Last year I noticed a few weird looking black bugs. After my husband killed one I had him take a pic DJ I could show it to Zek ( the pest control field person). When Zek arrived & saw the pic he had so much knowledge on what the bug was, when they come out and most importantly he killed them all for several months. Lol! I just saw another one and guess what? Zek was promptly scheduled to come out. Yay! Can't wait to see him because that means I won't see those little black bugs anymore. Give them a try; you won't be disappointed.

We never signed up for this company, yet they entered our yard without permission to repossess…read moretheir termite bait stations--damaging the lawn in the process. We moved into our home a few months ago. Delays during closing--due in part to the passing of one of the sellers--likely contributed to communication gaps, including any mention of an existing pest control service. Months ago, someone from the company rang the doorbell while I was on a work call. He briefly mentioned that we could contact them if we wanted to continue the service. I meant to follow up, but with no written notice, no phone call, and no additional outreach, it slipped my mind. Today, a technician returned and repossessed the equipment. He rang the bell once (again while I was on a call), then entered the yard and began removing bait stations without speaking to anyone or receiving permission. The lawn was damaged in the process. No notice was left behind, and when I called to ask what happened, the company didn't take any responsibility or offer to fix the damage. Since that brief and unclear interaction months ago, we've hired a competitor mosquito control service--and the difference was immediate. The new provider communicated clearly, respected our property, and acted professionally from start to finish. It was a stark contrast that confirmed we made the right decision not to continue with this company. If you value transparency, professionalism, and basic respect for your home, do not use this company. Their lack of communication and disregard for customer experience speak for themselves.

I was shopping for a termite treatment for a rental property in Mesquite…read more I have a contract on the home and the inspector- who is also licensed in pest control- found termites in one spot and the buyer wanted it treated. So I started looking at Home Advisor, Angie's List, etc... and I couldn't find anyone who could give me a quote over the phone, even though I knew exactly what I wanted to be done. I also didn't want to drive the hour round trip to find out it was a bait and switch, or a massive upsell. Finally, I decided to look at Yelp* and I am so glad I did. I found Bernard White who owns All Pro Pest Control. Bernard did several things that I liked- First he listened to my problem. Then he listened to my solution. Then he said he understood exactly what I was looking for and quoted me a price. A firm price, based on the scope of the work. We set up a date for him to come and confirm the work needed, confirm the price and actually do the work in ONE TRIP. Bless you, Bernard! A man of integrity who actually listens to the customers wants and needs and delivers! However, on that date, it had been raining heavily, and while Bernard was willing, I waved him off, saying it wasn't an emergency and could wait till it dried out so he would not have to slog in the mud outside. We waited a few days and then on the day it worked for both of us he sent his awesome son Clayton to start the job, with Bernard following up to do the paperwork and billing. I must say Clayton is a very personable you man with impeccable manners and excellent communication skills. Bernard and his Lovely Wife have something to be really proud of. Yes, I rarely would gush over something as pedestrian as pest control, but I can't help but give a major shout out to Bernard, Clayton and All-Pro Pest Control. My aim it to Yelp him out as much as possible. I wish all services could be as pleasant as this.
