Absolutely Outstanding Service - Highly Recommend Apex AZ Roofing!…read more I rarely write reviews, but the service I received from Apex AZ Roofing was so above and beyond, I had to take the time to share my experience. I had a situation with one of my investment properties where multiple roof trusses were broken and needed sister trusses installed to restore the structural integrity. I reached out to several roofing companies in the area, but almost all of them gave me the runaround. Despite providing clear photos and a detailed explanation of the issue, most companies refused to provide a quote unless they came out for an inspection--and even then, I got vague estimates or upsells for things I didn't need. Then I contacted Apex AZ Roofing and spoke with Alex. From the first phone call, I could tell this was a company that actually values your time and knows how to treat clients right. I sent over the same photos and explanation, and Alex took the time to review everything carefully. Not only did he give me a straightforward and fair quote over the phone, but he also stuck to that price--no surprises, no nonsense, no upselling. Just honest work and professional service. Scheduling was a breeze, communication was clear the entire time, and the work was completed efficiently and with quality craftsmanship. You can tell these guys take pride in what they do. It's refreshing to deal with a contractor that is honest, transparent, and does exactly what they say they'll do. I was so impressed with the experience that I've already started recommending Apex AZ Roofing to friends, family, and fellow property investors.
