When I finally saw Dr. Vincent, I felt rushed and that my concerns weren't being fully listened to and the dental assistant (she had told me her name was Maria and I have never had her before since I usually see Dr. Spadola and haven't been here in almost 2 years) basically laughed in my face when I told her I had somewhere to be and didn't want to wait over two hours just to be seen. The procedure itself felt rough, and I wasn't given enough information about what was happening or what to expect afterward. The overall atmosphere was not welcoming, and I left feeling more anxious about dental visits than when I arrived. I would not recommend this practice to others.

Dr Weiss had also recommended Dr Bemis as well. I was very pleased with how Dr Bemis worked together with Dr Weiss through both dental implants that I have elected to have. I cringe when I have seen commercials for implants that say teeth in 24 hours because it is vital to have professionals who will thoroughly and accurately evaluate if the patient qualifies for an implant. It is in the best interest of the patient to understand the process from start to finish because it is much more than drilling a hole and then capping the implant with a prosthetic tooth. He is extremely personable as well as professional.

We went back to her area and she cleaned my teeth and examined them. All along the process, she explained what she was doing. When she was finished, Dr. Desai came into the room, introduced himself, with a big smile, and examined my teeth. I certainly felt welcomed. The experience was the best I've had at a dentist.

When the endodontist couldn't save the tooth, I came back to have Dr Fletcher pull it. I am so squeamish about having teeth pulled, but he was great about it, and it went smoothly and painlessly. The hygienist caused more pain during my cleaning than I'd ever had at Cheshire Dental. My son had to have the same cavity filled twice, and then 6 months later the same tooth started causing severe pain. We came back to Dr Fletcher and he discovered an abscess and the tooth needed a root canal. I decided our teeth are too important to chance on mediocre dentistry, and we will be staying with Cheshire Dental and Dr Fletcher from now on. Saw him about it and told him hope it's not infected.. I had pain but it went away. He never explained why I got the abscess or even to have another xray which he shouldve done right away! Ended up seeing different dentist.. he told me what should've been done was a root canal and that abscess happened since it's still infected under the crown! Never going back there again.

During covid, my back tooth cracked, a crown broke, it was just all not good. Going to see Dr. Salesky and his team was the smartest thing I've done. Judgement free and an amazing staff. The first thing he asked me is "what don't I like about my smile". At first I was a bit surprised since the back of my mouth needed help but I told him one of my teeth looks discolored. Well not only did Dr. Selensky and his team jump into action repairing the back teeth but before I left, he had adjusted the shade of my front area tooth and it was like a gift. Gentle, kind, patient and so very thoughful. That is for everyone in the office. They all go above and beyond. Simply amazing. He and his staff were very welcoming, kind and knowledgeable and he was able to put the prosthetic abutment on an implant that was initially started by another Oral Surgeon who was unable to remove the healing cap after an hour of working on me.
