When I finally saw Dr. Vincent, I felt rushed and that my concerns weren't being fully listened to and the dental assistant (she had told me her name was Maria and I have never had her before since I usually see Dr. Spadola and haven't been here in almost 2 years) basically laughed in my face when I told her I had somewhere to be and didn't want to wait over two hours just to be seen. The procedure itself felt rough, and I wasn't given enough information about what was happening or what to expect afterward. The overall atmosphere was not welcoming, and I left feeling more anxious about dental visits than when I arrived. I would not recommend this practice to others.

The first thing he asked me is "what don't I like about my smile". At first I was a bit surprised since the back of my mouth needed help but I told him one of my teeth looks discolored. Well not only did Dr. Selensky and his team jump into action repairing the back teeth but before I left, he had adjusted the shade of my front area tooth and it was like a gift. Gentle, kind, patient and so very thoughful. That is for everyone in the office. They all go above and beyond. Simply amazing. I cringe when I have seen commercials for implants that say teeth in 24 hours because it is vital to have professionals who will thoroughly and accurately evaluate if the patient qualifies for an implant. It is in the best interest of the patient to understand the process from start to finish because it is much more than drilling a hole and then capping the implant with a prosthetic tooth. The appointment was rescheduled for a later date and there was a miscommunication between my wife and I on the new date and time causing us to miss the appointment. There are no appointment reminders sent by phone, text or email. We'll take responsibility for missing the appointment but never expected to receive an email the following day dropping our son(s) as patients because we missed two appointments, one of which was to just ensure nobody else got sick. We attempted to call and discuss this further but we never received a call back. It's obvious that Daniels Orthodontics would rather you take your child to an appointment, sick or not. It's also obvious this office is a little too busy to any longer care about customer service or patient care. Consider elsewhere for orthodontics, there are a number of options.
