The procedure itself felt rough, and I wasn't given enough information about what was happening or what to expect afterward. The overall atmosphere was not welcoming, and I left feeling more anxious about dental visits than when I arrived. I would not recommend this practice to others.

The warm welcome by the office staff made me feel right at home. Once in the office Dr. Barasz took the time to explain all the details of the procedure and what the process would be. After a lot of decision making I pulled the trigger and got the procedure. It was pretty invasive but Dr. Barasz made sure I was comfortable the whole time and would pause if I wasn't. The staff continued to reach out after the procedure to check in and my mouth has made some dramatic changes since. They were very busy but it did not seem like they were rushing anyone. I was taken a little bit past my appointment time due to an emergency. I understood completely. It's good to know that, should the situation arise, I would be given that same consideration. The care was superb, gentle, and painless. Everything was explained before anything was done. I was put at ease and reassured every step of the way. They made clear all the instructions and required follow-up procedures. They were not satisfied until I was. You know, it's a dentist, and no one looks forward to going to the dentist, but this experience was one that removed all anxiety and apprehension from the equation. Dr Weiss had also recommended Dr Bemis as well. I was very pleased with how Dr Bemis worked together with Dr Weiss through both dental implants that I have elected to have. I cringe when I have seen commercials for implants that say teeth in 24 hours because it is vital to have professionals who will thoroughly and accurately evaluate if the patient qualifies for an implant. It is in the best interest of the patient to understand the process from start to finish because it is much more than drilling a hole and then capping the implant with a prosthetic tooth. He is extremely personable as well as professional.
