Removed a 10+ year old electric hot water heater from under the steps and installed a Bradford White 40 gallon lowboy electric hot water heater with an aluminum catch pan which is discharging into the crawl space. Also installed a new ¾" shut off valve and stainless steel braided supply lines. 2. Replaced two leaking lav sink faucets. One in the first floor powder room and the second floor hall bathroom. Also on the first floor lav sink replaced the hot and cold shut off valves and both supply lines. 3. Removed a leaking 1/2" x 3/8" supply valve in the kitchen cabinet which was supplying cold water to the R.O. filters. Also installed a new valve. 4. Did an overall visual inspection of the valves, toilets, tub/showers and crawl space and at this time found no active leaks or fixture failures.

During that time, the same technician frequently performed work at my home. I later found myself being attacked online by the wife of that technician, who referenced personal information about me and my home that had only been shared while he was working inside my house. Learning that information discussed during service visits had apparently made its way outside of a professional setting raised serious concerns about customer privacy. What was even more troubling was the company's response when I contacted them about it. I reached out because I was upset and believed the situation warranted attention and accountability. Instead of looking into the concern or attempting to address it, the company immediately cancelled my membership and dropped me as a customer. After being a paying member and loyal customer for well over a year, it was extremely disappointing to see the company choose to remove the customer rather than address a legitimate privacy concern. That experience left me questioning whether customer trust and accountability are truly priorities when problems arise.

The owner even told my husband we were never charged for the first visit--interesting, considering we handed over $200 cash. Three visits later, they replaced parts that weren't broken and installed what was essentially a temporary wire instead of an actual repair. After all that, we were told the owner would "take care of us." He never followed up. When we reached out, the solution was simple: pay another $3,000+. The highlight was the third visit, when the technicians tried to leave without confirming anything worked. I stopped them, tripped the pump immediately, and only then did the tech admit he hadn't checked the wiring--because it requires a "specific tool," which he had the entire time. At this point, it feels less like troubleshooting and more like expensive guesswork. If you're looking to spend a lot of money without actually fixing your problem, this is your place. Otherwise, I'd strongly suggest finding someone who diagnoses before replacing parts.

The kid did a fantastic job but we were charged $2800 for a $17-1800 dollar job. Called in to ask why it was that price when 2 other places we called both said the same price, $1000+ cheaper. Took the manager I guess he was 2 weeks to get back up with us and he said he had to do research on how competitive the pricing was and kept trying to explain there quality of parts and service warranted the cost. Well my wife wouldn't accept it and they finally refunded us $250. So we cancelled the contract and just had another plumbing issue and used Drain Chasers Plumbing in Georgetown and he was fantastic. We have a service agreement with your company, and I've left five messages since last night with absolutely no response. Our outdoor HVAC unit has been having issues. A technician came out five days ago and said the unit was rubbing against a pipe. He simply moved the unit by hand and told us everything was fine. Last night, the unit started making a loud buzzing noise that lasts about a second every five minutes. The only reason I even noticed it was because I was outside with the dogs. I have no idea how long it had been doing it because I never received an alert through my Honeywell app. Assuming 3-5 hrs because i did hear it in afternoon. The house was still cooling, but after researching the issue, it was obvious something wasn't right. I shut off the circuit breaker for 10 minutes and turned it back on, but the buzzing continued. I have now left the breaker off because I don't want to risk burning out the motor or causing even more damage. This unit is only a little over four years old. Compressors can fail, but it's certainly not something you expect this early--especially after being told just a few days ago that everything was fine. The lack of communication is just as frustrating as the mechanical issue. Paying $500 a year for a service agreement should include timely callbacks, especially when a customer may be facing equipment damage. If I don't receive a callback immediately, I'll be requesting a full refund of my $500 service agreement which we just renewed 2 weeks ago . I'm prepared to take my business to a company that actually stands behind its service. What am i paying for ?

Chesapeake installed the sump pump in my brand-new…read morehome. 15 months after purchasing the home (3 months after the builder's 1 year warranty ended) the sump pump failed. Since Chesapeake had installed the pump, I contacted them for service. After evaluating their service man informed me the pump was installed incorrectly causing it to become "air locked" which "fried" the pump. I had the pump replaced on the day of the service call since I already had quite a bit of water in the crawl space and then followed up with their new home group regarding reimbursement. Even though the initial installation was their error and the error identified by their service man, they did not take accountability for the poor-quality work and denied my reimbursement request. I would not use them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone else.
