That was until my youngest son was seen by another dr there which I am not going to disclose the name. This dr was nice until I did not give consent to use physical restraints, this dr was rude and very sarcastic and told me something about my oldest son's procedure that made me not ever want to step a foot there ever again. This bad experience made my son's anxiety level worse. Thank God now we have found a very caring and compassionate dentist, who is highly trained.

My experience with their practice was disappointing. The office works are very nice and easy to…read morework with. But the dentist was to me misleading when it came to the costs. First I was told the full mouth X rays are covered by my insurance (they were not). Then the estimate for the root canal and how the amount the insurance would cover was wrong. Then the extraction costs were higher due to difficulty, which it did not seem to be. Finally I paid the bill at the end and put it behind me. Now one year later I receive a text that I owe another $540 and will be sent to collection if not paid. When I asked the reason for the additional cost the answer was not satisfactory. The best part about it all, is the tooth feels loose and I don't feel comfortable using that side. If you know a good dentist please tell me.

In my personal experience, the hygienist's attitude flipped out of nowhere. Instead of maintaining the same kindness she began with, she started mock what I would say and ask condescending question . Not just once over and over. I couldn't believe I was sitting in a professional medical setting being spoken to that way. It was uncomfortable, humiliating, and honestly baffling. I was literally stuck in the chair while someone who is supposed to be a healthcare professional acted like I was a joke. By the end, I walked out feeling worse than when I walked in. A dental office should make patients feel safe, respected, and cared for not embarrassed. During my appointment I felt all of those things. I have been billed out of pocket twice because they don't know how to properly submit anything to insurance. Do not recommend unless you have a lot of free time and don't mind the headache.
