a job. The range of price was significant and that astounded us. We highly recommend getting multiple quotes and look for the things mentioned above. Our Bradford Pears are 40 years old and trimming and shaping makes them beautiful trees but they require repetitive grooming every 2-3 years. These guys will get first dibs next time and the right price will get them the job (again). They know that! We may not have to get other quotes. They listened, they performed, they did an excellent job and excelled in clean up too. They're really nice guys and it was an enjoyable experience. Give them a call, give them a shot. They show up, on time, said they wanted to re-measure to make sure everything was to spec. Um, ok - why wouldn't it be? They ripped off all of my door trim/casing and sat in their trucks for *90 MINUTES* without a word. Came back: "we have a problem". The brickmold is a quarter inch off - the manufacturer (ProVia) has a software problem and even though we gave them the correct measurements... blah blah, whatever. So, wait two weeks to get the corrected brickmold. Fine, stuff happens. 03/05! Called them 03/06. Guess what? STILL WRONG! No apologies, no anything. Wait two more weeks, no biggie, this is the way stuff works. March 20 it is! NOPE! March 16 and get an email that the manufacturers internet is down. No idea what that has to do with anything... how many times can you fail a customer and just tell them to wait two more weeks? Anyway, now I'm scheduled for April! Of what year I have no idea. Pathetic.

Didn't tape housewrap seams, didn't cover top to bottom of the wall or wrap corners, and didn't put housewrap on some end walls. Had to request that new siding was removed and housewrap placed correctly. Sloppy! Left new materials unsecured laying in the yard overnight and did not put in the provided pod. Didn't clean up after themselves. Left large pile of debris in my yard for entire weekend. Picked up over 3 dozen nails from the street and driveway. Never saw the workers use a magnet to pickup nails. One of my neighbors had to deal with a flat tire from 3 roofing nails. Didn't complete the work quickly. It took them 3 different days (2 of them done before noon) to complete siding repairs on 1 side of my building. On Monday they stripped part of the siding off my chimney and didn't come back for a week to put siding back up. This was with the replacement siding sitting on the property. Workers didn't speak English so communication with them about the work or mess was not possible.
