When I finally saw Dr. Vincent, I felt rushed and that my concerns weren't being fully listened to and the dental assistant (she had told me her name was Maria and I have never had her before since I usually see Dr. Spadola and haven't been here in almost 2 years) basically laughed in my face when I told her I had somewhere to be and didn't want to wait over two hours just to be seen. The procedure itself felt rough, and I wasn't given enough information about what was happening or what to expect afterward. The overall atmosphere was not welcoming, and I left feeling more anxious about dental visits than when I arrived. I would not recommend this practice to others.

When the endodontist couldn't save the tooth, I came back to have Dr Fletcher pull it. I am so squeamish about having teeth pulled, but he was great about it, and it went smoothly and painlessly. After that, I remained a patient here until I moved an hour away and reluctantly switched to another dentist in my new town. That didn't work out so well. The hygienist caused more pain during my cleaning than I'd ever had at Cheshire Dental. My son had to have the same cavity filled twice, and then 6 months later the same tooth started causing severe pain. We came back to Dr Fletcher and he discovered an abscess and the tooth needed a root canal. I decided our teeth are too important to chance on mediocre dentistry, and we will be staying with Cheshire Dental and Dr Fletcher from now on. Fortunately, both of my children and I are able to get appointments for cleanings at the same day and time
